not
for
the
life
of
me
remember
the
other
associates
name,
I
initially
asked
him
for
help,
he
said
once
he
was
done
with
the
current
customer
he
would
help
me.
Well
everyone
decided
to
checkout
at
the
same
time
and
he
got
stuck
behind
the
register.
Another
associate,
Marcus
just
so
happened
to
be
taking
a
call
and
came
down
the
aisle
I
was
in,
once
he
was
done
with
the
call,
I
bombarded
him
with
questions
about
this
frog
that
came
into
my
life!
He
was
frustrated
I
could
see
(again
ppl
were
checking
out)
but
regardless
he
went
above
and
beyond
to
answer
all
of
my
questions!
I
ended
up
only
needing
crickets!!!
Once
I
got
to
the
register
I
asked
the
first
associate
if
he
knew
what
kind
of
frog
it
was
and
he
was
just
as
helpful!
They
both
gave
me
some
great
advice
on
how
to
take
care
of
my
new
friend!
Now,
I’ve
been
to
several
Petco
stores
and
NEVER
have
I
received
THIS
amount
of
professionalism!
This
is
what
customer
service
is!
I’m
a
chef,
so
I
can
appreciate
them
a
bit
more
than
most,
because
I
know
how
difficult
it
is
to
deal
with
the
public!
Thanks
guys
for
making
my
trip
to
Petco
an
enjoyable
one!
