    A fantastic service from the first call to the tow truck arriving. A call from driver with ETA then a txt. Only fault was driver draining life out of starter motor and battery as he kept winding her over, knowing it was a blown fuel pump and wouldn't start to get my car from drive to truck instead of pushing it on the flat surface to make his job easier. I wonder if RACQ takes on cost of new battery and starter motor when this happens causing damage.

    Very disappointed. I talked with a staff of woman. I asked about CTP insurance for moving unregistered vehicle to department of transport. She suggested me that I pay it for 6month or 12 month. Then I asked her “if I pay it now, do I need to pay CTP insurance when registration at department of transport?” She said “I don’t know!! I’m not working at department of transport!!” with slightly annoyed look. Then what are you working for? She always looked at her nails when I was talking. Insufficient explanation, rude attitude. I will never ask again as long as she is around. I would like to say her name, but I don’t.

    The worse insurance company I came across with. They have finalised my car after 1 year and pay me less than my agreed value on my car almost 12k. The never listen to me on my concern just keep me on hold I will never recommend RACQ in my life

    Pathetic rang to see if I renued my roadside cover to see if would tow my car home. They said yeh fine took my money and then when had my money said wouldn't do it. Thanks a fn lot

    My local branch.Not had the best experience dealing with most of the staff they don't smile and are very - matter of fact- recently had card issues and everyone seems to pass the buck including call centre staff.Be Accountable and fix the issues.

    Terrible service, I've been trying to organise a hire car while mine is in for repairs, phoning 137202 is a waste of time, I was in a que for over 45 minutes and decided to bail out.

    As it is every time I go to my bank since RACQ took over, I had to wait 45 minutes to be told I could not get a cash advance or any access to a bank cheque ,which was the settlement cheque from the sale of my house. With a long weekend following, I was not very happy and had to borrow money from a friend. My solicitor was quite happy to verify the legitimacy of the cheque. Facing at least 4-6 other people sitting and waiting does not look good.

    Very slow service just went in to pay a bill 15 minute wait the person could not work out how to receipt a cash payment because everyone pays by card ? In the end there excuse we have not been open very long they should train their staff better

    Went to RACQ in Westies North Lakes, friendly knowledgeable attentive staff ( maybe too attentive, tried hard to interest me in the highest category of their Roadside Assistance scheme).
