Bad experience. No proper calculations. If u want to exchange During gold exchange if money is on PNG account they don't return money PNG forced to buy gold & not adjusted even 500- 1000rs... They said this is company policy.. Very respectful policy. I'll don't buy anything from PNG in future. Which means the customer will get low value for their own gold, but have to pay huge amount for buying gold from them. They are not competative, as the making charges are too high. Choice is yours 😊

Recently visited Kalyan West branch near Dakshin Mukhi Mandir, I had a disappointing experience with staff Shabana. I selected few pieces of Jodvi and later decided to purchase 2 pieces of similar design to which she started making different facial expressions with sounds and said similar piece is not available, it becomes difficult for us to search and segregate the designs. Upon arguing with her she searched and found a similar piece. Is this the way PNG has trained their staff?? We are not purchasing the items for free, we are paying for it and the staff is also getting paid for the service they give to customers. I saw 2-3 customers who had an argument with the staff and left the store being disappointed. Did not expect this from a brand like PNG. The staff needs to be trained to treat customers with respect and be polite. Would not recommend anyone to visit this outlet.

We are recently visit to store, Miss Jayashree handle as sales person but she didn't have any manners to talk customer not even knowledge of what she have sale. Even customer service also very poor. Now onwards we can not buy any products as well as not suggest to anyone from this store because of Miss Jayashree miss behavior.

There was lack of branded jwellery store in kalyan before this store was not opened. If you have to buy trusted jwellery need to visit thane or Mumbai, this need is fulfilled with this store.
