Nice calm place, with lot of mango trees around. Place is close to Dharni dam and being on higher altitude has always nice cool breeze. Visited in May but still did not feel hot. Stayed in pool view tent..nice cosy .. the food tastes awesome though lot of dishes on menu were not served.. overall great stay.. it's pet friendly.. our doggy enjoyed stay had lot of place to run arnd..only suggestion I would like to share.. they need to be more strict in regards to swimwear protocol.. fellow guest were entering in pool with jeans, normal dress..

Let's start with the positives. One of the standout features was the hotel staff. They were consistently helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Their assistance made a positive impact on my overall experience. The hotel's garden was well-maintained and perfect for families with children. The presence of mango trees created a pleasant environment. The hotel's location was beautiful, offering scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the natural beauty and the tranquility of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the river was convenient, providing opportunities for nature walks and enjoyable moments by the water. The couple rooms were another highlight. They were attractively designed, clean, and created a romantic ambiance. However, there were a few downsides. The food served at the hotel was average in terms of taste and lacked variety. I was disappointed by the limited options and expected a better dining experience. Another issue was the water supply. There were instances of water shortage, which caused inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, affecting the overall comfort and convenience. Considering the price I paid, I felt that the services and amenities provided did not meet the expected standards. The overall experience left me with the impression of overpricing, and I believe there is room for improvement in this area. Lastly, the non-functional rain dance equipment was a letdown. It was advertised as a facility, but it was not operational during my stay. This was disappointing for guests, including myself, who were looking forward to enjoying that particular activity. In terms of suggestions, I recommend the hotel consider relocating the dining area to the ground floor. This could enhance efficiency during busy meal times, reducing wait times for guests. One more important point to mention is that alcohol is only permitted in the hotel rooms and is not allowed in the common areas.

Natures Dreamland is Amazing. An amazing experience... I thought I was in UK or US after seeing the room. Such an Ambience and a clean environment. Also food was awesome I really appreciate the chef who done the cooking during our stay. I met the chef personally and thanked him before leaving. You will never find a single fault in food dishes... Also the staffs are very nice. They were care taking people, who took more responsibilities from check in till check out. Other facilities like indoor ganes and swimming pool they have. We really enjoyed and it's a nice time pass fo small children also. They have children play area here. And I suggest the resort management to give free pick up and drop for all the guests, Bcoz it's far away from station. Or atleast some discount in conveyance for travelling from resort to railway station they should give. Other than location, everything was Awesome here

The location is nice around 6km from main highway. We went during monsoon season and the view to the resort was very natural. The roads were in bad shape but that was mainly due to rains. The staff were will mannered and the resort ambience was nice. You will not find any activities inside the resort except for a swimming pool and kids play area.

It's a very beautiful place with polite staff and tasty food. I visited with my husband and baby and we had a great time. The pool was good and the whole area was peaceful. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Positive point: very clean and neat place. Very quite and calm place. Good play area Negative point: very far from main road. No sightseeing places nearby.....very limited option in food. Very bad service in restaurant. Breakfast was included in our package, we had opted for Non-veg but were given saltless, tasteless upma poha...breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am but were served at 9.30.....check out was at 11...had to leave without a proper breakfast and no other eating option near this place. Raindance showers are non-operational....If anyone planning for an overnight stay make sure you ask for all plans.... After going there we realised there were cheaper rooms available but the booking person at the head office did not give us proper info just to sell a very expensive package to us...

We had visited the Holiday Home for our Annual Office Picnic. We had the entire place for our team. The Rooms, Food, Staff and Service was all of Top Notch. It premises is well maintained, peaceful and surrounded with lush greenery Had a memorable stay and would highly recommend for family and groups.

Deluxe Cottage facing swimming pool is the best place to be in for a night. It was a fantabulous experience staying in that cottage with breathtaking room decor. Place is quite peaceful and room amenities are at the best I have seen so far since they provide the room as shown in images.

The overall ambience was good, the only thing is breakfast timings are 8 to 10, v haven't got the breakfast before 8.45am, v had to wait 45 mins for the breakfast, I would suggest to change the timing to 9 if couldn't serve it at the specified time. The service is very poor. Kindly hire the staff accordingly. V had opted for wooden cottage first , there the overall ambience was good, the next day v gt shifted to garden cottage wherein the hot kettle was not provided, on enquiring they said they dnt provide the same over here. Then v asked the pantry person to get two glasses of hot water, and m sorry to say, v need to call him 4 times for it. Den hopefully v got it, again v ordered it at night after having dinner, but v were not provided hot water till next morning . Even dinner timings need to be changed which are 8.30 to 10.30. The dinner itself started at 10.00. V were very much disappointed with the service. Overall stay was goo. Last but not the least, the frame uploaded in the garden cottage says "may u come as guests and move as friends "proves wrong .

Entire hotel staff, from the gateman thru kitchen was very polite and helpful. Room service was good. Rooms were Neat and clean. Garden was very nice. Swimming pool was good, though raindance and shower was non operational. No sightseeing places nearby. Dining area should have been on the ground floor, considering senior citizens won't be able to walk those difficult set of stairs. Indoor play area was good but 4balls were missing on the pool table, out of 3 carrom boards, 2 were in bad condition and should be replaced. Big Big disappointment: Not much food options available. we asked for Chicken lollipop, chicken tandoori, chicken patiyala, Tandoori Roti none of these items were available and we were given option to order chicken Hydrabadi. Hence, we ordered chicken Hydrabadi mentioning we don't want much spicy food, it should be regular medium spicy. When order came, the food was very spicy, we could not eat it and refused to complaint about it. But next day during our check-out when i got the food bill, i see chicken Kolhapuri was served to me. I was charged for non-eaten chicken Kolhapuri which was not the menu of my dinner and they deny to refund it. I would not want to visit this place again.

Below average experience overall. Pathetic service most of the time. Poor anticipation to the complaints by the general manager of the property. Food quality was average. Tent rooms are good and the only positive out-take of the whole experience. So apart from room stay don't expect anything else. Not at all suitable for recommendations.

Very disappointing and below average service from Nature's dreamland. So many shortcomings right from pool cleanliness to food quality and food service. Only good thing was the tent stay. Rest everything was below par. Food except 2-3 dishes everything else was below par. Basic breakfast items such as milk and cereals are not kept. Fruits was also kept only after complaints but was stale and not edible. Service of Mr. Zaheer manager was pathetic. Very egoistic and poor management by him. For every complaint he has made one or the other excuse. Very poorly managed to sum it up. Our family of 40 members will never visit here again nor will recommend anyone. Despite booking 80% of the resort, the service was so par. There is too much restriction on alcohol consumption here. There are many better places in Igatpuri which offer better quality services. Do not waste your money booking in Nature's dreamland.

We visited the resort recently. To be very honest, I won't say the property is bad at all but it is much overpriced. Even you book and enquire over phn they will promise a lot about the food as if it is going to be amazing etc. . but the taste was very basic especially non veg items, we were given only bones and left overs in the name of fried fish starter, when we complained they gave a chicken starter which was okay. They charge a lot but the buffet was not provided giving reason of less occupancy but that was not Communicated during the booking. The dining area gets hot during summer nd they gave only two coolers for a bigger dining open area. The swimming pool was not that clean, tents are fine and the mango garden and other small play areas are fine. Overall, again a good place but much less than the standard you expect from the high tariff

Very poor hospitality.... Poor administration.... Swimming pool is good... 80% marks to baby pool....out of 100%. Bad experience about rain dance. You can enjoy it for 2 to 3 min only, reasoning water shortage. Game zone was below average... Food quality was also below average...need to improve dining area as it very hot under tin roof in summer season, cooler was too small and not for whole dining area.... Cold water is chargeable and regular water was too hot to drink. Ambiance of rooms and garden is excellent...location is easily approachable.... Overall nice for one day picnic, but absolutely not worth against teriff or payment charged.

We stayed at cottage tents near the pool. The room was big and hygenic. My kids enjoyed the baby pool. The restaurant is decent and the food was amazing. They can improve the breakfast spread but whatever was served was upto the mark.The staff is warm n friendly... . Thank you for the wonderful experience ..
