    Loving this Bunnings, is now my go-to one due to moving, closer than Fountain Gate. Only issue rude male employee in the electrical department. He was not very helpful and not pleasant to deal with. I had an unusual small globe for an oven. I brought it in with me to match it up. Approached this male, l was friendly and asked politely if he had one like these. He stated next aisle. So l was a little set back that he didn't show me where. I went to the next aisle, but could not locate the small globe amungst the hundreds of globes. He then appeared in my aisle, helping someone else. Once he finished, l asked again. He just said on your left, l kept looking, but couldn't find. I said where, and he said once again on your left. I pointed to one that looked similar, and he said no. He replied, Further down, still not showing me." I finally found it after about 15 minutes looking. This is definitely not the type of service l have come to expect at Bunnings. There were no sausages on a Sunday morning at 9am?

    Spent 40 minutes standing around trying to change over a defective outdoor heater. So many staff but so few that are willing to work. Finally found a staff member to help us but had to wait for them to chat with other staff before actually attending to us

    Great new Bunnings store. Drove past two other Bunnings including my local to get a product that was both sold out elsewhere and in abundance at Clyde North.

    Usually have a good experience going to Bunnings Clyde but had a rude lady at the checkout think her name was Shannon. Didn’t even great me or say anything to me or my partner. She wanted to talk to her friend more than trying to talk to a customer paying for good to pay her wages. other then that I always love going to this Bunnings but if Shannon is there I suggest you go to another checkout if you want a friendly service.

    This would have to be the worst Bunnings store I have ever been to for customer service. I order a lot through special orders which it’s now become staffed adhoc, never knowing when you can get helped. Even in their busiest days of the week you can’t place an order. Do yourself a favour and don’t t go anywhere near this train wreck of a store.

    They have the rudest person on their service desk. Lorna or Laura...unbelievable.. never ever have I been treated so badly. Manager was lovely but damn..... avoid their service desk or her!!!

    Not even a single star worth for the support received from some Bunnings stupid employees. I believe every employee should know where to find an item regardless of the section they work. My question was about find 1 item, this man gave me another question... find this man (I forgot the name) so he can help. Now I have 2 questions?? How do I find another employee that I have no idea of? This is not the first time I have experienced this in the Clyde store. I now purchased what I wanted from a different shop. Employees should know that customer support is an important event if you need a business to happen.

    This is my favourite store even though I need to pass another to get here. It's well stocked and is a nice wide open store. It's a lot more of a relaxed feeling store than most of the others around.

    Staff rude at times. That’s if you can find one. I see them , make eye contact and they keep walking. Very unhelpful. More service training required This is not a one off - it’s the normal

    I hired a 6x4 trailer earlier today and upon returning it, was told that my car must remained connected for them to ensure it was in good working order for the next customer. I questioned this policy and suggested that the trailer could be physically inspected without my car (this was later confirmed by the staff member herself, mentioning that they had the tools available to test all lights etc, without a car hitched), and that it's an inconvinience to both myself and the public, as the trailer storage bay is small and the exit is blocked when a car is hitching. To add further insult, I was also wrongfully accused of being rude towards staff, simply because I politely questioned their policy which takes advantage of customers and their time/property. Apparently there's no room for improvement at this store, because it's their way or the highway and their policy is gospel. P.S. when I picked up the trailer, the hitch was locked and I had to re-enter to store and request for it to be unlocked, so I guess there's not only one policy that needs to be improved here. I'd like to repeat what many others have recommended, which is to do yourself a favour and drive the extra distance to Bunnings in Cranbourne.

    Great shop, most times it has all the tools. Only issue is at the outdoor wooden timber section, this is my 4th experience at this place, this morning I wanted to buy sienna sleepers and wanted to get it cut but the person NICK present at the boom gate said no cut today. Similar incident happened couple of days ago from the same guy but it was around 7:30PM ish and I feel he is rude at times. Management should take some action.

    Visited the store tonight to pick up some painting supplies and check out the garden section. Was served by Trinity in the paint department and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store is always kept clean and presentable. Best garden section with an amazing variety of plants.

    Very bad service received. I bought kitchen bin. Click n collect. Unfortunately I received a damage bin. Then it was returned. Anyhow, I asked them to grab another one they said the all bins are in upstairs stock and don’t have any idea when they get down. Let me knew that they will inform once it’s in the store. It’s been 3 weeks now haven’t heard anything yet. Tomorrow going to ask for my refund. I Dont know why they want to sell them. I think they are for showcase only. 😃

    Absolutely useless. Went through special orders for a delivery, the item came in the wrong colour and special orders tried to tell us the cream tiles normally come in green. Transferred to everyone in the building it seems, it’s quicker for me to get them to pick the green (not cream!) tiles up and refund the money, and for me to make 6 trips back and forth to a different bunnings and do it myself! Everyone I spoke to was completely useless. Would not recommend.

    First, I bought some shrubs from this Bunnings but they haven't survived. The rest I have got from somewhere else they all survived and grew though they were cheaper. Second, I usually find it hard to get good information about plants. Usually it is easier to talk with older people in that section selling plants. Third, it is not easy to reach this Bunnining when calling by phone.

    I’ve processed transactions through this Bunnings location twice in the last month, both home delivery and walk in purchases. The delivery was time sensitive so I called the warehouse team who assured me it would get out before the weekend. Both staff were very friendly and the order did make it by the deadline. Today I entered to pickup a few items that my local didn’t have stock of. The older team member in the tool shop was very chipper and made for a seamless transaction. Great store they deserve to be recognised.

    Apperently online had 11 of what we wanted. Call to double check to make sure they had the item at this specific store. They said yes they have 11. Get there and the staff spent 45 minutes trying to find them before saying you have to buy the full battery pack and charger with it because they cannot find the Individual tool skin. Surely not a terrible way to upsell. Just my experience and it was hopeless.

    This is a great Bunnings outlet. It's well stocked with the usual lines and on our recent visit, had a great line of Christmas decoration products if you're into decorating and lighting up your home over Christmas. The staff are also very helpful and there's plenty of parking for those quick in-and-out visits.

    That's my favourite bunnings to go to for any fixtures or fittings I need for my home improvements. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's easier to use their website as well to know which aisle to get your desired stuff.

    I am a regular to this store. The trade section unfortunately brings down the good work of the rest of the team. I bought a few beams tonight, when I asked where do I find the item I was told "just go look at the back" very helpful. Apparently the trade section closes 6pm even though the website said 10pm. My vehicle was parked in the trade area. I was shouted at and told to leave because he wanted to lock up.

    This store is hopeless. I went today & couldn't find anyone to help me. I asked a staff member on the door & she said she'd find someone. I ventually gave up waiting & went home. The previous time I was there my purchase didn't have the barcode, so I was told to go & get another one. As I had just had an op on my foot, I wasn't happy. But Don't worry I won't be bothering them again. 😡

    Bit disappointed as a wheelchair user to have been unable to access majority of the plant section aisles as almost all of them were blocked by trolleys or plant stands with specials etc on them. I understand space is tricky but it really impacts those who can’t fit past these or walk around them easily. Please look into this.

    A pleasure dealing with Jackson today.. I am tiling a bathroom and needed a bit of extra help working out what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, he was more helpful than any of the three tiling companies I have spoken to today and that is why I am buying my tiles from Bunnings!

    I'm now finding at, Several, Bunnings Warehouses .. That they have become Very G R E E D Y 😬 Indeed ❗️ I say this, Because . . When a plant is MISSING❗️ half it's bark 😬 And, 1 spike has Expired ❗️ Broken OFF buds 😬 on another, And yet, well, Now there's been 3 different one's, the women, in the Nurseries ... Are still saying .. " That's the price " ❗️ .. Clyde. Nothing wrong with it ❗️Carrum Downs. Another 1, ❗️ IF you don't Won't it .. You don't have to take it ❗️Cranbourne. Hang on .. So you are wanting Full Price ❓️ For, DAMAGED plants❓️❗️❓️ I would have to fill it UP with my bark ❗️ Which I get from from a Nursery, ❗️N O T Bunnings rubbish 🗑 on this occasion ❗️ Which means, I, Wouldn't really get to enjoy it's flowers either 😬 Yeah, NO❗️ For that price 😬 It would want to be Perfect plant❗️ OR ..     1 of the biggest store I have ever visited. Timber section is huge where plenty of room to park vehicle with trailer and move around in and out access is great. Good store with good staff. Outside parking is easily available.

    Had a special order to pick up an entire kitchen. Special thanks to Elizabeth in special order and Tracey who helped me with purchase of the kitchen. Then came along Parth and Mack to help us put the stuff on top of the car and in the trailer. Thanks to a wonderful team. Awesome customer service guys. Now the fun begins the jigsaw puzzle of putting it together.

    It's Bunnings If they employed actual experts the place would be the always go to, but they don't. If you know what you want then you'll be fine. If you go on the weekend don't forget to grab a snag

    What can I say about all Bunnings stores, firstly Bunnings is probably my all time favourite store and I could spend all day or even all week or year there looking at all the items/products they sell. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help out. That have everyday cheap prices and always willing beat a cheaper advertised price on the same item else where. I could not recommend Bunnings highly enough to anyone in need of any hardware, tools, anything for home improvement or just some free time to browse all the great products they have there.

    We all know that Bunnings is our go-to place to purchase all our DIY needs. I am pleased with the staff courtesy to inform us that there is no staff to cut timber for us due to their breaktimes. So I did the "initiative" to call customer service on my phone to let staff came over. After a short while someone came. I think the company should train at least more staff to cut timber.

    Great Place. Every kind of instruments available. From small nails to hammer, lockers, electrical fittings, (floor and wall) gap filler paste available with instrument (guns). Nursery (saplings, seeds, plants) are all available at great collections. They sell variety of soil in packs, for various types of plants. I recommend visiting here. One disgusting fact is, such an enormous enterprise with so fewer employees. Rarely I could find out someone to clarify my doubts.

    Very rude and bad customer service all the time. The lady who is work tonight at the front desk was so rude to me her name starts with Lora. I m not mentioning her name. Me and my husband running a small business and our business name on the power pass card. So she asking me for a ID. I don’t understand why some people asking ID for power pass if it on business name. So rude customer service never going back to this store again. Cranbourne store is 100% better compared to this rude staff. Thanks.

    Nice big clean store. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It really is your one-stop shop. The kids always love going and getting a little trolley to push around. Bunnings always caters for the family and has special events on and work shops
