Their main work is to take care of stray animals. They admit Sick and injured stray animals and when animals recover they leave them in same area from where they picked animals. They also sterlise & vaccinate Stray animals. You can also call their animal rescue ambulance but mostly time they will say that "you should bring animals here" Moreover if you have pet and not stray animals then they will expect you to Pay for your pet treatment. But 1 question is always banging in my mind is that when i visited there, i heard too much noise of animals specially 🐕 they were howling, i didn't knew that whether they was in pain or what.... But, Overall they are doing good Job.

I never knew that it existed in my own town, until my friend mentioned it and took me there. Yesterday it was the first time that I visited TOLFA ( tree of life for animals) and it was amazing. I am a kind of person who is scared of animals but I felt warm there. It seemed like those dogs and cats were waiting to be loved and adopted. I would recommend everyone of you (atleast of this town - Ajmer) make a visit there. Staff really appreciates this little efforts made by us. Overall it was a good experience for me. Hope you all get to visit TOLFA ( tree of life for animals) once. It will make you and those sweet animals really happy. ((:

Tolfa is a wonderful place for all stray animals. My personal experience with Tolfa was great. In my area a dog got injured and has a wound on his eye. So I called the Tolfa team, and they responded very quickly and took the dog and treated it very well. And today they left the dog in my area again. And the dog is looking fit and fine now. Many thanks to the Tolfa Team. May God bless them and I wish them to continue their noble work and spread happiness in all animals. I appreciate their team and their work.

Very sad to say that because of there negligence i have lost my 3 year baby(labrador). We took our baby to tolfa from kilometres away in belief that they treat my baby and will take care of him. But when we reached there they said us to wait because they said that this was there tea time and wil start treatment after 10 mins. And after waiting they didn't treated properly. I lost my baby only because of of them.

Utterly disgusted by the conduct of the staff on the rescue vehicle - rude, arrogant, irresponsible and not punctual even in cases of serious emergencies, at all. Such a shame that even a reputable NGO like TOLFA India hires workers which do not care about the animals they are meant to rescue. Such was my encounter, when I along with members of my family had to wait in rain, keeping an old aged ill dog under watch as she was hesitant to move anywhere else but to lie down in sheer pain, suffering from high grade fever. These people did not respond to any calls for emergency rescue and instead kept the complain on hold - delaying it further even when they were asked to do so a day prior to the event night. In place of driving the van steadily, they bashed into the location with a speedy vehicle, thus, alerting the dogs of the area and scaring the ill-dog. The driver did not even bother to lend a hand but to watch the dog run away while the other two, busy in themselves, could not put together the sack to capture and hence, rescue the dog and take it for treatment. Infuriated by the happenings - the dog running away and all of us draped in waters from the rain - engaged with the reluctant staff - Nonetheless, the dog was not found and the our waiting in the rain was all gone to waste. Irony is that even after the failed attempts, the staff started giggling in the van - not even bothered to search for the dog but then too argued as if it was not their fault. Things escalated to when they even told us that they’re not responsible for anything and since we are not their employers, they won’t heed to our complaints, never again. Shame! Tagging those were on the van here - Suresh (Driver), Aman and Deepak. 27th July Midnight - 28th July [1:00 AM]

A great animal shelter and hospital. The folks here are very kind hearted and treat all animals with love. They also have a pick up service, wherein you can call their van to pick up an injured/sick animal. I'd highly encourage you to donate to their website as it's an NGO and works entirely on funding

I understand the scarcity of time. I gave one star because a month back, I called twice for a stray bull, he was in early stage of lumpy, and was lying sick. But, I was simply answered that NGO only takes cows to treat not bulls. I personally treated him with home remedies, every day. Hopefully, he is walking but still infected. Also, yesterday I called and they did respond, but arrived very late, by that time, the sick calf moved away from his location. I am very much disappointed with the irresponsible and delayed manner of working. Thanks & Regards.
