Sharing my experience first of all i must say knowledge wise I learn a lot from Jitesh Sir about body anatomy and it's working second I lost my body fats and gain muscle.. The Point to notice is that Jitesh sir does not endorsed or force to take any kind of supplement. Jitesh sir mostly focus on natural Diet🥦🍎🥗

One of the coolest gyms I've seen. It has a decent professional interior with a spot on b/w theme . The vibe, open air and the crowd adds on to this. Very friendly with lots of options for everyone: from cross fit to beginners. Overall great experience to be there and to get yourself trained..!💪💪

I would say Tigers health club is a life changing experience in my life... specially Jitesh Wagh Sir who focus on individuals and best part of gym is no supplements are suggested only diet is preferred for body transformation... Jitesh sir shares all his experience which helps us to keep motivated.

🫤 I had the worst experience at this place.I had a trainer called DD at the gym who demotivated,spoke rudely and lacked general manners.Two of the trainers ridiculed me for not knowing the gym terminology,when I was just month in of gym.I am a level 6 local guide,I won't lie for any prize whatsoever....
