We had stayed at Galaxy Apartments and Hotel for 3 days at a 3 bedroom Apartment. We really loved the place and service, however, little bit of improvement can be done to the bathroom and cleanliness of the bedroom sheets as we saw some stains on ours. Other than the staffs are so friendly and welcoming, also, the breakfast is great. The location is just perfect as it just few minutes away from the main town.

This place is wrecked, bathrooms amenities, door locks hard to close had to pull really hard to open, can’t lock, no help if calling at night as no one stays there, experienced people fighting inside room, kicking door’s very scary, disturbing, unsafe place to stay, called owner almost 7-10 times at around 10pm but no answer, went down to check reception all locked security guard busy on phone and had a seat beside noisy aircon pump from where he can’t hear anything, had a very bad experience staying here, with lost belongings as well, stay away from this place if you have a family and kids.

We were lucky to get rooms without any reservations. Overall, everyone, including the security guard, was awesome. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a longer shower curtain to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. I'm not sure if there was a happy hour during our stay. Food was great also. Apr 6th to 8th.

Quiet location but road traffic is hectic in the morning

We had stayed at Galaxy Apartments and Hotel for 3days at a 2bedroom Apartment. We really loved the place and service, however, little bit of improvement can be done to the bathroom to get that perfect 5star. But the staffs are so friendly and welcoming which deserves the 5star. Also, the breakfast is great. The location is just perfect as well which is starting of the town.

Bathroom needs attention otherwise all good. Sizable rooms. Bedroom very nice. I don't think there is any lift to take luggage upstairs so be strong. It's an apartment but there is no laundry facilities in the room. It's a must for all apartments. Hotel needs to think about it for long term guests

Positives are working aircon and hot water. Negatives are cleanliness and deteriorating property. Wouldn't revisit
