Very clean, you don't meet anyone on check-in. We had a tiny room with private bathroom. The building was being renovated, so no view outside and early work so we couldn't sleep so well. Cleaning guy tried to come inside room before leaving, it was not even checkout time. That was really awkward. Overall OK for the price. The supermarket next door is the best.

It the first time that I have stay where they are no staff. And it not difficult at all to Check-in yourself. Instructions are clear and once they have your payment, the doors digital code with be email to you. Room size is smaller than your average hotel room. So those with big luggage will be a bit of a squeeze. But it comfortable. It a 10 minutes walk from Keisei-Narita station. The station is only one stop to the Airport! Yaoko supermarket is just next door. And if you buy food from supermarket, there is a small dinner area with microwave, free water and green tea. Others eateries are within short walking distance. Also couple of convenience stores nearby too.

No front officer at night to check you in but its ok coz they send you email how to self check in, they have some amenities to share with other guest such as hotpot, tea, drinking water + drink cups, charger adapter, portable weight scale, coin deposit safety boxes. The room is small but very clean with only 2 beds & 1 small table, ac/heater, small bathroom but nice. The building is near to a big supermarket, within 7 mins walk to keisei narita station. PERFECT

Had a great night sleep after a long trip from the US. Receptionist was very nice, bed space was comfortable and accomadating. Only negative was the sun hitting the windows early in the morning and the blinds did very little to dampen it.

Stayed for one night because we need to catch an early flight the next day. It was a self check in and super convenient. There's also a giant supermarket right next to it where finding food is easy.

Very convenient if you have a flight at narita, a couple of minute from the station where it takes 10 or so minutes to get to the airport. However the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, rock hard with the world's thinnest pillow.

Very clean, small space. All around great experience. 10 min walk from the train station. They responded quickly to questions and since there is no front desk personnel, you have to contact them ahead of time for access code. Be careful if you bring large bags, there might not be room if you have the futon open.

There's a really bad infestation of cockroaches here. At first I thought they were only in the bathroom but one day I returned from the store and I found two crawling on the bed 😫 I have 10 more days at this guesthouse...

Near supermarket, very convenient. Clean and comfortable.

Nice area, close to the main station and very convenient if you're just staying the night before heading to the airport. Has a nice big supermarket right next door and plenty of restaurants. The beds however will break your back. One night will do here.

very cleannnn (Normally, i'm allergy with dusts but this guesthouse it's very clean), cheap, cozy, bathroom inside its so good and convenience. around guesthouse have supermarket and restaurant. easy to travel around Narita town.
