We
express
our
deep
disappointment
and
dissatisfaction
with
our
recent
experience
at
your
Shop.
Frankly,
it
was
one
of
the
most
disheartening
shopping
experiences
I
have
ever
encountered.
First
and
foremost,
the
quality
of
the
jewelry
I
purchased
on
24.08.2021
has
been
appalling.
The
bangle
I
bought
that
was
used
barely
3
-4
times
was
found
to
worn
out
and
broken.
This
is
entirely
unacceptable,
given
the
trust
I
placed
in
your
establishment
to
provide
quality
products.
Moreover,
the
customer
service
during
my
family
visit
was
abysmal.
Your
staff
displayed
a
complete
lack
of
professionalism
and
courtesy.
They
appeared
disinterested
in
assisting
me
with
my
purchase,
and
when
I
had
questions,
their
responses
were
curt
and
unhelpful.
What
truly
shocked
me,
however,
was
the
inexcusable
behavior
of
one
of
your
employee
,the
cashier
,Mr.
Nikhil.
Not
only
did
he
fail
to
address
my
concerns,
but
he
also
behaved
rudely
and
disrespectfully
to
ladies
when
we
attempted
to
discuss
the
issues
I
we
encountered
with
the
jewelry.
Given
this
deplorable
experience,
I
regret
to
say
that
I
cannot,
in
good
conscience,
recommend
your
shop
to
anyone.
It
is
disheartening
to
see
a
once-reputable
establishment
decline
to
such
a
degree.
I
implore
you
to
take
immediate
and
meaningful
steps
to
rectify
these
issues.
We
hope
that
you
will
invest
in
comprehensive
customer
service
training
for
your
staff
to
prevent
further
instances
of
such
poor
hospitality.
I
will
share
my
dreadful
experience
with
friends
and
family
to
ensure
they
are
aware
of
the
disappointing
quality
and
service
your
shop
now
provides.
