Worst zarraffas I have ever been to. Every morning my partner and I get caramel fusions one with one shot and the other with four. I usually don’t go to this zarraffas but the first time I did they gave us both the exact same with four shots. I went back and the lady who with pink in her hair argued with me and said they have it correct with four shots in each and I corrected her mistake and she remade them and they tasted and looked completely different as they should. I decided to give this zarraffas another go a week later and the exact same thing was done yet again. As soon as the lady with pink her saw me she proceeded to say “oh sh*t” very loud for me to hear and ask another staff member to pass me my drinks knowing she had done it again.

Terrible service from your Morayfield branch this morning. They stuffed up my order and instead of apologizing, I get the worse attitude and was made to wait a further 20 minutes for my coffee. They do not care, and your supervisor needs to be trained in dealing with customers. I will be going to the Morayfield Shopping Centre branch where they are super friendly and care for their regular customers. Very disappointing.

I asked for the marshmallows that I didn't order be removed from my drink today (9 August, 2022) and mentioned to the barista that I couldn't eat them for medical reasons. When I got to the bottom of the cup I accidentally drank the half disintegrated marshmallows because I didn't know they were there. Instead of removing them as I had kindly and politely asked her to do, she just tipped the whole thing upside down into a new cup. I thought the staff were being friendly when they were all huddled around the cup laughing. Turns out I was wrong. Thankfully I was able to take action before it became dangerous for me, but if they had simply disintegrated as I'm assuming she thought they would, It could have really hurt me. Please educate your staff that sometimes customers aren't being frivolous when they ask for their food to be prepared as they had ordered it. It could LITERALLY save someone's life, or in my case, prevent me from getting really sick.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a cold brew with lactose free milk and vanilla syrup. I paid the $7.25 for it and then I made the mistake of not trying it until I was down the road. It is the worst cold brew I’ve ever had. It tastes like milky vanilla water and leaves a horrid after taste. I can’t even taste the coffee. Very disappointed

We visit this location on a weekly basis at least - most regulars would know the queuing situation is not ideal - the staff do nothing to ensure this runs smoothly and rely mostly on basic human decency which let's be honest doesn't really exist this day in age. So when someone decides to push into the que which mind you already had six cars (that I could see) already waiting, I wasn't going to just take it on the chin - I had something to say. And this person was a regular too as the staff had their "usual" order memorized, so please don't tell me they don't know how this excuse of a "que" works. Because of this the staff called us rude, did not offer a cup tray for the multiple coffee's we ordered, nor did they even mark which coffees were which. We received nasty stares not from one, but three staff members and for what... because I stood up not only for myself but the other cars in the que who had already been waiting a great deal of time for their coffee's. Something needs to be implemented to ensure fairness in the drive through cue and rather than the staff resorting to calling customers RUDE when they do not even know the situation, perhaps asking for both sides of the story. Fair to say we will not be returning to this location ever again and will actively share our experience with other members of the local community.

Very friendly staff, great service and the best coffees I have ever had.

This is one of the best coffee places in the area. The drinks are always awesome, and the service is fantastic. The staff are so so kind and always have a huge smile on their face.

To the driver in front of me who paid for my coffee as we went through the drive-thru: You truly made my day and you have a beautiful soul. I hope the universe treats you well 💕

Lovely staff who always seem happy to be there. Excellent service. My only complaint would be that on the odd occasions I walk in instead of using the drive thru the tables and floor are always dirty.

Sometimes good, sometimes fine. Doesn't seem to hit great. Lovely staff, though. Best part of the place :)

The coffee and food is always good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The reason for the low score is the drive thru. It's tiny and often the cars are queued out on to the road which causes a nightmare for everyone else.

Small complaint, the music was too loud for easy conversation. Other than that the staff were very helpful..... I'm not a regular coffee shop visitor so needed advice. Friend had food, looked good!

Beverage was great, the raisin toast was toasted very lightly so its was chewy bread. Also pity that the staff were just standing around instead of cleaning the dirty tables.

I may be biased as I have 3 or 4 great nieces & nephews who work at this store. No I'm not, this store always excells in their service and their coffee. There is always a queue, so be prepared to wait, but Zarraffas coffee is so worth waiting for.

Toasted raisin bread pictured below. Cold. Butter not melted. Chewy. Frappe was as ordered, half ice and drinkable.

The Drive-thru is always so quick! Beautiful food & drinks. The staff are lovely! Nothing to fault.

Went through drive thru last night, ordered my favorite drink IN THE WORLD (Creme Strawberry Fusion) she was loud and clear through the speaker and repeated my order back perfectly (which is excellent because I am deaf in one ear). When I arrived at the window her name badge said Ruby, such a young, smart gem got my delicious drink given to me straight away. Service with a smile! Will be sure to visit again hoping more staff are as kind as Ruby :)

Zarraffas is always my go to place for a caramelised coffee based fusion and a ham and cheese zed bread, always a popular place to visit and the drivethrough can get pretty clogged up so walking in is sometimes a better option. Zarraffas never disappoints the only small criticism I would give is its always pretty busy that the staff maybe don't get to wipe the tables down enough otherwise a happy customer 😀

Came in for Brunch, ordered two small drinks and two grande, and an open club. It was a quick turnaround but my open club was burnt. I went in to exchange it and they said that they could cut the burnt bits off. I didn't want to be a pain so I agreed but got returned literally half of what I paid for. To make matters worse, my grande drink was 50% ice and even though I paid for a grande it was in a short size. So I ended up with only one grande and three shorts. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely shocking. Council should never have approved this development. During peak times they are unable to adequately cater for drive through demand, which results in an excessively large number of vehicles queuing up through the internal access road. If you try to visit here or neighbouring business you end up literally trapped and unable to leave, potentially for 20+ minutes.

It can get busy here with the drive through! But the staff here are very friendly and do their best to get everyone through ASAP. I haven’t had a bad experience and the coffee has always been good. Even tastier than other Zarraffas I think!

This zarraffa has a decent drive through, all the food is too quality, in rush hour when the trainees are on they tend to over cook the pastries, their coffee is amazing, this is an expensive coffee shop and is on par and even better than star bucks, Some of their best items include, open clubs, la crunch and for beverages their creme fusion range is phenomenal. I recommend this Cafe 9/10.

Lover of coffee, out of all the zarraffas ive been to ever my iced latte that i ordered on the 1st of May at 4:09pm was the best coffee ive had in a long time. Absolutely exquisite! I wish I lived in the area. But so glad i passed through
