Did you know that the tap water is complimentary. Neither did I until the smug hotel attendant told me at the door. Who knew that such a simple human basic right could be free at my hotel stay. On top of being the most expensive hotel in the area, the only thing richer than the guests staying there was the richness of the attitude of the hotel. Water ? You pay. Pillows? We are out, bed, I would rather sleep in the bathtub than spend another night on the flat surface of Japanese rock they call a mattress. Who knew a 5 star hotel did not have pillows. Not me . But you know what I did know: that the tap water was complimentary. Accompanied by a room which architecturally does not make sense, the only thing more false than the ceilings was the service provided to us . One upside was that it was close to the airports. But it brings shame to Narita airport knowing that it shared the same radius as this hotel.

I had the opportunity staying at this hotel for a couple of days, mainly because I had to stay close to the airport. So, what to say about the location. If you have to be close to the airport, then this is a fine place to stay. The sound from the departing and arriving planes don't botter me that much. From the first expression, this is a hotel that could offer a lot, mainly because of its size. So a sauna, gym and swimming pool is available to use. There are three restaurant, but only the one of the ground floor is open for the public, due to the COVID restrictions. The rooms are a bit outdated but still clean neat. There is a moisturizer and air filter in the room, same for the bathroom as there is a razor, toothbrush, shower untensils etc. available. The bed is comfortable, but in the summertime they could have chosen for a lighter blanket. If you love to watch the tellie, expect a small and older television. Coming to the breakfast buffet. One word: delicious. Very good, cannot say anything else. So much to choose from. See my pictures:) Ohh, there is also a small FamilyMart in the building and open 24/7 in case you need something.

The hotel is accessible by shuttle bus from the airport. Overall the hotel looks good and spacious. But the rooms are kind of old. Some of them smell cigaret. Especially on the 14th floor where the smell is on the whole floor. We had to change our room to another one. I guess the room need some refreshing.

Good location. Quick access to the airport via shuttle. Big rooms. Not too expensive. Restaurants on the other hand are very expensive. My dinner cost me half the price of my room. The service and staff are very good and kind.

Old, tired, dark and dated decor. Rooms are clean. Hotel is not quite walking distance from the airport. There is no late night bus shuttle service to the hotel if you take the last train in from Tokyo/Shinagawa. Few cabs around and it costs $20-30 to get from the airport to the hotel by cab. Hotel does offer regular shuttle service to and fro airport, but only from 6.30am to around 11pm or so.

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Room inclusions: clean towels, hot and cold bath tub and shower, shampoo conditioner body wash dispensers, toiletries, safety deposit box, tv, iron and ironing board, full size mirror, reading lamp at bedside, glasses, mugs, mini fridge, hot kettle, coffee and tea bags. My stay was good overall.

Great location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The service by the GM Russell was absolutely top notch. Russell truly knows the definition of customer service and it reflects in his staff as well. He goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are well looked after. He is an exemplary GM. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Kam

Great hotel, very close to the airport. Clean and nice, quiet. Food was good. But the best was the great service. They have a shuttle from and to the airport, and another to go the a nearby mall and the train station that connects to different cities. All free of charge. Loved the hotel.

Rooms were spacious but the beds offered for three were 2 double beds. Doubles are really for one person, not 2. Had to have our child sleep on the sofa bed while we slept apart. The convenience store has a lot to offer. Check their foods first before you opt for the restaurant. The restaurant was about $18 per plate. Not bad really for a hotel restaurant and the serving was plenty. If you’re budget minded, go for the store food. It’s a lot less. Exchange rate 145Y to 1 USD.

This location is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The hotel was nice. I'd say the rooms are a bit smaller by carpet area but cozy and comfortable. There's a convenience store inside the hotel in the lobby itself where you can buy a lot of cute stuff and eatables. The best part is that the hotel provides free bus ride to the airport and nearby places including the hotels around, Aeon mall and a religious shrine as well. There are timings for the bus and Japan is very punctual so make sure you're ahead of time. There will be a lot of people waiting for the bus ride.

Convenient location near Narita airport with free shuttle. Beautiful surroundings amidst lush greenery. Beautiful lobby with 3 restaurants. Large rooms with everything you would need, including grooming kits and a comfortable robe. Beds are a little on the hard side (true for all hotels in Japan). The breakfast alone would fetch this hotel a 10/10. The carpet, furniture and bathroom fixtures are a little old, but they work. And whoever sleeps on the carpet in a hotel! Recommend 10/10.

It’s really near to the airport, we landed quite late for the day. So we decided to have a good rest rather than to rush her and there. It’s a good choice to have a good rest here. Staff are friendly. The hotel room is big and the view is great. They also provide the buffet breakfast. Not bad choice. We enjoyed! They also provide shuttle bus to and from the Narita airport, which is very convenient! If you drive a car, they have a huge car park just in front of the hotel. If you are the guest, the parking is free. (+1)

This hotel is amazing. Close to the airport. Rooms were clean and neat, so the bathroom. All the amenities were great in the room. There is a small family mart and ATM in the lobby. Also, wedding gowns boutique. I loved my stay here. The check-in experience was hassle free. They should provide free water bottle in the room. At least one. Rest all perfect. Would love to stay here again if time allows. ♥️

This hotel has all the facilities, convenient store, pool, gymnasium and many more. Free shuttle to Aeon Mall, JR Station and even to Narita Airport. Great place for transit for connecting flight passengers. From Tokyo, stay one or two nights before continuing your journey.

Dated furniture, but great friendly & efficient staff. Restaurants are temporarily closed for dinner. 24hrs Family Mart convinience store located at hotel lobby. Great for short airport layover, free shuttle bus to & from airport. Very punctual bus.

Regular airport hotel with exceptional service!! We stayed twice during our trip, once when we landed and once before we left to go back home. There is a Family Mart (convience store) on site which is nice. The second night we stayed on New Year's Eve and they hosted events such as raffles. Good time! Even with all the things mentioned above, what made the service above exceptional were the hotel staff. We checked out to go on the airport shuttle, arrived at the airport and my son realized he forgot his laptop. We called the airport and they brought it to us on the next airport shuttle. We just had to meet them at the bus! Had the laptop 40 mins after we realized we forgot it. Could not recommend this hotel more. Thank you!

Convenient location. Free shuttles to airport and Narita train station. Superior service by staff. Room is small but considered above average in Japan, and it's very clean. Worth mentioning - a front desk manager, Takashi Nose, was super helpful to us. He recommended itinerary for our sightseeing. He even looked up the train schedule for our travels which saved a lot of time for us. He speaks fluent English too.

This is very close to the airport so anyone looking for a place to stay within 5minutes travel time to the terminal should consider this hotel. Though the rooms are a bit dated but they have every amenity that one might need. There is a 24 hr convenient store in the lobby that sells every thing from food to gifts to stationary. The hotel also has 24hr room service and a couple of very nice restaurants. Another great feature was the 24hr gym. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel also has a shuttle service to a local mall.

Although the furnitures are not much new but the room is good and clean. There’s a convenience store on 1st floor, basically you can buy most of the the things you need including food, drinks, snacks and so on.

Stayed at this hotel for quarantine. It's an ok hotel, the main complaint I have is that wifi gets disconnected every few hours and you have to reconnect. Of course, this is normal in hotels and other such establishments, but for a hotel that is (at least for now) mainly used for quarantine purposes and the quarantine app should be up and running 24/7, this could cause serious problems so watch out. 3 stars for amenities As for the staff, most of them speak decent English but not as good as I expected. The only exception (as far as I saw) was Jon (or John?). His English is superb and I always tried to find him whenever I needed to talk about something more complex that I couldn't convey with charades. Not only that, he is also super helpful, polite, and courteous. I hope his back is not breaking from carrying the entire crew. 5 stars for Jon!

My family stayed for one night. We chose it because of its proximity to Narita airport. We found the rooms to be clean and spacious and the room service excellent. But what really stood out for us was the service. I left my iPhone on the train from Kanazawa to Tokyo, and only realised my mistake when I arrived at the hotel at about 9pm. My Japanese is limited to say the least :) So the chances of me being able to ring around and see if it'd been handed into lost property before we flew out the next day was zero. One of the reception staff called lost property, located my phone, picked it up from the train station, and sent to Australia. Extraordinary.

Just checked in and totally disappointed. Room is outdated, someone else's rubbish is on the room floor, shower panel has full of scale, no decent coffee (instant coffee only), next room's voice is clearly heard. It is just like cheep motels in the US with double the price. Never had this experience with the country's major airline hotels at the country's main airport. Close to the airport but not the closest. Only useful if you use the long term car park service nearby. Not recommended.

Staff and shuttles worked great, according to schedule. No issues! The buffet at dinner was expensive as it included seafood but the selection of other foods was great. Same with breakfast, great selection. The staff are all courteous and professional. The gym required a water fountain or water cooler of some kind! The main issue I have is with the beds. They were the firmest mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room. It’s clear they are worn out as you feel like you’re laying in a cup when you’re laying down and the mattress looks that way when you look back at it as well. The other reviews are similar in that the hotel is a bit tired and dated but everything works, its location is great, the amenities are great and the restaurant was tasty too. Shame about the beds though! Which is an important piece of the puzzle when you’re travelling long distances.
