I was pretty amazed by the store when I walked in, we usually purchase our jewellery from kalyan jewellers however this time Mr. Aneesh the sales person attended us ,he is very polite and explained in detail, The variety of top designers was an additional plus. I suggest that you check this place out before making a purchase. I am happy that I got a beautiful pair of bangles for my Mom.

Very rood people, Scheme they offer but please avoid it, because they will fool at the time of maturity, they charge very high making charges, accross country they have 230 showrooms and their staff has got EGO for the same, so customers are like nothing for them.

I was at Kalyan Jewellers Thane twice in the last 1 month and both times inspite of my bill being above 50k I was not given the offer of 1 gram gold coin which gets published in ads and in their store danglers. The store staff kept repeating it has to be above 1 lac which I couldn’t understand coz the ad clearly says purchase above 50k to get the gold coin. This, to me is a clear case of Kalyan Jewellers duping the people with such ads and is quite unethical. The Malayali staff at the billing counter are quite courteous and so was the lady who helped me choose my gifts but there was one short Tamil guy who wasn’t letting me ask questions about this offer and just kept saying I should give my credit card fast. I didn’t want to create a scene there but it left a really bad impression in my mind overall. Regards Dimple

Yesterday 3rd December there was a advertisement in times of India that the gold rate for today is Rs.5770/- at all Kalyan jewellers. When we visited the shop at thane opp. TMC office, they are saying it was Saturday ' s rate. When the add. Us put in Sunday's newspaper saying today, how they can say it is Saturday 's. That means Kalyan jewellers are fooling people. Please don't fool people, by giving Full advertisement, putting Amitabh Bachchan 's photo. giving the rate same as market rate..please don't follow

I Have purchased a Ring it was so low quality product. As within a week gold colour was fading and would recommend only Tanishq as trusted and customer friendly Brand. Kalyan have no trust at all

Location wise very convenient near to eastern express... One can easily locate the shop as it is at the junction and prominently placed..

Variety of jewelleries are really good. Service is also good. They entertain us and help us to show their varities with discounts. Only they need to improve their bill payment service which is very slow and time consuming.

During my recent visit to Kalyan Jewellers, I was disappointed with the lackluster collection and the unhelpful attitude of the manager. The store failed to offer a satisfactory range of jewelry options, leaving me underwhelmed. Additionally, the manager's behavior was rude and uncooperative, which further added to my dissatisfaction. I expected a more pleasant and customer-oriented experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I left the store feeling disappointed and let down by the overall shopping experience at Kalyan Jewellers.

Worst experience... They don't give time to costumers... It was a huge mess in buying.. Go to Vashi branch they are kind and best service is provided over there .....

The Staff is very arrogant and discourteous , they even don't pay regards to the Valued and regular clients and also commits false promises about prices and discounts. Today I am very disappointed with their rude and arrogant behaviour and dicided not to visit or purchase anything from this store . I have also visited thier Store At Varanasi the staff there is very gentle and polite but here it's really rude and uncouth. I request never go there they don't deserve respect.

One thing i liked most about Kalyan Jewellers is their sales team especially (Ajay and Ashu) . They have good knowledge about the purity of gold and helped us to select the best one out of the multiple options they have. They treat customer very friendly.

Went here to buy some silver jewellery, but they have very limited collection. For a big brand like Kalyan and such a big store i expected much larger variety and collection. Staff is helpful and courteous.

It takes lot of time for billing, they are very slow. There are lot of mosquitos upstairs, you just need to wait and wait ☹️

Service was good at the showroom. You will be attended by the staff very well. I went there on occasion of Dhanteras therefore it was seems to be a little rush then however on rest of the days rush is likely to be less here hence one can come and easily choose the jwellery of choice without any rush.

We went to this so called big store of Kalyan Jewellers at Thane looking for a temple design choker that we saw on their website. The staff were not at all helpful as we went with our kids including our 5 year old who was fast asleep as we came from Bhandup - when we asked them if there is a couch where we can put our little one the main entrance staff said there is no couch - only to find out there is a sofa couch on the corner that was not visible from the entrance. When we asked them to show the choker as per temple design they had only displayed the basic chokers and told us if we liked that design we can pay and place the order - who on earth will place an order for an expensive choker (above ₹ 3 lakhs) without even trying it out once!!! They said there is no other option for us!!! Being a listed company we had some reasonable expectations to find out and buy what we wanted only to rerun empty handed…we eventually bought the choker from the traditional well known Waman Hari Pethe which was bang opposite where we lived in Bhandup West! Shame that Kalyan jewellers that spend so much moment on ads couldn’t even keep the authentic chokers in their store for display - it’s not that Thane is a small suburb after all!

We went to mend our daughter ear ring. They did it freely. Also, there was one sales person till the end that work has been completed. Really happy with their service. Good team working here.

Sales staff are not jovial and not keen to show various collections...almost expressionless. Range of collection is limited and very adamant and rude on price matters.

Attitude of staff is like we are too busy and hence if you want you can wait ,else you know where the door is, the store manager also happened to be quite high handed in his approach and was again hinting that either you wait as I say or you can decide alternative

Still the same no transparency in dealings can anyone believe that they do not know about bankers cheque. No sales so instead of one person attending to client 4 people converge on him or her every sales guy comes and handles your ornaments as if it's a circus out there and can you believe all for their big talks and big b launching them they do not have extra set of calculators is the Gold council of India listening and other so called honest traders too are they listening ???.

Beware when shopping with Kalyan Jewellers. Make sure to check the terms n conditions on the bill before buying anything from them - especially under diamond schemes!!!
