Can't even rate 1 star .... Worst Experience with Croma Prozone Mall .... We bought LG 75" and Sound Bar from Croma Prozone on 25.April.2022. They got full payment from us .... TV Arrived very next day.... For Installing the TV people came after a week after a very tedious follow up .... After a big fight people came for Installation and we found tat TV was broken .... Still Now TV is not replaced .... Seriously didn't expect this type of Service from TATA .... I had so much of respect on Tata .... Didn't expect this kind of Service From U guys....

Customer service is very good. They compare the products is a very good way and a lot of choices are given based on that. They are patient in explaining the comparison and their suggestions. They also provide with their best offers and home delivery to most of the areas subject to availability.

Buy any products other than Croma. For croma products the service is poor. No customer care persons are working with responsibility. Other brands have best service. So choose products from other brands if you expect better service.

Very poor customer service....i went to purchase smart watch...waited for more than 15min but no one came and attend me ......after a long time a person came and did not explain about the product clearly as I researched before I was the one how is explain the products to the staffs...they were not able to answer my questions....No.of staffs are less....it took me 45min just to buy the watch which I selected before even entering the shop....

Very worst customer service..I purchased a water purifier before 20days in croma @ prozone, still no one came for installation. If we contact store sales person also no proper response from them. Still I didn't receive any proper response from there Side for installation 😖

We had purchased a sound bar on Nov 4th at the Prozone mall coimbatore branch. Unfortunately, stock was not available and they promised us to send the device as soon as possible.Its been 10 days and we keep calling them and there is no proper response. Customer support says backend team will call and the backend team has no clue and says we will get back. I have been a regular customer and now I will never go back to Croma. Worst after sales service. Regret buying from them!!!

Had the worst experience yesterday. I went to this store 2 days back to buy a tv LG43UQ8050PSB, there a sales person spoke nicely and also we were about to order the tv the next day. The sales person even called me that he is waiting. Once i went to the showroom to buy the tv LG43UQ8050PSB , I got VERY DISAPPOINTED answer that they don't have any tv left in warehouse and they need me to pay full or advance amount, so that they will give it to me in 4-5 days and that too they are NOT SURE ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE. If we had to wait, then why should we visit the retail showroom. Such a BAD RETAIL EXPERIENCE , Croma should look into this. Do Croma retail showrooms really don't have stocks when ASKING customers to buy them. If so why does the tv model be kept in demo when they don't have stocks handy. Why should the customers wait after paying the money, isn't Retail showrooms duty to keep its stocks and not to misguide the customers. Such bad retail marketing!

Products are good. Customer service is very bad. We just bought a steam iron and electric kettle for which we took 10 mins to finalise the product but we waited for more than half an hour to complete their billing procedure. Also they did not even informed us why it was delayed.

Worst experience with Croma@ Prozone. Purchased a washing machine.. asked to paid fully.. but delivered night 10pm in the next day... Ran behind them. Their all replies all were lies . I had a good opinion about TATA.. all shattered due to this bitter experience.. and whatever offers they posted on the pluckard if we ask they said it's lapsed..

I will recommend croma but not this branch. Worst store. They won't handle one customer at a time. Better visit some other croma branch for best price.

One of the best croma stores in Coimbatore, Almost all items are available and good customer service. If i am thinking about new appliances Croma is my primary choice. Thankyou TATA .

We recently bought Sony Bravia XR OLED 55” TV at Chroma. The shopping experience was very nice. The salesperson Nagaraj explained the features very well and was patiently explaining all our queries. Even though the price was not the lowest comparing other dealers, I went for Chroma mainly because of the customer friendly approach. After purchasing the TV, there was a regular follow up till the installation was complete. The technician who came for installation was also very friendly and made the installation perfect. Overall it was a good shopping experience and I feel I made the right choice.

Totally disappointed, i have seen IFB washing machine price in website on 21 feb 2024, and i enquired same day in prozone mall croma coimbatore show they are simply telling that the machine price got increased from 43690 in day they increased around 4000 approx .again croma im dispointed

We bought an LG water purifier from Croma, Prozone mall , Coimbatore 10 months back. The product was faulty and they gave a replacement after so many follow ups. They did not inform us that the product will not work with low water pressure . For the past 10 months we had to get the product serviced multiple times. We are now planning to buy another purifier. Croma is not ready to accept that it’s their problem and refusing to replace. Overall, highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service!!

Shalini was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. Store should improve their network connectivity since it took more time to connect and check laptop efficiency.

The wWorst service from Croma. I had purchased Sony D40 speaker from Croma. It stopped working after a week usage. I had raised queries but they are just closing the query instead of resolving it . Croma could be the worst choice for electronic purchaseorst experience first 2023....
