We
visit
this
location
on
a
weekly
basis
at
least
-
most
regulars
would
know
the
queuing
situation
is
not
ideal
-
the
staff
do
nothing
to
ensure
this
runs
smoothly
and
rely
mostly
on
basic
human
decency
which
let's
be
honest
doesn't
really
exist
this
day
in
age.
So
when
someone
decides
to
push
into
the
que
which
mind
you
already
had
six
cars
(that
I
could
see)
already
waiting,
I
wasn't
going
to
just
take
it
on
the
chin
-
I
had
something
to
say.
And
this
person
was
a
regular
too
as
the
staff
had
their
"usual"
order
memorized,
so
please
don't
tell
me
they
don't
know
how
this
excuse
of
a
"que"
works.
Because
of
this
the
staff
called
us
rude,
did
not
offer
a
cup
tray
for
the
multiple
coffee's
we
ordered,
nor
did
they
even
mark
which
coffees
were
which.
We
received
nasty
stares
not
from
one,
but
three
staff
members
and
for
what...
because
I
stood
up
not
only
for
myself
but
the
other
cars
in
the
que
who
had
already
been
waiting
a
great
deal
of
time
for
their
coffee's.
Something
needs
to
be
implemented
to
ensure
fairness
in
the
drive
through
cue
and
rather
than
the
staff
resorting
to
calling
customers
RUDE
when
they
do
not
even
know
the
situation,
perhaps
asking
for
both
sides
of
the
story.
Fair
to
say
we
will
not
be
returning
to
this
location
ever
again
and
will
actively
share
our
experience
with
other
members
of
the
local
community.
