It was good before when I had joined I was from start of the gym when it opend new in last one year it changed to much no proper training no trainers they were no copretting no polite ness with customers so hard talking to much of politics etc.

The team at ABS is really amazing. All of the trainers are very professional and the classes are interesting and up to date.!. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about fitness and can help you improve your physical fitness while there, for business or pleasure.Best gym in #karad

A fitness club colocated with Fern Hotel astride Karad - Pune highway. It is well equipped and have adequate space for gym enthusiasts with cardio training, weight training and floor exercises spaces. Aerobics and Yoga room are other facilities. A 30 m swimming pool seperate to the gym is colocated and provides complete exercising experience.. the gentry visiting the gym is from all age groups and walks of life providing a good social environment. Sauna and shower facilities complete the gym experience. The place boasts of adequate trainers who are pleasant and clued up. Parking space is aplenty. A well stocked bar and two restaurants in the Fern Hotel add to the experience.

This a great fitness club with state of the art equipments and highly trained and experienced trainers. I was staying in Karad for 2 months and wanted to join a gymnasium. I had a great experience working out here, although it was only for a short time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay fit!
