Staff were friendly. Room was small. I got a piece of paper with a QR code voucher of ¥4,000 which I thought was nice….code took me to a confusing app. Hopefully the local Family mart staff will be able to figure it out 🥴🤣

Cigarette smell made me want to kms it was all over my clothes and it messed up my breathing. Also the room was just very dirty as though they didn't have cleaning staff 🙃 the only plus is the free tram to the airport.

The Indian guy that is in the reception has some inferiority complex I guess. He likes to boss us around when we were on the lobby or maybe it's because we're foreigners? The room is freakishly small... We barely had any room for our luggages (1 big and two small Carry on luggage type) and the bed isn't comfortable either. Heater barely worked.

They provide very good quality food. Staff is friendly but rooms are of very small size.

The staff was not very polite and I wonder whether it is because we didn't speak any Japanese or because of the way we looked after long day of traveling. When we asked about the shuttle bus he asked time of the flight and just dismissed us in a rude manner saying we can't take the bus. When we checked out it wasn't the normal farewell we got from other Japanese hotels. Other than these just a hotel which offer all the same services as any other.

The front desk clerks were nice and really helpful, they responded to all my requests. I felt at home just with more liberty and no housework. I stayed three times there, it's time for me to write a review !

The General atmosphere was very professional and clean, friendly staff was always kind with our requests. The room was small, specially for us because we had a lot of luggage, but was very tidy and comfortable. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, we slept without any problem eventhough we were jetlagged. Loved the shiseido amenities, specially shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended for a short stay. The restaurant on the first floor was delicious and full of healthy choices, great!

Very nice place to stay. Staff are also very polite. The only thing that I suggest is to put a telephone for the guest rooms so that we can call the front desk vice versa. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Yasai Restaurant is also excellent!

The rooms were relatively small as expected of a Japanese business hotel. It was very tidy and the sound proofing was good. The bathroom was one of the all in one units but had enough space for a 6"+ person to use the facilities. Basic amenities were provided including towels and robes. There was an external vent and air conditioning for temperature. Most information was available in English as well. There is a restaurant on the first floor. Self service laundry was not available, television was public channels. The staff were very helpful.

Keisei Narita station and out the East gate within 5 or 6 minutes walking distance. Easy check in and check out. Timed buffet restaurant on site. Centrally controlled heating and cooking but it was fine for me in April. Internet was good. Vending, laundry and microwave on 4th floor. 7 11 nearby. A small mall a bit further and also restaurants are near the train station. You can easily catch morning flights as the Narita terminals are 1 and 2 stops away. I would stay here again.

👍👍 I was glad to eat here after a LONG time before. Imagine a world where all airport sushi is even close to being this good. If your flight is remotely close to this place, it is worth skipping the dining choices in the front and waiting until you get through security so you can eat here. The staff ru...
