What
could
impress
you
at
the
very
first
glance
about
this
gym
is
its
size.
This
will
be
followed
by
the
well-mannered
founder
who
is
also
the
head
trainer
of
the
gym.
The
first
part
does
hold
its
weightage
but
the
second
part
about
the founder's
personality
is
completely
misguiding.
He
does
come
across
as
someone
who
talks
well
but
the
attitude
his
extremely
non-professional
and
antagonising.
Before
I
come
to
that,
let
me
start
with
the
fact
that
some
of
the
trainers
here
will
try
and
influence
you
to
hire
them
as
your
personal
trainer
depending
on
their
own
expertise,
by
throwing
redundant
facts
leading
to
the
goals
that
you
desire.
One
might
tell
you
that
it's
only
the
right
diet
that
is
needed
while
the
other
would
endorse
his
own
expertise.
Considering
that
we
already
have
exposure
to
ways
and
means
of
a
healthy
lifestyle,
it
is
obvious
that
we
need
a
balance
of
everything,
in
terms
of
diet
and
exercise.
Now
coming
to
the
head
trainer.
I
took
a
subscription
for
a
couple
of
months
and
paid
a
figure
corresponding
to
that.
This
was
just
at
the
brink
of
the
starting
of
lockdown.
I,
unfortunately,
due
to
my
health
and
work
responsibilities
visited
the
facility
for
only
a
day.
Was
then
bedridden
for
months
due
to
weakness
for
which
I
was
taking
longer
than
usual
time
to
recover.
In
the
present
when
the
lockdown
rules
have
been
relaxed
and
I
am
at
health
to
visit
the
gym
again,
the
head
trainer
has
straight
away
refused
to
either
compensate
partly
or
let
me
attend
the
facility
even
for
a
discounted
period
if
not
the
whole
tenure,
on
humanitarian
grounds,
which
speaks
volumes
of
the
attitude
of
this
person.
While
I
have
given
up
on
the
amount
believing
that
I
have
been
duped
by
this
very
gym.
Hoping
my
bitter
and
untowards
experience
with
this
gym
acts
as
a
lesson
and
a
reminder
for
everyone
while
making
the
right
choice.
