Nice and tasty food

Awesome great place in labasa

Horrible service. This pizza came 11/2 hours after ordering. This was supposed to be a extra cheesy cheese lover's vegetarian pizza with capsicum but this this wat we got after the long wait. Barely any cheese, burnt n paper thin crust.

Went in tonight Waited 3 hours for meals before deciding to leave as we have a 2 yr old baby When leaving I asked staff to pack our food for takeaway since it's taking too long Shift manager for the night decided to charge us for takeaway boxes. I was shocked. When I told her that's rubbish as it's been 3 hours, she laughed. Tulia from the staff was very helpful in trying to resolve issues Very horrible customer service otherwise. My wife's food was appalling, almost uncooked pasta and no sauce. My baby cried for almost 45 min while waiting for food and before we decided to leave without eating at the restaurant

Good food

Poor service. Neither reception or restaurant pickup the intercom calls. The receptionist told rudely thay shortage of staff and only when they are free they will pickup call and reply. Customers are taken for granted. Hope the management either train the staff or replace with good staff in the reception. Very poor room service.

Good food at affordable prices. Friendly staff! Washroom needs a thought.. my suggestion. Change the location and/ or size

Beautiful new place. Nice for couples.

Not so good :(

Orders take over 30mins as everythings made from scratch. Portion is good but not taste. Inclusive breakfast is very basic and service is unfriendly.
