I made quarantine. A typical Japanese business hotel. A little old but somehow clean. Room size is in standard with Japanese business hotel (small) I understand Corona is difficult for everyone. But you also have to understand for not Japanese people eat 3 times per day rice is not attractive at all. Especially if there is meat or chicken, eat cold is kinda disgusting. Change obento or warm up before give us.

Highly recommend. Right next to Narita airport terminal 3. Depends on the room but I could see all airplanes use terminal 3 from my room. Room is very clean, comfortable firm bed, there was everything I could ask for. You don't need to worry about face lotion and cleansing oil, you can get the amenities from amenities stand in front of front desk. Also you can get the night gown from white tall cupboard near amenities stand. Free breakfast was very good. Convenient store is very handy. Also free transport bus to/ from airport is very handy, more frequent than the other hotel's transport I thought. If your flight is late of the day, you can consider to use "Day use" plan. You can stay until 7pm for extra ¥4,550. It was worth for me to think if I have to roaming around for 10 hrs (after check out) in airport to catch 8pm flight.

A Five Star PRISON used by the japanese government for Quarantine, the hotel is fully modified with door sensors that beeps if it is open for more then one minute. The rooms has speaker that announced your meal is available at your door nob so pick it quickly. The bedsheets can't be changed neither the room be cleaned as you are in quarantine for three days... An interesting experience, with lot to learn. the only good point that it was totally free provided by the japanese government unlike other countries like UK that charges extras for the hotel and meals. It was a good experience and I hope we don't have to go through this again in our life time.

This is a typical Japanese budget hotel. You may not see many places that start check-in time from 4 p.m., but the low price makes up for it, and the hotel is both new and pristine with comfortable facilities. It's also conveniently located if you're flying out of Narita. The rooms are small but very efficient, striking a good balance between convenience and comfort. I'd surely come back again for the price. Shampoo and soap are provided for your convenience. The room also has a hair dryer, a small fridge and a safe. Unfortunately, no complimentary bottled water is available, so you may want to buy some at a convenience store in the hotel. There are almost no restaurants near the hotel, so it might be a good idea to take the shuttle bus to the Airport or walk (about 20 minutes) to Terminal 3 for meal. The shuttle bus to AEON Mall Narita, a major shopping mall, is not running from here. You can either take an Uber taxi or go to the airport, take a train to Keisei Narita Station, and then use a bus to get there. As for the only drawback is that the bed is unnaturally stiff, making for a poor sleeping experience and not suitable for any long stays.

Not as small at some in Tokyo that will cost double for the same size. If you book a single bed it will only have one pillow and one towel regardless of your booking being for2. You can get a towel for ¥100 and billow for a charge too. Not a bad hotel if you get in late as it has a shuttle to pick you up from the airport. Great for a quick stay. 2023 Schedule from NRT.. YW! You can just go outside to catch it.

Great and professional service, room is very clean. Good location and bus service back and forth to airport for just 5 minutes, without heavy luggage its even walkable. Nothing much to entertain around but this is good for overnight stay for your transit with very affordable price. In my case I stay there waiting to rent a car at the rental shops nearby (there are many) and those shops offer the shuttle bus to travel to this hotel as well. Excellent experience with the price. Nothing to complain.

Clean, neat, good location and include free breakfast. Japanese do things carefully and thoughtfully. The toilet is electrical and you could find disposable combs, shavers, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the lobby. Breakfast was varied, well prepared and tasty. Plenty of shuttle buses run on time. So this hotel is the best choice if you need to transit in Tokyo and stay one night.

Average hotel. Bed was as hard as concrete (I jumped on and bounced off). Wifi was very slow. Not great for English speaking travelers (although I didn't let this affect my rating). English ability of staff is low, breakfast buffet is all foreign food, and there is no room service or nearby international restaurants.

We stayed here in preparation for our flight the next morning. The room was very clean and quite comfortable, and there is a well-stocked Lawson in the main building that is connected to the building, which was extremely convenient. Check-in was also smooth as it was done by machine. I would definitely use this hotel again.

When you arrive in Narita evening, this hotel is perfect for you to stay. They have a shuttle bus from terminal 1 and 2. Peak time every 20mins and takes about 20mins to hotel. Next day you can sort it out Japan rail pass and many things. And toyokoinn give us free breakfast

The facility is still new in 2023. Room size is standard as Japanese hotel. Check in at reception is by machine not human. If you need assistance to check in you should ask the receptionist at the reception counter behind the machine. The breakfast is included in hotel rate. It's standard meal not anything special. The location to access Narita airport is closest and shuttle bus take the hotel guest to T2 within 5 mins. to T1 10 mins. The small shop Lawson is located at the next building.

Loved this hotel! Instructions was clear to understand. Travel time from the Narita Airport is around 20 mins. There is a Lawson just below the hotel, there are free water and free skincare, comb, toothbrush, razor tea near the elevator. The room is small but super clean, the bed is a bit stiff but all good for my back. The receptionist was very helpful. The food the following morning was really delicious! And the staff was kind and polite. Cant wait to go back here. 10/10!

Good, stayed here a night before the flight. Transfer was smooth, breakfast good. Rooms clean and for Japanese standards quite spacy.

I stayed here for 5 days institutional quarantine. I was given a single room and it was not very spacious. Clean with a big window and nice view of the flights landing and taking off. Room has a small fridge, hair dryer and kettle. The bathroom was clean and had a tub in addition to the shower. There was a TV and free WiFi. The reception showed hospitality whenever I called them for special requests. The food provided was not too good but just okay. I recommend bringing some snacks if you plan to quarantine here.

Near the airport, has free bus service to and from the airport. Small sized rooms but serves its purpose for long layovers. Convenience stores and Sukiya at walking distance

I have an early flight at Narita airport hence i decided to spend a night here. My flight was so early that I didn't even have time to eat the breakfast. (Would be nice if they have a bento to go) Shuttle Bus to/from the hotel is easy and come quite often. They even have a scale at the lobby for guests for guests to weight their luggages. The facilities are a bit old and low budget but still functioning well and clean. The only thing I don't like is the water. It smells poopy... Shower with that water is kind of gross. Also I requested a non smoking room. But at the check-in machine it gave me smoky room. There's no air purifier in the room. As you can imagine the room is smelling like smokers. I called to receiption to change to non smoking room but she said it was fully booked so not possible. But I'm the one who booked the non smoking room why would someone else takes my room? Reception is not 24 hours but you could use the self check-in machine to get the room key. If I was able to get a non smoking room and the water doesn't smell. I would give 5 stars :) Overall it worth for the value.

They took us without reservations love when places do that as booking from travel signals has proven to be a not very reliable thing. It's a good price they have free breakfast nice rooms with windows that open for good ventilation. its a quiet area, and they also have washing machines and dryers. IT HAS ONE OF THE COOLEST BATHROOM DESIGNS EVER ALSO!! It's cheaper than the Narita hotel and it's not too bad a walk to and from the airport.

I stayed there as part of 3days quarantine. My room was twin room. It's nice and clean. It's small size if you stay there in usual situation. But I donot recommend because service is Not good response is very very very late

I stayed there as part of 2weeks quarantine. My room was twin room. It's nice and clean. It's good size if you stay there in usual situation. But I strongly recommend you get your own room not to share with someone if it's for the quarantine. You need personal space. It's really tough 3days.
