Situated in heart of city. 2 stores are in this mall.. One is brand factory and reliance mart. There is place for parking but the elevators (lifts) from parking are not working. To reach to mall you will have to walk through narrow pass which is emergency fire exit.. And coming back same way.. Not really well maintained.

Very large mall 2 compartments. one is for the Reliance smart bazaar and other is for brand factory. Brand factory had 60% offer on purchase of 5 clothing, very Wast variety of clothing and shoes you must visit. reliance had grocery store with 6% off on every item and over 1500 shopping you get kg sugar for rupees 9. Must visit.

Groceries place was good. The shopping side of the mall was miserable..clothes spread all over..laying in heaps or on the ground. Felt like tornado hit the place.

Was a really great mall, 7 years ago. After that it just spiralled down. This mall really experienced its "pinnacle" in the years 2014 to 2017, and after that, well let's just leave it. This mall used to be one of the best malls in town, with various shops, good product selection and a humongous arcade which I still have memories of, but now it's just a basic grocery mall.

Ample parking and convenient location make it easily accessible. Overall, Pinnacle Mall is a great destination for shopping.

Great collection of Branded products. Enjoyed a lot while did the shopping. Highly recommend. Visit at least once for better quality

It has a nice place to hangout with kids. Nice play area and a lot of options in food court. The mall also offers a lot of shopping options.

Mall might be good, but the buildings behind it are completely dirty. We visited the registrar office and backyard was completely dirty, you've to walk a lot to reach there.

When central was running it the ambience was good , clothes were nice , customer care was also cooperative But when brand factory took over , the conditions are declining day by day.. there is no maintenance at all... The quality of clothes is also not good...

Good mall having brand factory n smart point only. Brand factory is useless to visit coz its not maintaining its escalator n all, old kind of clothes available But smart point is too good, daily use clothes are also best.

Only reliance and brand factory is there no other options not even food court.. Car parking is more like kia cars owned.. Left mall immediately
