Good hospital but there a lot of crowded if anybody goes there you should be punctual OPD time because OPD staff take more time to get a slip(entry slip) First of all in a queue for make a slip Then other queue for doctor checkup line. After that you should go dispensary queue. If anybody have more problems there human body they will queue related department. If you arrive there your whole day is waste. I suggest if you are seriously injured and big problem then you go otherwise you should checkup private clinic.

Worst Emergency Services and that is a ground reality. Soon i will be starting a awakening movement against all these white elephants. Doctors and administrators here are being heavily paid from our Taxes part of our hard earnings.

One of the worst and careless staff i have ever seen anywhere. Not only Nurse, doctors are also not interested in taking care of their patients. These people are treating their patients like boxes. Staffs are busy in playing PUBg, car racing game. Cleanliness wise also 1 star. The worst govt hospital in Delhi.

Simple Review: Don't go there if you have emergency.... Only few doctors are helpful rest are _________. My father refered to this hospital from LNJP after stroke. He was able to walk and understand everything till 11pm... Doctors in emergency denied to entertain him even his colleague from CT scan department told him that it's an emergency and patient's situation can go down anytime. No proper treatment was given till 3am. There for we asked them to do something else patient may lose his life. Doctors in medicine department were also very much rude. My father's 60% right side is gone due to sheer negligence by hospital staff.

More I visit Safderjung Hospital more its cleaner. Witnessed even the dust bins from outside were being cleaned. (Unable to take photograph as its prohibited) However appreciate if a photocopier Center is opened within the premises.

Note:the hospital always first gave you the blank paper to sign they have no responsibility if your patient got expired. and this is not only for me i have asked every patient parents or friends they have also got the same so you can understand what kind of believe their doctors on own abilities 1.test reports always get late or missing. 2.staff will always suggest you please go for the private test they don't care if it's an emergency so also commitments will be same the reports will take time. 3.The doctor had declared my mother condition is normal 2 times after that my mother was expired after next day and we have found she was facing high fever on that time when they were declared my mother condition normal. And as i have observed that they are trying to decline your request always indirectly. Seriously this is my worst experience and i have many things about Delhi hospital kejriwal sir works really well in healthcare industry but really it's shameful experience with a biggest hospital and i will also file a complaint with consumer court regarding the same.

Safdarjung Hospital also known Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College. 2900 bed multi specialty and biggest central government Hospital. But I don’t like the cleanliness and administration of this place.

Cleanliness is maintained regularly, and timely provision of healthy meals is appreciated. However, addressing the substantial workload by appointing more personnel would enhance workflow efficiency.

I wish I could give 0 rating. No management . A lot of behaviour issue and Doc doesn't even know how to talk with patient. I stayed there for 5 days with my family but no treatment given . They simply wasted our time asking us to move from counters to counters. Please don't go there. It's complete waste of time.

I want to bring this to the attention of authorities that the parking of New Emergency Block is not properly managed. There are no signs guiding the vehicles to the parking. Also, the floor number is not mentioned in the parking area. There's no proper lights here. Also, old beds and almirahs are dumped in the parking. The gaurds in the parking are just sitting and relaxing. Also, dogs are inside the parking area.

Guys please don't go there. My relative (Mausi - Shakuntala) were admitted there on 1st september 2021 in emergency due to some heart issues. There were approx 10 beds and 10 nurses were there including 1 or 2 doctors. Her heartbeat stops working and doctors had given CPR after 2.5 minutes (in emergency) Due to which her brain stopped working. After that the doctors told us that they are shifting her to ward in critical condition not in ICU just because they know that they had given CPR after 2.5 minutes. Ideally this should be given within 1 minute if the number of patients are less than number of nurses. Guys if you want to save life then please go in private hospital. They take more charge but life is also important. #WorstHospital #WorstDoctors

This hospital is like Temple. You go with expectations they fulfill it . My sister had surgery in this hospital and the total expense was 0 rupees. Every staff and management is up to the mark.

Process need to upgrade here. Visit here for an emergency case, did entry at 9:30PM, 1st it took 30 min in entry, than went to emergency ward where it took another 30 minutes to reach to doctor, doctor asked for few test which against took another 2 hour, post that doctor ask for another test. Finally got test report at 2:30 PM, than reached to 6th floor and meet with another doctor, he examined and said everything is all right please visit in day in case of any problem. Plz avoid if you can, it's free but with full of crowd.
