Forgive me I can not for the life of me remember the other associates name, I initially asked him for help, he said once he was done with the current customer he would help me. Well everyone decided to checkout at the same time and he got stuck behind the register. Another associate, Marcus just so happened to be taking a call and came down the aisle I was in, once he was done with the call, I bombarded him with questions about this frog that came into my life! He was frustrated I could see (again ppl were checking out) but regardless he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! I ended up only needing crickets!!! Once I got to the register I asked the first associate if he knew what kind of frog it was and he was just as helpful! They both gave me some great advice on how to take care of my new friend! Now, I’ve been to several Petco stores and NEVER have I received THIS amount of professionalism! This is what customer service is! I’m a chef, so I can appreciate them a bit more than most, because I know how difficult it is to deal with the public! Thanks guys for making my trip to Petco an enjoyable one!

My search ended when I discovered Petco in Upper Darby. I am a proud owner of Betta fish imagitarium Rose Petal Male. Also got 1 for my mom. They are excellent to release stress.

The staff walked right by me when I entered the store with no greeting or assistance offered. They were not customer focus. All the employees were congregating at the front of the store talking to each other. Horrible customer service.

Our Pitbull is elderly and recently the 3 steps out back have become too great a challenge. I was seeking a solution of ANY type. I headed for the lumber yard for ramp supplies plans in mind... Time to clock in for work was rapidly approaching. Before going into the hardware store I Called the Nearest Petco. Marcus answered the phone was super helpful. I was walking out with the ramp minutes later. THANK YOU Marcus & both of your team members for making a stressful errand quick & easy!

The cat groomer at the Upper Darby location failed to inform me of the Petco policy that all vaccinations of cats had to happen 24 hours prior to the appointment. I clearly stated I had just taken the cats to the vet and had just dropped them off back at home. I scheduled the appointment at 1700 hours for a 1030 appointment the next day. My time was completely wasted. I found a local small business owner to support, paid half of the price Petco would have charged me, and likely got twice the amount of service and care I would have gotten from Petco.

I can’t say enough about the staff member who help me with my vital care point system she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking full advantage of my perks.

Staff is friendly. The fish are always sick with ich, columnaris and camallanus worms. I drive further to other stores for this reason.

It was ok. A bit high on the prices. My man spent $30 for a shampoo brush and a bottle of shampoo. The grooming area didn't have brochures, and they were rude when I asked for info. Very expensive items., but my 8yrs old son enjoyed it due to the little animals and fishes in there.

One of the smaller Petco’s in the area, the staff was helpful and the groomers were knowledgeable and did great work. They don’t always have things in stock

Cashier picked up the phone real friendly help me find an item put it to the side for me I came an hour later it was right where she left it then she assisted me for any other assistance real friendly good customer service always want to come back

I honestly don’t understand why this location has low reviews. Maybe from previous management and groomers but my experience was amazing!! I was previously taking my boy to a different Petco location and suddenly grooming became an issue. After three failed attempts with his original groomer that had seven grooms with zero issues previously , I was extremely confused. So I decided to bring him to this location instead. The ladies did such an amazing job! Amazing is an understatement because he was long overdue and I know that it took a lot of patience to complete the service. They were kind, thorough, and didn’t quit on my boy even though he was clearly anxious in anew salon. Shout out to the grooming team and staff here!

My experience with Petco grooming was fantastic. The staff was positive and I saw staff grooming other dogs they were taking their time. The staff did a good job Princess was happy I'm happy. I would recommend to bring your doggie at Petco.

Not happy at all with the same day delivery. It was supposed to be here between 4-6, and @ 715pm I called customer service, whom tried to tell me that wasn't until tomorrow delivery. I made it very clear that the delivery was Same Day I took a screen shot of my order!! This is really a bad service. I will never use them again for delivery. Then you people wander why stores are closing. Well you all want that money but don't want to work for it!! This place for delivery is a scam!!

Every single groomer My dog has been to, he’s loved. He was abused as a puppy (because people are awful) and is usually skiddish around new faces. He prances right in this salon like he owns it. No barks. Or growls. Or teeth showing. Jessica C has been doing a wonderful job with him, but honestly every single groomer he’s had has been fantastic!

It's OK the best part is this place is clean ..They just don't have a large array of pets for sale..it seems like the staff isn't well educated as well in there select variation of pets as well? I can say they must run out of pets fast and that's that I guess..smh?

The crew here is always cheerful and helpful when I visit for my aquarium needs and or items for my cat. On the occasional times that they don't have a Petco item on hand, they are sure to get it for me and always let me know what day it will be available. Thanks Petco team. See ya soon. Nice selection of fish on hand.

Got a few more fish and some supplies for my 55 gallon cichlid tank ... 🐟🐠🐡 I get all my fur buddies needs at Petco ...I have a 75 lb pittie and three Ferrets ...now we have added 11 fish to the bunch ..😁

Completely unprofessional I had a a dog grooming appointment and was canceled because the electric was out which was out of there control.. it was also out my control I didn’t receive a call or a follow up to accommodate my pet. Unprofessional and o we priced compared to Doggie styled would not recommend.

This Was a good visit maybe only because I got cricket. So only had to deal with the cashier but on previous visits when I go to get fish. The lady is very unknowable about the fish she sells. Seem like she does not want to help you. She even told us the fish we purchased would die in a day but they are still alive and had babies.
