Vaccination process was pretty smooth. Despite of rush we haven't faced any hurdles. Staff was polite and helpful. Other vaccination centers do not vaccinate post 1.30 if they don't have enough turnout. In case of wo kart, there heck ton of people in line! If you don't want to go Bach home without vaccine, chose wo kart mira road

Discharge procedure is worst, can't even compare with Government hospitals, it took stressful 6-7 hours to get body of baby and discharge(even in case of cashless policy), I kept on running from one counter to another counter, claim & accounts staff is too lazy & slow, and useless, we were supposed to do everything on our own, including informing insurance company(Though we informed them to do so). We literally pleaded staff to get deadbody as soon as possible but still they were too slow in procedure. At the end Hospital is too much expensive.

Doctor Girish bhalerao and team treated me for my ankle fracture and it was a superb experience and procedure was well performed with no issues. Food of hospital is also better than other hospitals.

Very good hospital .All in one roof with all kinds of advanced facilities . Best part is all kinds of treatments can be performed with all kinds of tests. Plus their staff makes all insurance procedures very easy. I personally felt very comfortable with all the services that they provided . Thats the only reason i bring by all family members here if any thing is required . There charges are reasonable with all kinds of explanation .

The process was well planned and it was a pleasant experience taking COVID-19 vaccination. Executives were polite and gave clear instructions. There was also a presentation screen explaining about taking care for any effect post vaccination.

I would never suggest anyone to take the facility of this hospital. Services are very bad and rates is too high. They treated my father so roughly in emergency ward and while inserting syringe they used both the hands and his hand was bleeding so much and over that they were forcing me for taking admission. I paid the deposit on 6th September and it just took 10 mins for them to take the deposit and give me the receipt. However, due to finance issue I decided to take him to Kerala as my dad's brother was taking care of finance. The billing team in wockhartd hospital took more than 2 hrs to clear the billing part and then they said that they will release my refund by next day. But till now no one is responding appropriately. Infact the billing department person disconnected my call thrice. Now I am in kerala and I wanted the amount at 12 noon to pay for angiography and no proper response yet not they are refunding my money. Amount of 44,834/- Such irr-responsible people they treat so bad how they take care of patients god knows. I have always heard negative part of this hospital still I came here for the treatment due to emergency but I really experienced the negative part as well.

Special thanks to doctor Noel who was on floor the whole day and night and kept checking on how I was doing .After my surgery my physiotherapy session were conducted by Dr Jessica Fernandes she was very patient and helped me gain my confidence. She is very supportive and even after discharge she is helping me out . Her tips and tricks are helping me in my day to day activities at home after surgery . Wockhardt hospital(formerly Umrao hospital) is the best hospital in north Mumbai zone. Its very clean , hygienic and well equipped hospital.I have visited Wockhardt hospital Mira road for severe pain abdomen and underwent ureteric stone surgery. my overall experience was awesome. I had opted single AC private room. Housekeeping services , Nursing services , Canteen services were apt and quite professional. Administrative officers were keeping check of the services offered. I would like to thank a ton to Dr Ashutosh Bagel sir-Urologist, Dr Kedar sir - Dr Jyoti mam (Anesthesiologist), Dr Tushayu and team Emergency medicine and all RMOs , nursing staff for their expert care and guidance. Thier state of the art Emrgency care facilities, urgent care provided by emergency doctors when i was in tremendous pain was really appreciated. Mediclaim and billing services have large scope to improve their services as time taken for finalising the bill after the point of intimation of discharge and approval of final bill from Mediclaim company took more than 8 hours on the day of discharge, half of the time was unnecessary delay just because of poorly updated discharge summary a night before the final discharge. One must visit this beautiful hospital for their health ailments without fear as quality treatment is almost matchable to other reputed hospitals of south Mumbai zone.

Overall experience was great with the team of Workhardt. All medical facilities are available out there. Excellent cleaning maintained within the hospital premises and rooms. Staff there was cooperative as well. Diet was well planned as per need of patient which helps in speeding up recovery process. Just one thing that I came across and didn't work well for me. Relatives if expected to stay and are not allowed to carry food for themselves, especially during this pandemic was a bit disappointing as I personally prefer home cooked food. I was asked to have my food in an unhygienic cabin (the one which is near the entrance)

It was yesterday that I got discharged after 6 long days stay at Wockhart Hospital @ Mira Road. There is absolute no doubt about doctors made available to treat. I was in a twin sharing and the best part of sharing is enjoying the talks with next to you, provided patients health and I was lucky. However, management should look at "hygiene" as a factor very deeply considering this pandemic. Entire Staff was on their toes whenever they were required. The hospital is not having stairs on 11th floor where I was admitted, it must be admins call to structure it as per their emergency map. I am sure the tag line " Life Wins" is the best suited for hospital. I would like to thank my doctor Mr. Mrudul (Gastro Specialist) very well known to cure me with a very minimal pain than I came with. :) Last but not the least, it was my emergency physician Dr. Abhishek who came to my rescue.. nothing would have been possible without his guidance and team support

We were looking for a well equipped and specialised hospital for the birth of our first child since my wife would be having a cesarian delivery the stay would be longer. Dr. SN Agarwal was our gynaecologist, his years of experience and approach made our delivery experience a smooth one. He suggested Wockhardt which fit the criteria we were looking for. It was close to Borivali 20_25 mins drive and the hospital staff made the overall experience memorable. Our first point of contact was Leena Varghese who showed us the rooms before hand and assured us that all would be taken care of. A special mention and thanks to Sr. Liji Biju ( Head of gyanec dept) and Sr. priya who was there with us from the time we entered the pre labour room till we left the hospital. Sr. Liji's positive and encouraging attitude helped soothe all our fears and she encouraged and ensured my wife's recovery was smooth. Also special thanks to Sr. Shiny who visited the ward time to time and gave her kind advice. Dr. Neetu ( paediatrician) who was also very kind and encouraging Finally the sisters in the ward like Sr. dhanwanti, Sr. Dincy and Sr. Shwetha were available round the clock to help nurse and clean the baby. We had taken a single room and the room was clean, spacious and well maintained by the support staff.Overall we had a wonderful experience and the staff made our stay at the hospital comfortable

Wockhardt has been miracle for me, as I had my second ACL and meniscus surgery. It was difficult time for me , Dr. Girish Bhalerao was really supportive and was able to explain everything so perfectly, even my 100 questions didn't bothered him. After my surgery during my physiotherapy sessions with Dr Jessica Fernandes she really understood my case and the complications perfectly and helped me well. It was very difficult due lack of confidence from my end but she made sure I get that confidence and the recovery property, entire physiotherapy department made sure that I get the help I need. I would really recommend people if they want to get treated with care and trust. Thank you all doctors, nurses, housekeeping staff everyone for the help they gave me and my family.

Not a good experience, will never recommend. The only reason we stayed here because of the doctor and it was an emergency case. This hospital is mostly short staff. The staff do not care for patients, just wants to do their duties and get done, extremely Noisey staff when they do thier tasks. Keep chatting loudly in corridor about their daily life, not realising they are in Hospital where patients need to rest. Pateints pay so much and hospitals are expected to maintain silence, not the case with this one. Walking in at 5 am and making huge noise of doors banging, coming in and out plus sliding shoes, heels. Breakfast time is supposed to be from 8am, but came in at 7.15am to get thier job done. Disrupting at 4.30, then 5, and every 30 mins entering and exiting without paying attention someone was just admitted at 3.30am and is resting. Keeping the room lights On, not turning off when leaving. Poor management. Noisy Mobile phones ringing at loudest volume of staff 3 times in a row at 10.45pm, nurse do not care to maintain silence at all. I had to ask them everytime to maintain silence n peace for pateint. DRAGGING PLASTIC chairs, seriously? Floor Landline at full volume, ringing non stop. Seems like the staff have been forced to do the job. Or just got a job without realising or undergoing training to work in a hospital.

I got my delivery done at Wockhardt hospital Mira Road, under Dr. Mangala Patil. I would like to thank my Obstetrician and all the nurses, to take extremely good care of me and baby. Being a first time mother, I was provided with all the necessary guidance & the nurses, all the doctors were extremely kind and helped with all the necessary things.

POSITIVES: Great response from Emergency team. Doctors, support staff and junior doctors were very supportive. NEGATIVES The major concern was cleaning of washrooms. I found it dirty many times especially at the ground floor. The other issue was security guards at ICU. They often responded rudely to many patient relatives. The staff that takes care of supplies were also careless many times as I often see them opening ICU doors aggressively and talking loud. They need monitoring and training.

Reliable hospital n doctors . My physiotherapy done by Jassica was awesome. Doctor had told i will be normal after 6 months of accident which was very major. But I recovered in 1 month. Really appreciate the effort n work n operation done by doctor. Thankyou and God bless all.
