The filter coffee was really good. I tried a few of their pastries, chocolate ball and Belgium chocolate, they were pretty good. The dahi papdi chaat could have been better. They have both indoor and outdoor seating but the place is really popular. During evenings, it gets really hard to find a table.

Located in sai baba colony. it is one of the cheaper places for a quick snack in the ever expensive city of coimbatore. however my experience was not too good. I had 2 panner puffs and a tea. the puff itself had one itty bitty tiny piece of paneer. i took special care to find any more pieces but i failed. see photos attached. The waiters didnt even clean the table or remove the tea cups used by people before me. even after asking them twice they failed to respond. The place overall was very dirty with just superficial good looks. But they have so many people coming in, that they just dont care anymore.

This place has been recently renovated and it's full air-condition. Good place and lots varieties of cookies, sweets, cakes, juices and tea available in the place. Have different varieties. But all are made with sugar and cream only. It is not good for health. Can't purchase any healthy food here. All are costly and waste of money. Making all items with sugar, cream, essenses only. Preparing decorative and attractive items. Butterscotch dart is full of sugar.

Food and atmosphere are very good here, but sometimes during peak hours service won't be that much easy for access. Outside table are only self-service.

So much wait time to take order. Tea and coffee taste must be improved . Overall service needs improvement. Outdated Cone cream was sold at counter.

All have developed, renovated, extra facilities added, Prices increased snacks r okay but the tea is worst. The tea which they served in all of their branches b4 5 years was the best in coimbatore but nowadays it is hard to drink in any of their branches. Cost is also high they add all taxes which is a waste to visit. Better to go for other bakeries or tea shops for good tea.

New renovated K R bakes is looking fantastic . Interior and exterior are good . Seating arrangement are also fine . As usual the bakery items like puffs , vegetable rolls , mashroom puffs , chicken puffs , tea cakes , pastries , fresh bread , buns , biscuits , snacks , chips like potato , tropicana , chocolates , hot n cold beverages are good .

I'd always cross this place but I'd never go here maybe because it is always crowded. But I regret it now since I went here a month ago and they have a variety of dishes. The veg grilled sandwich was good and the pav bhaji too. That tea was all I needed after a long day.

The place is in prime location and shop opens early and closes late. The taste of tea is not soo good. Cleanliness is good. The ambience is nice. Cakes and baking items are good in taste and times properly. Need to improve on taste of tea and coffee.

My all time favourite is Japanese cake and Pan rolls at KR bakery.

All Branches are almost identical in decor with spacious & comfortable seating, clean tables & cutlery. Well lit, ambience seems like 3 star restaurants. Good ventilation so cooking smell does not enter in. Excellent Taste of all dishes, whether small snack like tea with biscuits-Egg/ Veg puffs- cakes & pasteries- sandwiches, pizzas, veg/non veg rolls, every dish is prepared periodically so I have never come across stale foodstuff.In case of puffs & rolls they microwave heat it and serve piping hot. Service is excellent, all waiters immediately approach you moment you enter, take your order, attend on you in a courteous manner. They have a large range of biscuits, chips, savouries, sweets, cakes, pasteries, and full meal items like paneer, cheese vegetables, roti parottas, fried veg & non-veg rice and noodles, soups, and much more. My favourite branches are opp the Rly Station, NSR Road, Mettupalayam Road. It is a good place if you are single for just a cup of tea, or a group out for a quick bite, or trendy college students, and even the lovey dovey couples. Thank good there is no music to annoy you. TAKEAWAYS are packed quickly. Their bread is very good.

K R bakes is a well known chain of bakers in Tamilnadu , today I have been to one of their branches that is in NSR road Coimbatore. The place is clean and neat. Entry is screened due to COVID restrictions. My friend had coffee and he said it was good . Be being a chai fan had tee but disappointed. It was not up to my expectations. Also many cookies ,chocolates, cakes, mixture items are there . We bought some cookies which was delicious.Attentive staff and prompt service .

I have been to this KR bakes of this locality since 2011. It has a wonderful ambience and a clean tidy place to spend a tea time. Good service. I would recommend this place.

Parcel tea ordered. Received only tea in parcel pack. When asked for paper cups shop keeper and tea master said due to coimbatore corporation instructions paper cups are banned. Now I wonder how McDonald KFC and other beverages brand sell in paper cups in same coimbatore. I approached a near by tea stall ordered 3 more tea as parcel and I got paper cups along with tea. KR Bakes should stop selling parcel tea if it didn't serve the customers purpose
