I had booked this hotel, for a concert at Wells Fargo Arena. I did not want the busy-ness / atmosphere of Philly, which is why I booked here. It was a 20-30 minute ride to the arena (each way). The hotel is fairly new and has a great feel to it. Great outdoor space and on the main strip of a lot of great restaurants. We booked a corner room, which was perfect for what we needed. (Just 2 of us). Based on room and overall appearance, I definitely would stay here again. I cannot speak on the restaurants or other amenities provided. For a weekend getaway, it was exactly what we needed. I would 100% book again!

We had a handicapped accessible room on 9/17 and were thoroughly disappointed. There is no closet and the rods you are supposed to hang your clothes on are spaced too closely to allow garments to hang properly. There was a wedding at the hotel and we were denied service in the lobby bar because we were not in the party. The key on my phone did not work. The toilet paper was very thin and cheap. When we arrived, the temperature in the room was 66. In the morning I related all this to the manager and he cut the bill in half.

The location isn't too bad, but the instructions on where to park are poor at best. Went there for a day-long conference. Little signage for the hotel and none for the parking. The chairs in the conference room were pathetic... They were plastic, yes plastic, ladder back chairs with a thin cushion over wood for the seat. I was uncomfortable after 30 minutes of an 8 hour seminar. The chairs were pure torture. Lunch was served promptly at noon and was scheduled to go for an hour. I didn't get lunch until 1:15 due to the line (bad setup for the line). Most of the food was gone by the time I got to eat and there was cold chicken and sizzling vats of grease left to choose from. If you are going to hold a conference, stay away from this location. Hard to get to, weird parking, and horrible room amenities.

The hotel aesthetic was quite nice; the atmosphere had a sophisticated, modern, and industrial vibe which was just up my alley. The fitness area had some of the staples, so that was pleasant. Some things that could potentially be improved are: signage at the parking garage/deck- there isn't any signage that instructs visitors to park on the first floor of the garage/deck so after checking in I had to move my car from the second floor (which is leveled to the hotel, that's why I thought it was an appropriate level to park in) to the first at 9pm which I mildly didn't appreciate; the rooms, while nicely furnished and decorated, lacked enough lighting to deal with any work I needed to do (I was on a business trip) and having mentioned that I was visiting on business the receptionists didn't mention if there was a business center on site which I would've appreciated; the "desk" area was much too short to have my laptop, mouse, and other materials to work with; and lastly, despite traveling light I still managed to struggle with housing my clothing and other personal belongings with the furniture provided in my room. Overall, I would give this an "ok" experience.

What a cute boutique hotel! It is brand new, clean, safe, and the vibe is great. Nice rooms, but I will agree with some of the others that there needs to be more lighting over the desk area. The bar upstairs at Hook and Ladder made great drinks and everyone at the hotel was super friendly!

This hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The lobby is inside what used to be a firehouse and has been lovingly updated. We were definitely the first people to use our room, that's how new this hotel is. We liked our room, but had the usual problems of no shelf to put our soap in the shower and TV service being spotty. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows and good linens. The onsite restaurant, Hook & Ladder Sky Bar, has very good cocktails but was a bit more expensive than we were expecting (but there is a lot around town). They had the large window open to enable the bar to serve to the patio, which was beautiful but made it a bit chilly. We got the charcuterie and oysters, both very good but small-ish portion. We ate at the bar. The smoky paloma drink was perfect. The hotel is very walkable and there is so much to do in the area. Parking was wonky--the front desk was pro-actively helpful about whether or not we had parked in the right spot. There is NO signage inside the garage to indicating that you should drive down and park on the BOTTOM floor. We drove up to unlabeled spaces and then had to move after the kind direction of the front desk staff.

Simply amazing! What a great new property. Hands down one of the best hotel stays ever. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The beds, pillows and lines were super comfy. Clean modern vibe throughout. Highly recommend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful upscale hotel! My suite was amazing! I stayed in this hotel bc it is close to my job's headquarters. I wish that I could have stayed even longer to enjoy all of the amenities.

Terrible, horrible management! They don't care about you as a customer at all. I'm a diamond customer and was treated like dirt. I travel a lot for personal and business and this experience has to be the worst one in the past 10 yrs. The hotel rooms are super noisy. I could barely sleep with all the noise. Rooms are not ergonomic at all. So, if you don't fit their design, you will feel it. There are no microwaves in the room. Several of my coworkers got strangers to walk into their rooms as the rooms were double booked and people were given keys to rooms that were already occupied. To add insult, front desk had the nerve to ask people to pack back up and move rooms as they were already booked. I will never stay there again!

Our stay over this past weekend was fantastic. The hotel staff was great, the rooms were incredibly clean and well appointed. We can’t wait to return. We however left an item in the room and the great housekeeping staff found it. We have been struggling to reach someone to send us the appropriate materials so we can have the item sent back to us. Can someone please reach out to us regarding the matter? It was an item that has sentimental value. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you and staying here again.

Overall this was a nice hotel in a hip and a convenient location. The entrance was difficult to find for both the Lyft driver and I. This is a highly stylist hotel and IMHO I feel more focus was placed on appearance, but less functionally. I found it difficult to find things in my room, to achieve functional lighting, and very limited storage for anything. If you stay, try to avoid a street facing room because it was louder than expected. The staff were very nice. High quality soap/shampoo amenities. In room coffee...at the same level as a gas station.

There are racist staff and unfortunately it's the staff with influence. I arrived about 30 minutes early to work to find the location, put my dress code jacket on, and have a seat. Unfortunately, a staff member offered to show me around and took me directly to the bosses and introduced me while out of dress code so that they would confront me (and did) I was trained immediately after I arrived to the location (the bar as an usher), the supervisor argued with me about paying me, and sent (only) me home atleast an hour early under the guise that everyone was going home early. When I asked if I could speak to his boss about being paid for my training off the clock, he led his boss away from me while I was clearly chasing after them. He also stood in front of me, did my job for me, and spoke to me through his teeth. A black guest who came with a band, towards the end of the night angrily confronted the same man I had a problem with about not giving her a menu all night claiming there was a "disconnect." The other female usher, when I asked her a question about the job, said she'd ask "him (the supervisor)" and then never came back. Neither of them answered my questions that they went to each other about, leaving me to think they were talking poorly about me instead. I was the only black staff member and being that a black guest had a race-related concern, I'm left to believe I experienced racial discrimination. The bartenders were kind, the food was good, and his boss did decide that I should be paid.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, but the rooms don't have enough storage, work space or light. Staff is still learning the new space so better to wait for this hotel to season.

A great addition to Conshy! Love the decor, lobby bar, hook & ladder, staff are all awesome and the bed was super comfy (as a chiropractor that's super important to me 😆)! Not to mention it smells amazing in there! Would recommend for any guests coming into town and for special occasions!

The company that I work for (Tri-County Suburban Realtors) hosted an event at Hotel West & Main on 9/27/23 and we had 50+ in attendance. The entire event was fantastic and the property is truly amazing. The room we rented was great, and Dayna Egan (Senior Catering Manager) and her staff were friendly and attentive. The food and beverage services for our happy hour were excellent as well. Everyone that attended told us that the whole thing was a ‘Home Run’. Thanks Dayna and everyone at HW&M for everything, and for making our event a hit with our invited guests!

Amazing place. It's like being at the waldrof-Astoria and the Mandalay Bay Resort but in the suburban area. It's truly a top notch.

Beautiful hotel. I love the interior design. It seems like an old fire station. There are statues of dogs every where so that's super cute. The breakfast was great too. Friendly staff.

Lobby is large, meandering and comfortable with multiple sitting areas. Interesting as a converted fire station. My room had a large bathroom and was small otherwise. Minimal storage for unpacking and no closet.

If you had to pick a sleek, boutique type, brand new Hotel in walking distance from many restaurants, and incredibly convenient to everything and every place you might want to book your stay at, West on Main. I’m a Philly gal, currently living in LA who is here for 10 days visiting my brother, who is in Intensive Care at Penn. While visiting I got sick, and if I had to get sick I picked the perfect hotel. Their management team and staff have been incredible attentive. They have a yummy choice of menus, and I’m pretty sure they’re head and shoulders above any of the older, local hotels. And, they’re part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, they won’t disappoint.

Simply beautiful property at an old firehouse site. Very comfortable rooms with great bedding. The staff were great as well, perfectly made cocktails at the lobby bar. The only downside is parking, it’s at a lower level of a nearby garage, and you have to go outside to the plaza level to get from the garage to the lobby.

The feel of the hotel upon entering is warm and comfortable & the service not only matched that, but far exceeded it. Noelle really set the tone since before we arrived, as I had called the day before & she was great! She delivered that same level of exceptional service in person, when I meet her the day after. She’s someone i’d be proud to have on my front desk, as she is thorough and thoughtful! Next, huge thank-you to Dave! He’s not only an exceptional bartender, but he has an extremely kind demeanor. He was super accommodating and full of recommendations, efficient & knowledgeable. We’d come back for Dave & Noelle alone, but Hook and Ladder and the staff added to that experience. Food was incredible, fresh and well executed, but the service was even better (if possible). Anna was so hands on and helpful to her staff and she was amazing at table touching while striking conversation. Then you have your amazingly smooth and perfect, Semaj!! All I can say is Wow! Hold onto that man, because he can sell the whole menu with ease and understanding of all ingredients and dishes. He exemplifies everything you want in a good service provider & as someone who worked food service 10+ years, he’s one of the best i’ve seen (as well as Dave). Can’t speak higher enough about this property and how well it’s ran, because of your amazing staff. Bravo!

Hotel West and Main is my go-to hotel in the region. The seamless meshing of the old firehouse with the new hotel bring a beautiful charm to the property and the 1874 Social bar/restaurant takes advantage of the former engine bay doors to create a hybrid indoor-outdoor space when the weather is inviting. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and comfortable with excellent touches and decor. The bathrooms have sizeable showers and large vanities, and the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are from quality companies. Parking is free and convenient in an adjacent garage, and the neighborhood is quiet at night, letting you get a good night's rest. Lastly, but not least, the staff, from front desk to bartenders and housekeeping, have always been extremely professional. As I said, this is my go-to when staying in the region for work or pleasure unless I have to be downtown overnight. I highly recommend the Hotel West and Main to anyone.

We stayed at Hotel West & Main for our wedding and had a hotel room block with them. The Hotel was incredibly clean and rooms were in perfect shape. Location was phenomenal to bars and restaurants. All of our out of town guests were very impressed by the hotel and location.

Most of the Staff was very rude. We did not feel welcome at all. The rooms are nice and look clean but don't walk around barefoot. Your feet will be black! Don't bother going to the bar. You will wait a very long time for a drink or even a cup of coffee in the morning. Again you will be bothering the bartender. We were there with a very large group for a wedding. Several of us experienced some sort of issue. Very disappointing.

I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness.I want to start off by saying the manager and young man who assisted me and my wife are amazing. I never had better customer service and I have been all over !I travel in and out of the country! It’s incredible to see people that love their job and go over and beyond for their visitors who come here. I have frequent several locations here and paid overwhelming prices which is no problem. However, the quality of service is what amazes me, the people here treat you as family and again I want to say to the manager and the young man who assisted me, thank you so so so much. I am pleased and very happy to have visited your location and I will come back. I will also recommend family members to have their wedding here because of the manager and the staff who had assisted us. Anyone who has any complaints about the staff or this place has personal problems there is no way anyone could be rude to you here! The people are happy. Everyone is excited to be here and it’s just a great place. You can’t find that very much nowadays ! again thank you ! Mrs. Jones and Family….

Do not book this hotel and expect any part of your reservation to be correct. I called Hilton reservations who was speaking directly with in-house reservations at this hotel to answer my questions and book my rooms. We just arrived and do not have adjoining rooms as told that we had booked and appear on our reservations, we need adjoining rooms with a child. Also we needed to book a hotel that has a bathtub in one of the rooms which is on our reservation and were told was accommodated. Upon arrival we were told this hotel do not have any adjoining rooms. We canceled a room to all stay in one room, then there are no bathtubs in the bathrooms available. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel, there are many great choices to select from.Sorry we selected this one! When we arrived another guest in front of us was not happy as well. We called the Marriott and spoke to someone in house and will be heading over there for our stay.

We had wonderful experience here. The only improvements, I recommend is bell service for arriving guests. And umbrella available for access to parking garage. We never staff for valet parking. Upstairs bar service and venue were very good. Lobby area bar, needs more staff.

Oooo La La! I feel like I’m the first to ever stay in my room. A very new property. Stylish and modern. So clean and trendy. Would definitely stay here again. Thought at first that the road noise or train noise would keep me up and night due to location but slept very well. Nice restaurants on property and within quick walking distance.

We worked with the hotel to reserve a room block for our nearby wedding, and stayed at the hotel before and after the wedding. The hotel is beautiful, and all of our guests were very happy. Everything was clean and the hotel felt very shiny and new. They were great to work with in arranging the block, they helped us distribute gift bags to our guests, and were easy to work for setting up our shuttle to the wedding venue. The outdoor space next to the hotel is a huge perk, since the weather was good we could hang out with family on the patio and lawn open to the lobby and greet our guests as they checked in. And we used the suite as our bridal suite which was also amazing. The suite is huge and has a full couch, dining table, and kitchenette. It was the perfect space to do hair/makeup for the bridal party the morning of the wedding. Overall we were very happy with our experience at the West and Main!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Hotel West & Main Conshohocken Pennsylvania, during the Fourth of July holiday. The hotel is gorgeous. There are two on-site restaurants (1874 and Hook & Ladder) and a beautiful, spacious, well manicured outdoor sitting area for hotel guests and restaurant-goers alike. Anyone with small children knows it can become a challenge dining out in a restaurant, not to worry! The outdoor space has something for everyone, including the kids. Oh, and not to mention the food and drinks are delicious. The hotel staff were delightful and eager to help! Angela and Brian made sure our stay was pleasant every step of the way. They provided us with suggestions on family-friendly outings and firework displays. The upkeep of the hotel is amazing. I'm a stickler when it comes to cleanliness. Well, let's just say housekeeping (James) did not disappoint. He understood the assignment and the importance of thorough housekeeping. My family and I truly appreciate you for going above and beyond. Hotel West & Main Conshohocken Pennsylvania, is a true example of excellent hospitality. We will recommend to anyone staying in the Conshohocken/ Philadelphia area. Thank you!
