I had an orthopedic problem which 5 different orthopedic specialists and physios in Bombay couldn't treat properly over a period of 9 months, with fancy technology. Empower Physiotherapy Fitness and Slimming Centre.. Eye opener experience of not just the treatment and exercises but the very important don'ts in daily routine like sitting posture, bending, mobile holding position, car driving posture corrections. My son Jeet's precise problem area was diagnosed by natural hands movements on the affected back area and reports were later correlated and were found accurate! He had internally injured his back during playing for New Zealand School under 16 Cricket team. He was treated by 3-4 doctors at the centre for Mobility, Stretching, Core, VMO. My age old Knees issue was holistically attempted and problem area identified. Sets of stretching and core exercises brought immediate relief. I m so thankful to the entire team including the Doctors and Attendants helping us in correct postures. I got introduced to Dr. Pallavi by my sisters and through her book "The door to confidence opens here". I have got a rotated cuff injury to my left shoulder which causes a dull ache in my the shoulder which worsens at night. My first interaction with doc was over the phone. My treatment started then onwards. She introduced me to magic numbers, agnihotra and salt bath, mainly the cleansing processes. This made the base for my treatment. I am from Pune, I came to Nashik and without wasting any time the Doctor started my actual treatment. My shoulder range was hardly 10 degrees in the beginning. With the help of physiotherapy and supported modalities like pranik healing, pebbles my shoulder range increased drastically in just 7 days.
