Yet another experience I had today of why we love Tatas and all their products and services so much. I had purchased my engagement ring from Tanishq Nashik in 2020 and submitted copies of certain documents for billing. Recently I happened to misplace those documents and I remembered having submitted their copies in Tanishq. I called the store and explained my issue. Mayur, who had answered my call, verified my identity and assured me that he will do his best to help. 5 minutes later I got his call confirming that the soft copies of my documents have been found and will be sent to me immediately, and I did. Tata group employees tend to go out of their way to earn your admiration, respect and trust. Truly, Tata is synonymous with Trust.

The only jewellery shop we visit is Tanishq Jewellery at Nashik. One is absolutely comfortable and safe due to its Brand popularity. Though one may land paying a bit more in respect of Making Charges but then it's a Brand which sells. Very pleasing and enthusiastic staff and they go all out to assist us in making our final choice. The store was not ready to show pieces when we arrived at 11:00 even though the store opens at 10:30. However, Rutuja was very nice and showed me exactly everything I was looking for. She was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend her service to anyone.
