We (a group of 9 couples) had booked the Royal Oakwood Villa for 12th and 13th August. I generally don’t write reviews, but the experience was so HORRIBLE that I had no option but to write this. The Villa in itself was decent but was definitely not value for money. The Villa had leakages in the hall and the stairs. The food was okay. Overall, I would rate 6/10. However, due to its manager Mr. Hrushi, the overall experience was 0/10. He was rude from the first interaction. The villa although overstaffed, we had to wait at least 30 mins for towels, cleaning, food order, etc. At night, the water RO also stopped working. The checkout process is unnecessarily elongated, where we received the deposit only when we sat in our cars. We also heard Mr. Hrushi passing loose comments during check out, which is not at all hospitable and unwarranted. The manager used to call us to meet him for small things and to give instructions, rather than he coming to us. The management should learn to be more hospitable and POLITE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

We had an really amazing Stay, everything is just perfect over here. We were a group of 18 adults with and had the best time of our life's. Staff is so so polite and helpful, We didn't had to ask for anything extra, all the rooms are very spacious, clean and pleasant. The whole property is too luxury. Mr rishi was very cooperative. We loved the stay ! ❤️

Stayed at Zen. Perfect for families with senior citizens as well as groups. Staff was excellent and always available with a smile on their face. The care taker of the villa used to be available till midnight. Even if we tell him to leave, he will not. Rishi (in charge of these properties) was of great help and available 24 x 7. The massage (Mr. Rina) was very good. On the whole I feel this is the best property in this area.

The villa is luxury personified ideal for family of 15-20. There is no constraint of space be it the common living room or the 6 well furnished bedrooms. Food was the highlight with the variety and quality. The rooftop pool was the ideal place for families to have masti apart from offering a stunning view of the mountains. The tariff is on the higher side but one will not have any regrets with the memorable experience it offers .

We stayed in Royal Oakwood Villa of Shiloh Stays during 30th Sep to 2nd Oct 2023. The location of the villa is nice, Overall the service was very prompt and the staff was very courteous. Villa manager Mr. Rishi was very good. The infinity pool is very good and the valley views from the infinity pool are too good!! Following are the observations in the villa which needs improvement- There is leakage in the living room and on the stair case of 1st and 2nd floor due to which the floor remains wet There is no common washroom on the 2nd floor where the living area is there In room no. 1 on the 2nd floor the bed has a rectangular wooden platform which has hurt many of us while walking There is a very small exhaust/ vent in the cooking area due to which it is very uncomfortable to sit in the living room when the chef is cooking Wifi connectivity in the first floor and pool area is very poor

Shiloh Stays is an enchanting and lovely cluster of villas adjacent to Manas Resort in Igatpuri. Each villa is designed as per different themes - Casino, Sports, Zen, Moroccan, etc. We stayed in the Zen Villa, which is a spacious 6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, trampoline and outdoor seating area. The cleanliness, service from the staff and overall ambience made our stay very comfortable and memorable. The bedrooms are very spacious, having a large double bed, and enough space to accommodate additional bedding on the floor for 2 more people, this ensuring that 4 people can comfortably sleep in one room, if needed for large groups. There are 2 bed rooms on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. They have a snooker table in the living room. Wi-Fi coverage is good in the ground floor areas. There's no cellphone coverage, other than that of Jio. There's enough parking for cars. The Zen Villa is one of their best villas! Rishi, who's the overall manager of the property, was very helpful and ensured that our stay was comfortable. He would take our feedback daily with respect to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and quality and taste of the food. This is a vegetarian only property. They have a set menu consisting of breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. There are a-la carte options for snacks, should you crave to have one by the poolside or while you are catching up with your family and friends in the large living and dining room. Complimentary dry snacks, biscuits, chocolates and mineral water bottles (2 ltrs per room per night) are provided in each bedroom, along with tea-coffee making facilities. There's a RO water purifier in the kitchen that can be used. They also have a turf to play cricket or football, which can be rented by the hour. Toiletries like Shower Gel, Shampoo and hand wash liquid are provided in all bathrooms, along with 2 towels and a napkin. Overall, a must visit place during the monsoon season and suitable for big groups. The greenery, waterfalls and fog surround you, bringing about a sense of peace and calmness.

We stayed at the sports bar villa.. and we were more than happy.. the villa was beautifully designed and a fabulous view.. witnessed a lovely sunset from the pool.. the service at the villa was spot on!! And best part was the foot massage.. they had very polite and well trained staff.. overall a lovely experience..

Fantastic place stayed in Casino Villa..great views...large spacious rooms...nice infinity pool with a mini waterfall is great to enjoy and kids in the group loved it... overall great place ..food was excellent...

Had a superb weekend!! Awesome food and excellent staff and service... Special mention for Rishi, he made sure our stay was comfortable and looked after our smallest requests.

The room and the interiors are worth every single penny I can give 10/10 but when it comes to service the entire shiloy stay is sleeping. There is no staff to help us with luggage there were to humans to seek help with All the ladies were walking with their luggage in their hand this is very very Dissapointing and this should be a part of service. Villa manager was not present through out the entire stay

This is our 2nd time here at Shiloh stay and we stayed in the zen villa this time .very satisfied with our stay .the villa was clean and maintained very well.the staff is very courteous and warm .there spa massages are brilliant .a must .its been a very memorable trip.totally worth it especially in a big group .thank you

We were all extended family and had rented all the bedrooms in Vegas and sports bar, it was unbelievablely good. I'm from Houston Texas, and my cousins were here with us from Connecticut and Dallas. I will recommend this villa for everyone a home away from home in the outskirts of mumbai
