Positive-Very close to Narita International Airport terminals; Just one station stop away. You get a free ride to Narita Rail station from the hotel buy owner. (JR trains available) Room kept very clean. Wash room is clean, compact but very modern with good facilities.Walking distance to good shopping malls, restaurants. Negative- My first impression was "Insecure". (But actually very secure). Entrance with a push button of a closed auto door. At entry, an empty space with closed inner doors, no one seemed to be in! Then the owner appeared from a room and took our baggage, offered slippers implying us to remove shoes. We thought we are at the wrong place as the place gave and impression we are at a religious space. Less talking, absolute silence, no chairs or traditional Japanese welcome greetings, no other staff, you have to sit on floor.....Room is small compared to other hotels, especially if you carry big luggage. Overall, I recommend this place is convenient in many ways and "Worth for what you spend".

Nice place, clean, private and staff is very friendly He came to Narita station to pick me up and also send back to the station when I did check out. The place is small, only two floors Near the place, there is a small Aeon department store. That you can walk around 10-15 minutes Room is compact, small TV , hot jug, small toilet in room. Scenario around the place is rice field, so fresh air outside. Good for people who love private and isolated I walked to Naritasan only 30 minutes If you stay in spring, that a good idea for walk to temple or even Aeon Narita.

One night stay before getting my plane at Narita airport next day. Never took a hotel (or inn more likely) in Narita though, it really was worth it! Very detailed service: my room was minimal one without fridge, but the owner brought one for free. Even it wasn’t in my plan though he took me to the station by his van with other customers on the day of my departure. One bottle of water in the room for free, so are some amenities (coffee, bread, cups etc.) at the hall on 1st floor. There’s no restaurant near by, however a 7Eleven 1 min by walk from the inn. Again it’s not 5 star hotel, but the cost performance was simply terrific! One tiny downside is it takes around 15 min when you walk from the nearest station. Highly recommended!

Great, clean and quiet hotel near the airport. Heads up regarding check-in time, which is 2200 hours. They will not accommodate any later than 2200. Sadly, this meant I had to get a different hotel at the last minute with NO refund for my second stay.

Over all a very lovely little hotel. Would’ve given 4.5 if I could’ve but 4 will have to do. Positives - 99.9% of things listed are accurate and stocked. They provide slippers but you cannot keep them, you must remove your shoes and put the slippers they provide. They provide toiletries in the bathroom and give toothbrushes There are traditional and western rooms :) Exceptionally clean! Cleaned every morning at 11 Staff speak English, minimal but enough to get by. Check in stays open if you let it be known your arrival time etc. Flat screen TV provided, however it is small and aires only Japanese Chanel’s There are sockets by the bed and over near the kettle area Bathroom, bidet (heated toilet seat) shower, body soap and shampoo, towels, face towels and floor mat. There are also little tooth brushing cups for rinse water provided in the room along with what i listed above. You Will need to ask for extra items like shaver tooth brush etc. if they aren’t offered to you. The water bottles in the room are free. We checked. There are maps in the room in Japanese and English. The Narita train station is a close (14 minute walk) away and one stop over from Narita airport terminals (just get on at platform 3 or check at the ticket counter. Most staff at the stations speak a little English) There is a 7/11 right around the corner and a whole street of food shops. A laundromat etc. which is very convenient. Negatives - aren’t really super negatives more just a heads up if you have preferences. The lower levels don’t really have a view. We were looking at fences. So just be wary of that when you book a room. If you’re tall you might have a tight squeeze in the shower, if you’re short no worries at all. The mattress we had was very firm. Not my normal sleeping preference might be for some but not my preference we made do though. The blankets were fluffy and soft so that made up for it 🥰 Rooms are not sound proof, but not to worry guests are USUALLY pretty quiet and surrounding areas are SUPER quiet bar the occasional heavy footed guests in other rooms :) Over all 4.5 out of 5 for us! Very lovely stay :) Thank You for having us :)

We arrived before 10pm owner husband & wife were so nice & helpful. Husband’s can speak mandarin so able to communicate with us very well. Our tatami room is big, spacious, clean. I love the aircon with strong wind blower, japanese bathroom with strong water pressure. Bed & pillow are so comfortable. At the lobby there’s a coffee machine, beds & yogurt. We enjoy it so much. With the service & environment definitely will rate under 4 star.

Recommend when you have an early flight from Narita Airport. Clean room with nice service.

Had a great time. I had to stay for one night urgently. Booked it super late but the hosts waited for me. In the morning i even got an offer to drive me to the airport.

The receptionist is very acommodating and the room is very beautiful and clean. He showed us the room and taught use how to use the A/C remote (which is hard to use for me 😂). You'll enjoy this place if you want to stay away from the busy city life, but just to remind you that this is 10-20 min walk from the Keisei-Narita Station. If you want to carry your heavy luggages then I suggest to use the train station's coin locker and only pack the clothes that you need. There's a laundromat near the area and a convience store. Overall, this place is great and I assure you that you'll get the value that you paid for.

My family stayed for 1 night before going to the airport by car. The hotel is easy to find and offers free parking. The owners (or receptionist) was very kind and friendly. If possible, we will stay here again if we have to go to the airport in early morning. The room was comfortable.

Amazing staff and great double room, had everything we needed and is well located. Staff are extremely hospitable and very very kind, would definitely stay again!

Exceptionally clean and there is a 7-Eleven about a 5 min walk away. We couldn’t fault anything during our 1 night stay.
