The hotel lobby looks luxurious. There is 7/11 convenience store at ground floor. The hotel is a little bit far from the airport but no worry as they have free shuttle bus.

Very good hotel. Bus access available to Narita airport all 3 terminals. The hotel has gym facilities. The pool facilities are currently closed. The gym consists of threadmills, indoor cycles, weights and dumbbells. It is a non-smoking hotel and has seven eleven facilities inside and mini stop store near by the hotel. The hotel has also taken steps towards environmental protection. It also has restaurant facilities working but the morning restaurant buffet is not worth the money. Services by staff are also very good. The ambience is very nice. It also has automatic door lock system so please take the card along with you when exiting your room.

We stayed this hotel for one night 2023.7.28~2023.7.29. While check in day we visited so many places and we brought chocolate for our relatives but due to hot weather of japan, our chocolate were melted so we decided to keep in freeze for a night tomorrow morning 2023.7.29 we rush for our flight but we forgot to packed our chocolate we realized after3 hour and we went hotel for our thing but they easily said there is nothing leaving..🥹 I was shocked . There is not only chocolate I packed together coffee stick two lipstick one is from mac cosmetic another is from saint laurent. My chocolate price is over 10thousand Japanese yen. This is very bad experience for my journey if I had time I will go withpolice but I left my detail to my frend to asked for police ..! Hope hotel owner ready this comnt good luck for your future service 🙏🏼

If you travel with earliest or latest flight, I would like to recommend this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, service are ok. Morning breakfast is good, but they starting bit late (6:30am). Food quality is fair. 20 minutes free Airport transport is excellent

Don't stay here! Caution: Very dirty & unhygienic. Disgustingly filthy rooms with no proper cleaning, dirty toilets, run-down furniture, air conditioning clogged with mold: Health Hazard. I cannot understand other reviews claiming cleanliness. This is by far the dirties hotel I've ever stayed in Japan. Every other option in Narita is better. Avoid at all cost. Management should be ashamed.

Very convenient for layovers and getting to the airport. The free airport shuttle was very handy. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, so most things are very nice, although there are a few old furnishings in the rooms. The rooms were quite spacious - there's plenty of room for suitcases.

There apparently is no masking requirement or rule at this hotel (according to the night manager). The night manager and other staff also made no effort to ask guests (a number of whom were maskless) to wear masks, so it seemed quite unsafe to stay here. I’d recommend no one to stay here as the staff have done basically nothing to prevent viral spread between guests.

Basic hotel with a limited restaurant that closes very early at 2000. A few other eating options on the main road or 20min walk into Narita high street. There are some large rooms in the property. However, they don't seem suited for the business man or family. There is a very small desk/working area as part of the TV cabinet. The central part of the room is devoted to a 4 person seating area and coffee table. I think this space would be better used with a full size table allowing greater workspace or a sofa bed and pull out to appeal to families. I haven't spoken to the hotel management about this, so there may be some rooms that do have these additions. Nice enough. Quiet location with a welcome addition of a shuttle bus to the town.

This is a nice hotel near Narita Airport. They have spacious lobby, restaurant, coffee stand and 7/11 convenience store at 1F!!! They have various stuffs like sweets, Japanese snacks, Onigiri, sandwiches, small souvenirs. You can get anything you need in your stay in the hotel as well. Looks like they have a pool but that didn't open when I stayed. I found some lounge for some airline staffs in the hotel, looks curious! The room is very spacious as a Japanese Hotel so you can open your big luggages easily. The bathroom is very clean and sanitized. The price is not bad, I think it is very reasonable and the cost performance is really good as this type of hotel. They have shuttle bus to the hotel from Narita airport. From this hotel the bus to Narita station, AEON mall in Narita and the airpot, all free!!! They have enough parking lots for free. I highly recommend this hotel both before and after your trip!! Enjoy!!!

Room 2107 is filthy dirty. We could see urine stains on toilet seat, mold dust everywhere. It smelled bad and was stuffy in the room. Room 2108 was very dirty too. But not as smelly as the other room. We told the hostess at the reception that we had a really bad experience She said sorry and that’s it. We booked this hotel for the proximity to the shopping mall, train station and airport.

The airport shuttle is free and convenient, the room was spacious and the breakfast quite good. However, I cannot excuse the moldy, unpleasant smell when entering the room. The bathroom was especially bad including the towels which is really uncomfortable.

It was only a one night transit, but the hotel was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable. I do wish there were more shuttle times, but it was free and still very convenient. Good value for money.

I stayed for one night here to take PCR test at the airport next morning. Great access from/to Narita airport and Narita station by free shuttle bus even though most hotels reduce bus time schedule. It’s a clean and comfortable room. No hair or dust at all in the bathroom. A convenience store, MINI STOP, is just next to the hotel. Amenity: water pet bottle, slippers, kettle, hand&bath towels, hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body soup, toothbrush, hair dryer (Don’t forget bring your own sanitizer or sanitizing wipes)

Nice big room. It’s clean. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to airport and very punctual with time. There’s also free shuttle bus to major shopping malls but I rather walk, only took us 20 mins walk. 2 convenient stores. 1 located inside the hotel, itself small but convenient, so cannot complain. The other one was outside hotel and a lot bigger with more selection of goods. Laundry area is great but i would suggest to have coins exchange machine there would be extra amazing. Also comes with good wifi. Will be back for sure in the future.

International Garden Hotel Narita located in a quiet area closed to the central of Narita (Walking distance around 25 minutes). It has a 7 eleven inside the hotel which was convenient even there were less selection of foods due to its size. The mini stop right next to the hotel carry much more variety of foods so you will be fine. The hotel looked nice, the room was spacious and clean. Sadly their jacuzzi wasn't working or else it will be perfect. There's a gym in the hotel which was great for gym people like us who want to sweat a little. Not great but better than none. The best thing of all was that they provide shuttle bus to and from the airport. Big thumb up to the bus driver (excellent customer service)! Disliked · Not essential but it would be nice for a big hotel to maintain their gym room regularly. As we can tell, all machine were rusty and dirty. It's really brought down the standard of a big hotel like this.

I had an amazing stay! Great value for the money. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of options (tea rice, udon, curry, continental, western, salad, miso and fish, fruits). Option to do early check in or late check out for a fee. Staff were all so friendly and efficient. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, to the Aeon mall, and to the JR station. 24/7 convenience store just outside with a 7/11 inside the hotel, restaurants within walking distance plus a in-hotel restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with all essentials including bath robes! The tv had English channels. I like this location better than the ones closer to the airport because you don’t feel like you are in the middle of nowhere amongst highways. There’s a residential neighbourhood nearby. Lastly, if you have time to kill I suggest you take the free shuttle bus from the airport to a natural hot spring onsen nearby! Just search onsen on google maps at the airport and it should pop up!

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay for a short duration. Clean, easy pickup and drop off, etc. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options (both western and japenese). However, if you want a comfortable longer stay, this isn't your place.

Free shuttle to airport. 25 mins bus ride. Bus leaves on the dot. Be punctual . Simple hotel, old relatively clean. No stains on sheets but has dusty carpet corners

The ol’ girl is showing her age these days. But reasonably appointed and spacious rooms by normal Japanese standards. The 7-Eleven in the lobby and shuttle bus services are very convenient.

Big spacious room. Buffet dinner was very good. ¥4000. Friendly, cozy hotel. Furniture somewhat outdated but very clean.

Gems are surprising when you come by one. This is one. I booked not knowing the location only that it was near the airport which provided transportation & breakfast. I learned they have much more. I’ll start with the mouth watering dinner buffet. EVERYTHING I ate/ drank was Delicious 🤤! I highly recommend this place for the convenience of travel needs ( Skip the airport exchange: they have a money changer in the lobby)and vicinity of local (Narita) facilities, restaurants, games, shopping and other formats of transportation to get around the city. The staff is A1 !!!!!!! They know the travelers needs and exceeds expectations ✈️ IGH Narita Japan 🇯🇵

The hotel room is spacious with western style design. Room is overall clean and neat. The hotel provide free hotel to airport transfer service with allocated schedule daily. There are huge Aeon malls with grocery stores, Daiso and restaurants which only few bus stops away.

I have stayed in the International Garden hotel Narita for a night. This hotel is far from the airport but an airport shuttle is provided to going to the airport and coming to the hotel is easy, just one needs to follow the timetable of the shuttle. The room was big enough for one person but it looks vintage. Filling breakfast was provided and I was happy with the quality and the quantity. I had some issue initially regarding pick and drop but the customer service tram really helped me.

This was the perfect economy stay for us. We just needed one night close to the airport. The transports to and from the hotel was on time, the rooms were clean and nice, the food in the restaurant was good (our breakfast was included), all for a very reasonable rate.

Interior room design is rather warm and towards the old Japanese style. Well functioning air-conditioning and an air filter machine. Basic amenities such as slippers, cotton pads, teeth brush were given, but not the bottled water. Wifi is free and stable. There is a convenience store downstairs, not a big one but you could still find some food you need. Shuttles to Narita Station and Aeon Mall are also provided.

A very affordable option for travelers looking to find good value matched with rooms much more spacious and well maintained than one would expect at this price point. The staff was incredibly communicative and cooperative during my stay and assisted me in all of my requests expediently and with much support for the more confusing elements of the Covid 19 quarantine process for foreigners. The staff was multilingual and very helpful, would greatly recommend!

Stay 1night here because of taking next day earlier morning flight at Narita airport. Hotel provide free big shuttle bus pick up between Narita a/p and hotel, distant is about 20min. Guest can check the time table at their homepage. Hotel room is clean and tidy, staff was friendly too. Inside hotel have 7-11 shop, open from 7am to 11pm. Hand sanitizer , body temperature check, social distance need to follow too. Overall is a pleasant stay and will stay again.

Very spacious and clean room, a nice lobby and a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. I wish breakfast was included.

I feel sorry for leaving a bad review but they have no sense of hygiene. I found a used bandage under the bed so we claimed for it then there response was like 'what's the problem of staying with the used bandage?'. So I claimed twice then finally they offered a different room. I changed the room then found an another trash under the bed.

Very good Hotel and staff They can speak English and the room is very large, store and restaurant inside the hotel who are very useful Overall a really good hotel even if a bit far from the airport, but even this is not a big problem because Bus can bring you here.

Located in a convenient place close to super markets and restaurants. There's a 7 Elleven in the Hotel itself which is open till 11pm. Very clean and beautiful rooms. You get a kettle in the room with tea cups for Green tea. Bathroom is equipped with latest Japanese technology and all what you require is provided. Most of the rooms have a beautiful, serene view of paddy fields and Greenery. A shuttle bus service is provided to the Narita station and the Aeon mall few times a day. Massage chairs are located in the lobby and you only need few coins to use them. A laundry room is also available in case u need it in the basement. Friendly and responsive staff working round the clock at the reception.

Good location with hotel provided bus that takes you to the train station and Narita downtown center. Rooms have completely black out shutters, which is great for jet lag.

Very dated hotel. Gets the job done but don't expect 5 stars. New is little old and firm and watch your toes exiting the bathroom, I've stubbed them a few times. All in all breakfast is fine, and it's safe.

Stay here for quarantine. Room is spacious, but the cleanliness is quite bad. I find a yellow spot on the bed sheet, a long and thick hair on the toilet seat when I check in. My plan included 3 meals, those bento are made in the hotel restaurant so sometimes you can have roosted beef or chicken but most of the time you will get cold deep fried foods. Wifi is terrible. You need to login every day but sometimes the system doesn’t work. Not a bad experience but there aren’t a point to make me want to stay here again.
