Worst experience, no responses even waiting for hours and hours. Doctors come late ,no look at their patients Actually wanna give zero Star but it's ok for their cleanness we can give one else they don't deserve it

One of the worst hospitals in nasik.Death rate is very high. Doctors just ignore patients' health and look for their comfort and keep their ego. If they don't have knowledge in that area they should ask the patient to leave or transfer the patient to any other multi-speciality hospital.#BadHospital #NarayaniHospital

Very bad management by the hospital. They do provide idea about the charges for surgery. Pharmacy charges are as per MRP which is will cost you more than outside and hospital not allows to take medicines from outside easily. ICU is not effective at night. Full time doctors are limited. MRI facility unavailable.

Worst hospital. Worst management. Rude and adamant staff. Doctors don’t care about the management behaviour. Cost wise too heavy and irrational. Overrated without facilities / resources availability. Recommend to avoid admission to Narayani hospital Nasik. No feedback is entertained from the staff.

Very poor management I have seen. Booked an appointment on prior for 1:30PM, which they alloted. Once reach to hospital, receptionist asked to wait for more than hour. Asked reason then she said, it's first come first serve process. U would have come early in morning for booking. So many reasons to give one star... Now it's been 3 hours.. I m still in waiting queue

I'm overwhelmed while writing this, I'm so thankful for the treatment on health issues I faced. I'll never forget Dr.Ajay jadhav sir as he not only treat me but also boost my confidence by his gestures and also whole staff is cooperative and nice❤️🙏

Pathetic! Though the specialists have expertise in the field and treat patients well the other staff seems inexperienced. The nurses ain't patient friendly. They were permitted to use mobile phones in the ICU which make them ignorant towards the needs of patients. Physiotherapy department's charges are expensive and treatment is not useful. The doctors are uncooperative. The hospital lacks the vision to go ahead with the particular treatment. Security guard is arrogant. The faculty misleads the patients. They come up with new ailment every day making it difficult to understand the actual problem the patient is suffering from. The charges of the hospital are unnecessarily very high! The only positive thing one could mention is the cleanliness that hospital maintains. Every other thing is messed up. The open ICUs make the the patients worry more looking at the condition of other critical patients. They must take efforts to reduce the waiting period of formalities. Overall the hospital's motive is to earn the money and it doesn't serve the purpose of curing patient properly.

In hospital the treatment quality is very good. The doctor, team staff is too good. Hospital surrounding is very happy and free. Dr. Swapnil sakhala sir is like God for me. Their hopes give me fast recovery Dr.Ajay Jadhav sir handles my surgery carefully. Very good hospital , Nursing staff also good and well knowledgeble, My wife admitted for TB, lung problem under Dr Swapnil Shakala sir , he did bronchoscopy and confirmed his diagnosis. Cleaning staff also good. 😠#only security Guard (Bouncer) trouble every time. Thank you🙏

Excellent hospital . Cost of the treatment also very good. Nursing staff also well knowledge. My grand father admitted for lung problem under Dr Swapnil Shakala sir , he did bronchoscopy and confirmed his diagnosis. Now he is recovered and happy. Thank you sir.

Good doctors, but pharmacy can definitely use more staff(looking at amount business they are doing, they can surely afford more staff. Also existing staff is good but they all seemed overworked). Waited for 40 minutes to buy medicine.

Facility - ICU and IPD facilities are good. The good thing is all facilities like ct scan, colposcopy etc are in house so you don't have to go elsewhere. Nurses and cleanliness is okay. Doctors seems to be experienced, specially dr Rane doesn't talk much and don't explain in depth, but his diagnosis is too good. One thing I personally didn't like - medical, accounts Dept call everyday to settle up daily balance. Though it felt that hospital was little expensive, but overall experience was satisfactory.
