The hotel was really clean and is suitable for travellers who need a very practical place to spend the night. The staff are also helpful and friendly! The location is quite convenientas it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest station (Narita station) and another 5 minutes walk to a interesting shopping street, Narita omotesando. There are quite a few cute cafes nearby too! Now for the downsides. Although the hotel is clean, the beds can be uncomfortable as the mattresses are pretty hard. The basin leaked the entire night and was kinda noisy. The air compressor that was right next to my window also added to the noise. However, all these downsides can be overlooked if you're not too fussy about these things!

Everything is fine for me particularly in breakfast which I like that. Why? Because it opens early about 0500 am. Maybe this is the earliest breakfast opening I've ever seen since I'm traveling many countries.

Quick walk to a convenient train station with the a direct line to the city, train ride takes over an hour. Rooms are clean and modern. A good hotel for the price.

The room is small but for a hotel near Narita Airport this is very spacious enough. The food is delicious and you can eat as much as you want.

Three star hotel. Quite nice unless there is no lamp in the room.

Good: near to station; rooms are big and free breakfast is provided. Needs improvement: No bidet in toilet. Tv is wonky and needs fixing. Water temperature is not stable; goes hot/cold whenever.

Great location, you can access the city center and the narita train station with only a few minutes of walking. Front desk lady I met was extremely proactive in helping out, she speaks good English and had a kind aura about her. Definitely recommend this place to any foreigners looking for a hotel near the airport!

The room is comfortable, although small, the atmosphere is quiet. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, unfortunately it is not soundproof. So when the room above or to the side makes noise, it will be heard. You can also get breakfast here, although it is simple but quite tasty.

The hotel is close to a train station and it's easy to locate. Decent place to spend the night after a long flight.

The room was really small, there's no closet, the bathroom was 6 inches above the rest of the room, the bed was too short (I'm 6' 2"), I couldn't get my TV to work, and the walls are paper thin. But the room was clean, it's close to Narita Station and the young man working the desk was friendly, spoke very good English, and was very helpful.

My second time in Japan, really appreciated spending the night in Narita instead of taking the express train into Tokyo after a long flight. And I got a really fantastic deal on price! A couple minor issues with my room - one of the bedside lamps wasn't working, and the mattress was quite firm. But none of it presented an obstacle to enjoying my stay, and what was already a good deal got even better with the inclusion of a warm hearty breakfast. Close to the station, plenty of places to eat, as well as a supermarket not too far away
