Some nursing staff did not provide patient medicinal needs on scheduled time. Were slow in responding to some patients needs. Some nursing staff seemed uncaring. Food was never delivered hot if it was supposed to be. Food quality was terrible. Overcooked meals. PT department was good, though.

Let me start by saying that whenever a loved one is admitted to any kind of facility, make sure to always check in with staff (either in person or phone) and STRONGLY advocate for your loved one’s well-being!! My mother was a patient at UCR for two months. Despite some glitches, she received great care; I would like to personally thank James (Head Nurse), Chevelle and Jackie (Aides), Sonia (Director of Nursing) and Mousa (former Senior Administrator). These people gave impeccable service to my mother and to the other patients and should be commended daily. Though I wasn’t always the most patient with them, staff was very professional in handling me at my most demanding and they did it with such grace.

Would Highly recommend this Nursing home to everyone! If I could have gave 6 stars I would have! The staff here are always alert and ready to assist with any care or concerns I have for my Grandmother . She loves it here, she feels safe and catered to. They respond to the call bells quickly which is very important. I feel at peace knowing that I have people that love and care for her the same way, Thank you guys for all that you do keep up the amazing work.

When I first arrived, this facility would not have been my first choice. The building is run down & old. My care had a few hiccups in the beginning with nursing & dietary. However once I spoke with Tee, she & the staff jumped through hoops to satisfy me & take care all of my requests & concerns. My relations with nursing & dietary improved substantially. I’m very grateful to the nursing assistants, & therapy staff. They are all very kind. Everyone will go above & beyond for you. You will receive personal care, especially from Rachida & Jennie that you don’t typically find in a hospital. I recommend this facility for your rehabilitation needs. Where you’ll get top personal care.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience here at this facility. I was here for three years and received quality care, and exceptional therapy. The team was attentive and patient with me during my journey to become stronger. I would recommend sending your loved one.

We had a great experience! The food was excellent and the facility was very clean. You are greeted by warm smiles and staff that are there for your every needs.

I must say the staff on the 1st floor especially an aide Sharita was so nice. My only complaint was my husband's careless doctor. It is a very clean facility. I felt at ease with him being there
