I
am
compelled
to
convey
my
sheer
dissatisfaction
and
frustration
as
a
member
of
your
so-called
esteemed
Le
Club
Elite
program.
My
membership
number,
5555******,
seems
to
hold
little
significance
given
the
appalling
experience
I've
had.
On
October
17th,
I
reached
out
to
Le
Club
Elite
for
a
two-day
booking
between
November
20th
and
30th.
Initially,
I
was
informed
that
the
booking
for
club
members
was
not
open,
and
I
patiently
waited,
only
to
be
met
with
disappointment.
After
a
week
of
waiting,
I
followed
up,
only
to
be
told
that
a
room
was
booked
for
November
25th
without
any
consideration
for
my
preferences.
When
I
requested
a
room
for
the
entire
two-day
period,
as
entitled
by
one
complimentary
stay
and
another
with
a
50%
discount,
I
was
bluntly
informed
that
rooms
were
not
available.
Subsequent
calls
were
met
with
the
same
incompetence,
culminating
in
the
latest
update
that
no
rooms
are
available
for
November
26th.
This
level
of
incompetence
is
utterly
unacceptable.
I
have
diligently
tried
to
secure
a
booking
since
October
17th,
being
repeatedly
told
that
bookings
were
not
open,
only
to
discover
that
rooms
were
magically
booked
without
adhering
to
my
preferences.
It's
disheartening
to
witness
such
a
blatant
disregard
for
a
member's
needs,
especially
when
advanced
notice
and
specific
requests
were
made.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
I
have
noticed
that
rooms
are
readily
available
through
other
platforms
such
as
makemytrip,
further
emphasizing
the
incompetence
of
your
booking
system.
As
a
Club
Elite
member,
I
expected
a
level
of
priority
that
is
evidently
non-existent
in
this
instance.
Having
been
a
loyal
member
for
an
extended
period,
this
experience
has
shattered
my
confidence
in
the
Le
Club
Elite
program.
I
question
the
value
of
my
membership
when
I
am
treated
with
such
negligence
and
indifference.
The
current
state
of
affairs
reflects
poorly
on
the
reputation
of
Le
Club
Elite
and
the
Hotel.
