Hello everyone, My dad is a patient of diabetic retinopathy and early cataract. We first consulted Dr. Natarajan and was adviced laser treatment as soon as possible with Dr. Jaydeep Walinjkar. Dr.Jaydeep explained us about how treatment will be and a surgery would be required in the right eye due to membrane formation. We are currently awaiting surgery, but really happy with prompt treatment and best advice till now. One stop solution for all eye problems. Aditya Jyot is a great place where you receive personal attention, unlike major hospitals where you feel like you are part of an assembly line. A clean and well maintained hospital that you can visit for various eye related issues. Staffed with courteous people, well experienced doctors, our visits went smoothly. We visited for my father's right eye cataract surgery. Doctor Kavita Rao does a really good job with the surgery and we are thankful to him. The counsellors and nurses and various technicians were very helpful and prompt in all the necessary processes.

My Father went for a cataract operation in Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital and something went wrong in the OT. Dr. Kavita Rao had operated on him and was screaming in the OT that the cutter is not working, the machine is not working and not thinking what the patient is going through as he could hear all this. After the operation my dad's vision didn't come at all so then Dr Kavita operated him again saying we need to wash your eye and did an operation again without informing him anything. After that he got back his vision slowly but till today he has irritation and black spots in his operated eye. Also his eye still pains till today. It has been 3 months now. We even complaint to the higher authorities but now Dr. Kavita Rao is asking for charges saying his eye is all good and you are complaining to the authorities unnecessarily. If anyone planning to do the surgery in Aditya Jyot Eye hospital please don't do so or atleast not from Dr. Kavita Rao as she has a bad temper and never listens to what the patient is facing and goes through the computer records given by her assistants. Dr Kavita Rao is only concerned about her Pay from the hospital and not whether the operation was success or failure as for her the patients are only a source of income.

I am patient of Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital Dr Natarajan sir, I am patient from November 1997. I had my retina surgery their. Till now I was treated such well that I didn't required to come to hospital again. I am very happy with the treatment provided. Very Bad experience. Dr Kavita Rao has a bad attitude and don’t know how to talk to their patients. They will not tell u what happened during surgery and my father who is 75 yrs old has gone through so many difficulties.. they aksh lied that about stitches during cataract operation but they didn’t informed us about the same.. They just loot patients and nothing more. They took more than 45 mins for one eye cataract surgery but they claim 15mins, because some mishap happened during surgery and my father is suffering for the same. Also the Doc’s assistant Mangesh is having bad attitude toward me (a lady) This hospital is looting us nothing more than that

They really show extra care to Senior Citizens and weak individuals which is rare to be seen these days. The thought process of belief and message on faith to recover by Dr Natarajan relayed to patients and attendants is exceptionally unique. It was a nice experience. Nursing staff is excellent and also doctor Smit is excellent. Even though my mothers blood pressure was on higher side the nurse and doctor assured us nothing to worry. Only lacking is that we have to order food from outside. After spending so much we can atleast hope for a Tea, PARLE-G, or poha from hospital for the patient.
