I love the brand, the store is huge and has a good collection. But the staff is just not at all helpful. They are either busy clearing the trial rooms, or busy chitchatting. If one asks them about other sizes available of a particular article, they plainly refuse instead of checking it.

Today my husband and i went to west side for shopping.. we choose some shirt but they didn't allow us to take trials.. they said we don't give trial for formal shirts reason is that the press of shirt fade off.. and they were so rude. even they not allowed to open n see the shirt.. then we complaint to manager about what happen with us but the employee still not ready to give us trail.. worst experience ever even in local market customer get trails for clothes and Westside no giving.. bad services

I wish I could rate zero. They have good stuff to purchase, lots of varieties but the staff at the counter is pathetic. It was closing time and i was standing in between two counters waiting at least one of them to finish. There was no one present there near any counter for billing but one of the staff insisted me to stand in the queue. In my opinion it was obvious that whoever finishes fast will ask me for billing but they ignored me just because I deny to stand in the queues. My billing was done after two customers who came after me but stood in the queue. I’m shocked that WESTSIDE has so much unprofessional staff. Will definitely avoid going there again

Store is good. Well organized. Staff is warm and friendly. Options in garments are limited though, so the selection for men becomes wasy and for women- well, they have to compromise. I love shopping here for this reason that you can come to conclusion pretty early. They also have limited options during stock clearance sale. Prices are fair.

Very minimal stock for men's casual wear and women's formal wear. The manager was also not very helpful in assisting customers and kept arguing instead of listening to customer feedback. No promotions or simple gratitude after spending 10k at this store. Won't go again

This is one stop place to get your fashion instincts satisfied. There is a good stock and variety for women who loves fashion and daring to try new things. For men the options are limited but you get what you need. I am intrigued about not providing down escalator. May be it is only for young crowd.
