I've
been
attending
Philly
Dance
Fitness
classes
since
2013--it's
my
main
form
of
exercise
and
I
cannot
recommend
them
enough.
The
classes
themselves
are
great
(I
highly
recommend
Dance
Party
Boot
Camp,
which
is
a
good
mix
of
fun
dancing
and
challenging
exercise).
But
there
is
absolutely
no
pressure--so
if
you
want
to
try
something
you've
never
done
before,
or
just
don't
have
as
much
energy
one
day--you
do
YOU
and
don't
feel
like
you
have
to
perform/
"be
good"
at
anything.
I
had
previously
tried
Koresh
and
didn't
like
how
performative
it
was--this
is
a
much
more
relaxed
and
friendly
vibe.
As
one
of
my
fav
instructors
says,
"as
long
as
you're
having
fun
and
being
safe,
you're
doing
it
right".
The
instructors
are
all
super
nice
and
over
the
years
I've
made
some
great
friends.
(So
don't
be
shy
about
introducing
yourself
if
you're
new
to
a
class!).
Last
but
not
least,
I
love
that
it's
a
small,
woman
owned
business.
And
you
really
do
get
a
personalized
touch
when
interacting
with
the
business.
Any
time
I've
had
issues,
or
if
need
to
pause
my
membership,
they've
been
super
understanding,
accommodating,
and
quick
to
respond.
(Unlike
pretty
much
every
other
gym
membership
I've
ever
had,
ha).
If
you're
on
the
fence,
I
highly
recommend!
