Let me share my horrible customer experience for the shop We purchased a Jewellery for one of my important function from one of seemed to be reputed shop in Nasik College Road. At the time of purchase if the item we had asked if the same can be refunded if the item doesn’t look goods or there is unacceptance of it. We got the item and when tried on the apparel for that function it didn’t suits us considering the parttern and combination. So we decided to return/ replace the same as it was not at all used or damaged. When we went to the shop they declined to replace it even after giving them option that we would buy some other item and no cash refund is expected for it. We even assured them they can replace it at the amount less than its Selling price but the Salesman seemed ignorant and did not even considered our genuine request. We were truly disappointed on this. In this era of e-commerce and online market place it is important for shopowners to adopt to the best market practices wherein return is an important practice now-a-days aiming to provide better customer experience and satisfaction. The shopkeeper should not be reluctant to atleast accept the genuine request or appeal of the customer which will build more trust and confidence to shop again from that shop. But the shop from where I purchased this jewellery doesn’t seems to understand the customer requirements and do not consider their promises made for after sales services. I would not recommend my colleagues and friends to visit this shop considering the experience I had.

I had ordered two different products of the same seller for Diwali. But i ended up having two of the same product. I returned one as it's of no use to me. Called the customer care and got sellers email id. Emailed regarding the issue. The seller immediately apologized for the mistake and arranged for the new product to be delivered. To my surprise he also added complimentary nose studs, not only that he also sent cute thank you and apology note along with it. Such a genuine seller. Would highly recommend him. 🚫🚫🚫Fake site....❌❌❌ Ordered a product on 20th May with online payment. Its been 15 days more product is not delivered. Also no one is reverting to mails or phone calls. Worst Experience fake site.

I ordered a maang tikka and hair clip from here online. Both the products arrived in a couple days from the date of placing the order. The packing for the items was done amazingly. Product quality was great. Absolutely love their pieces. Must visit for this wedding season.....
