Good service, nice restaurant, wonderful location near hotels and within walking distance of beautiful water fountains and art museums. We got the steak frites and the filet mignon and it was great. 🙂

Nice place to hang out for a few drinks, comfort food and watch sports or just have good conversations. Large place that can get busy. Food has most popular American delights. Opted for the burger which was served good and tasty. Others in my group had pizza and appetizers.

I am writing a review simply to let everyone know this location has both gluten free buns AND gluten free pizza crust. For some reason they don’t advertise it, but we called and they had both. Only caveat is there will be cross contamination. So if you are okay with that, then I highly highly recommend. Both were delicious, definitely will return!

We have been visiting from Dallas for the last 5 days and this is by far the best place we've eaten in Philly! Great location, great service, great environment! If we were here longer, we'd definitely come back. I got a Philly cheesesteak earlier in the visit from Reading Terminal and it doesn't hold a candle to the cheesesteak I got here. A must visit! Steve was our server and he was excellent! He made us love Philly even more!

A nice and spacious tap house that has a great selection of beers on tap. I was happy to see so many local options on the list and a good variety of beer as well. My personal favorite the wheat beer category had 4 different options listed. As for the food it was all really good. I spit the pork nachos and then my partner and I got the Korean tacos and Nashville hot chicken. The tacos were pretty decent but the Nashville hot chicken was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend it. Over all a really nice place with great food and drink options.

Citrus Lover’s Mecca. Brussels sprout appetizer is saturated in marinade and sweet. Egg over a tangy marinade soaked shredded beef mixed into fried rice looks good. Piping hot shrimp and creamy grits with collard greens soaked in more marinade than a palate can host. Eat the shrimp while it’s hot and balance the greens with grits. Too much marinade is too much.

Our server was Bryan he is very nice patient and helpful we were happy to have him as our server!! The food was beyond amazing. The Ceasars salad was the best I have ever had in my life it was like a Caesar vinaigrette dressing which was to die for. The pork nachos were also amazing. These 2 items alone are enough to share and fill up 2 people. I also ordered a burger and because of the salad I had high expectations for the burger and it exceeded my expectations. My wife had the shrimp and grits she said it was amazing also!! Top ratings all around for this place!!!

Have been here many times over the years. One of our go-to spots in the city for drinks. We went here one Saturday night. Able to find a seat at the bar pretty easily. Ordered a few rounds of drinks and some wings - I like a good day rub and this one definitely doesn't disappoint!

Quite near to the office for occasional treats and happy hours. It's usually crowded. If its a group I recommend a reservation. Beers they have a good option, food is okay. I tried a veggie burger and it was kinda okay. Service is good.

Excellent place for chips and a pint. A great selection of beers and refreshing in to find a place that isn't take out close to the museums. The only downside while there was the lack of staff. Took a while to get anything, which is understandable during these times. But the staff that was there was fantastic going the extra mile for our friends baby and getting us a table we could all be comfortable at.

First time here & we couldn't find any complaints, good food, beer/ drinks tasted great, server/ bartender was good. Next time we are in Philly, we will go back.

I wanted to thank everyone at City Tap House Logan Square for an EXTRAORDINARY experience from start to finish with our brunch for about 60 people. The excellent support and assistance provided throughout all of my questions and changes in requests were greatly appreciated. The food and ambiance at the brunch were superb and it was so great that we were able to enjoy our time, without pressure to rush through our event. I would highly recommend this venue and am very grateful to have found it. A great location, especially for stays at the nearby hotels after a wedding.

The food is terrible. We had chips and guacamole, pita with hummus and margarita pizza. How can you mess thst up? Well City Tap can. And the margarita drink was was terrible too, sour, tasteless and no taste of alcohol at all. The service was bad too. The bartender, Jeane is her name if I'm spelling it right, was very rude and disrespectful. She is also event coordinator there. I would not recommend this place.

My wife and I were in town with our two young teenage daughters for a Boy With Uke concert, we are not from Philly and by pure luck chose City Tap, Man! What a great experience! Food was awesome, atmosphere was awesome, service was awesome! Our server Hajj was awesome

Mike was so incredible with accommodating myself and my group (4 people) on short notice. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his customer service was incredible. If you want a good experience at City Tap, definitely ask for Mike- he definitely deserves a raise!

Good vibe, has a bar and sports on tv. Shrimp tacos were good. The umbria pizza was a bit dry for my taste. I like my tomato sauce and this one didn’t have any. Service was great. I wouldn’t make a trip out just to come here but it was convenient for being open in the area later in the evening.

Nice place and good decor. Food was good. Wife had the spicy shrimp tacos and I had the hot honey chicken sandwich. Menu wasnt as big as i was expecting but good options for anyone. Service was good, given it was 11:30 on a Monday morning.

Our family dined here tonight expecting great food as we had in the past. The restaurant was packed, mostly for the Phillies v Braves game and an event in the party room. The food arrived very quick and now I know why. My burger was extremely rare, almost raw and several of the chicken wings we ordered were not cooked all the way through. Our server, Brittany, was very nice and took care of the situation right away. The manager asked if we wanted a replacement dish. I had lost my appetite so we had the dishes taken off the bill. I would have given 1 star however I will give 2 stars since they were both very professional and courteous.

Stopped in for the first time with a large group from work, and the service and food was phenomenal. We're looking forward to coming back again! Thanks for having us. Highly recommend!

Brussel sprouts were really good. Decent pizza. we had fun at a Taylor Swift themed Quizzo night.

Tonight I came in for a late casual dinner. The waiter asked if I was allergic to anything and I advised that I was to beets. He mentioned that he would note it on the order. When the order arrived the kitchen had added beets. I took a bite before realizing it, and then I saw that there were beets in the dish. We asked to speak with the manager, she apologized and advised us that there was a cook in the kitchen that didn’t speak English and that was the reason for the error. For me this isn’t an issue of having someone in the kitchen that speaks another language, this is an issue of protocol. The chef and a manger on duty being aware of an allergy on a table, the chef or food runner seeing the dish and making sure it looks correct and that nothing looks out of place. Sadly we won’t be back, I hope steps are put in place so this doesn’t occur to anyone else. We did ask to leave as I began to have a reaction.

Worst service ever. Refused to change tv station even in empty bar. Will never go there again. Seriously not good.

Had the hummus and a chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The beer selection is fantastic and the service was prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Will always get the wings here! Always so crispy and good in size. Tonight I got the shrimp and grits and it was a great portion and full of flavor. This is one of my favorite spots in the area due to the overall energy, consistency of food and drink, and kind wait staff. I’m so happy they are open again!

Great service, friendly staff and plenty of seating room for a cold brew

This is the first time I here. It's a nice resturant bar that serves bar food. I gave it 4 stars because the burger I ordered came out rare and with the extras that I didn't want. The server was gracious and rectified the situation quick and the replacement burger was just perfect. I would definitely recommend the four fathers pizza it was delicious. The ten spice wings although good it really only tasted lime it was one spice no extraordinary spice I was expecting hence the name. I would return with my girlfriends to hang out and get a drink and get a quick bite downtown
