Rule No. 1 : Never mention your cashless insurance. Reimburse afterwards. Rule No. 2 : Do not answer if they ask about professsion and your financial well being. If they know then your kins discharge will be delayed and they will milk the money out of you or insurance company. Very unprofessional staff. Nurses sometimes need to called more than once to attend to patients needs. Their housekeeping staff clean superficially. There were blood stains on side rails of the bed. Doctor did not visit regularly. No communication at all on stages of the treatment. Admission : All is good, they will treat you with great care. Registration fees: 70, Dr. Consultation charges : 500 Treatment : communication gap among shift wise staff. No one checked temperature of the baby regularly and relied on attendents observations. Discharge : The biggest pain point. Discharge intimated at 10:00 AM. Its 19:00 and still waiting .. They have lot of internal approvals, keep track of the file and follow up continously. Make sure they upload itemized billing to mediclaim agency. Not recommended at all.

Goto to low grade hospital u will save life of and even save money 1) In ICU when my father was asking for help in night no one came to rescue and incident came in light next day even. they cant even solve pneumonia and my father died in Apollo. 2) purposely put patient on ventilator to earn money and at end my father was dead :-( 3) My friend was admitted because of accident in bike they didn't found the root cause of problem and he also died. 4) they Do R&D on patient nothing else...

The staff is way more helpful than actual doctors (I know that all the doctors have been through alot as Nasik was worst hit during covid considering population and available doctors in the city.) Was here to fill up the regular medical certificate in which there was just Body, weight, height,BP,Any allergies, overall physical fitness Yet Mr.Ganesh Ghodegaokar and Mr.shah refused to fill up the details though other staff members including sister (who measured all the details) working under him was agreeing with me... Mr shah was like I'm not a registered medical practitioner and can't fill up the details Mr Ganesh Ghodegaokar- Works in ER was free when I was there was like I can't fill-up the details you will have to pay extra though you paid RS.600 for test at the desk and was arguing with the receptionist that why would you send such cases for me... .... doubt people going here under the Brand name Of APOLLO HOSPITAL. *Worst experience till time* This review is not written by the guy who's walking with the tablet asking relatives of the patient admitted to the hospital and filling there reviews on G-maps on their behalf just for good ratings.... Given sample for blood test and told to wait for report after 3 hrs.after completing 2 hrs asked for report from reception .She told that sample received now for testing so in total I have wasted my previous 3 hrs bcoz of there mismanagement . For full body checkup, one has to go before 8:30am with empty stomach. You can drink water but nothing else. Not even a tea. Everything will be finished by afternoon. Sunday closed. Rates are given in the pics.

I don't even want to give a single star. The worst management in the radiology department, Apollo, Nashik. They don't bother about your patient. For them Medical representatives are more important. As per a doctor's advice I visited the branch for city scan contrast of mother-in-law on 3rd sep,2022. I called the reception first. They said u need not have an prior appointment for that , just visit. The test should be on an empty stomach. We reached at 10:35am. After settling her we went to the reception to make registration . the lady was rude and took 5 mins to write a name only. Then said there was no power supply. We have to wait for billing details. At 12 after all the bill paid, some assistant came and told me my mother in law had to take medicine with water and had to wait for another hour. At 1 pm i informed 2 3 persons that it is 1 now .start the procedure. as she is on fast since morning and she is approx 70 yrs old, now she is unable to wait more. They are busy attending some medical representative. They did not even care what we were saying. After a lot of arguments they took her to the changing room at 1:35pm. And after 10 minutes the procedure started. I was really disappointed that such a renowned hospital behaved like this. I specially request that you don't go for the brand name. The worst service they are offering you.

Ease of booking. Well administered hospital with state of the art equipment, clean, green, secure and hygienic environment. Very capable doctors and a very good canteen serving both veg and non-veg food. IT enabled remote access to bills, test reports and prescriptions.

Pathetic hospital the doctors over here do trial and error with medication on patient’s they are not concerned about the patient’s life they don’t have well trained nursing staff the nurses have no manners to talk to the patient ‘s relatives. Their ICU is pathetic no hygiene. I lost my father they didn’t even inform us before putting my father on the ventilator the doctors don’t come on time they are only concerned about their targets. NEVER LET THEM KNOW ABOUT INSURANCE they delay your discharge always take second opinion whichever doctor is treating here,their degrees should be checked. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone do not risk the life of your dear ones. Their lab machines are never working they send their tests outside. This hospital is here only to make money.

Myself was admitted in Hospital for my COVID treatment . From first day I received good and proper treatment. All staff specially Nursing staff are too caring and knowledgeable ,polite . Dr Rajashree is very focus medical practitioners she treated me very nice way .But post discharge follow up checkup needed to improve. Patient should not be made to run everywhere.

My mom had been treated here for covid-19. She had completed treatment successfully. The staff here is sincere n cooperative. Facilities are all good.

Everything is nice n good, only thing is no use of taking appointment in advance, you will be send only after waiting of min. 1hr. For my father I got appointment for 11am so I reached there bit time b4 but still no use, they send me after 70min and main thing there were no sigle patient only me n my father was at OPD reception. And bcoz of corona pandemic it is very risky to wait for so long. Atleast staff should think of patient n his age n condition. This should be minimize, atleast appointment should be given when dr are available. Otherwise everything is fine.

Poor service. My friends whole family is struggling with COVID and this hospital cannot give RTPCR report even after 24 hours. Customer care executives are not co operative. Neither the sample collecting person is professional. Not at all recommended. Nashik appollo is very very very poor in service.

I have get done Bypass Surgery here from Dr. Wallia Sir, who is not only best doctor but is very good person also. This hospital is pretty good with latest technologies and the staff is courteous for most part. We were there for parents annual checkup. All the tests were administered by professional technicians except the stress test on a treadmill. The tech for this test seemed not well trained and not knowledgeable about the specifics of the test. I wish the tech was more professional and guided the patients properly. The flow and speed of testing was good. Communication by Shweta and Ajay was efficient and they were on top of all the patients testing in real time. I have a few suggestion- 1. The air flow in the hospital is almost non existent - especially in COVID era. I hope they either increase the airflow or open the windows. 2. The staff in green uniform was mostly not wearing masks. 3. Younger patients were not wearing masks and no one was enforcing mask policy in common areas. Other than these few details, the hospital is well equipped and I'd recommend.

A few days ago my wife was admitted due to dengue in Apollo Hospital Nashik and the treating doctor was expert and experienced. Cleanliness was good but the facilities provided were somewhat lacking in the promptness of the other staff and food was also found to be somewhat flawed. There is scope. Finally, the additional facilities provided effectively increase the chances of early recovery of these patients.
