Good service, Variety of cloths for men , women and kids. little delay at billing counter. occasionally sell organize with up to 50 % off. few other items also available. Parking should be used, don't park vehicle outside, heavy fine. Go with vaccination certificate.

Humiliating Day it was. Because, I was keeping phone and shades in hand bag . They suspect me stealing something and keeping in bag. On that they send two male security snd male staff behind me to check. With out any acknowledgement they treated me like some thief. And few staff and security also passed false comment. I can never go back to such place where they don't have respect for customer. Worst Experience of my life. Traumatic

Today's experience at the pantaloons nashik was my worst experience. I was there for exchanging a kurta gifted to me by my mom. I went to the counter and asked about the exchange, they said you can exchange it and shop for anything from the store. I started shopping. Soon I was approached by 2-3 representatives and surrounded by some assistants,. They again asked me for the bill with a flat face and rude tone. They told me you can't shop other brands other than global desi. I objected and went again to the counter. At the counter they again told me there's no such rule for the exchange . I confronted them about such rude behaviour and their method of approaching customers, worst experience today.

Cheapest and 3 rd class staff idont like staff service

Very good service. When I requested help choosing a belt, a boy was immediately available to assist me. I really got what I wanted and the belt was encased in a handy and beautiful linen bag. Well done.

The security system of pantaloons is too bad that it beeps even though we did not take anything. After the beeping Security guards checked my bag by taken out all my belongings form bag , but still system was beeping after Scaning my empty bag. And the guards were too rude. PANTALOONS should give attention to this as this happened with so many people even i faced the same in Phenix mall, pune and CCM, Nashik.
