Reliance is a very high, reputed and a trusted brand. But inspite of all this, the service is really bad. The staff was a little rude and careless and that too for the money that we had invested. They were not ready to cooperate and help us with anything. We still waited for half an hour but they kept on prolonging the process and just made us wait. Not at all expected from a brand like Reliance. Would love to visit stores next to them like PNG, Malabar or Tanishq. Highly disappointed.

Highly professional staff - shopping here was a great experience. Mr.Aakash Rajput , QC employee Mr.Maind and floor Manager Lubna. was so polite and cooperative. We were there around 5 hours and the staff has missed their lunch but they don't show any complain.They make us shop many varieties which we otherwise would have not done.
