The beach is now open for tourists after Covid-19. We visited it on Oct 4-5, 2020. The beach is comparatively clean. No high tides makes it very suitable to laze around in water and just be. Budget Accommodations are not worthy of staying. Luxury accommodations like Bordi Beach Resort are expensive. Most of the facilities like swimming pools and spa are not operational due to covid-19. However, the beach makes up for all the lack of facilities. Buffet breakfast has limited options.

Bordi Beach is extremely clean beach. It's very good for weekend trip as well. We visited this beach on 28th January 2023. The beach has ample of parking space. And the plus point is that they don't charge for the parking. We went to the beach at the sunset time. The view of sunset is extremely beautiful from Bordi beach. Near to the beach there are shops also. There you will get delicious chikoo ice cream. Next to that they have a snacks shop where you will get tasty Tea. Then there is a shop which is run by Mahila Bachat Gat. They sell different types of amla juice, Chikkoo chips and chikko pickles. The chikko chips are really very tasty. But near to Bordi Beach there is less network. So you need to make sure that you should carry cash if the online payment doesn't work.

⛱️Bordi is a quiet & quick 😢 beach escape near Mumbai. The Bordi Beach has blackish sand but is clean and tranquil...πŸ– We walked on the black, πŸͺ΄wet sand hesitatingly but it was quite firm despite looking swampy! 🌊🌈 You can go for a long stroll on the sticky sand. The beach wasn't crowded when we visited.πŸŒŽπŸŒπŸŒπŸβ›±οΈβ›΅

The most secluded beach I have ever visited. The beach is clean neat. It is at a distance of half and hour to 45 mins from bordi station. Own vehicle is recommended as there is less transport available to reach. There a bus service at around 7 pm from beach to station. Carry some food items as there are not many restaurants or eatery around the beach.

Very calm and quite beach no shouting crowds. This beach is quite on weekdays and flooded with locals on weekends....this place is great for people who wants some peaceful time and who wants to leave all the hustle and bustle of their life for an evening. Sunset is very beautiful sight a must watch. Overall a beautiful place to spend your valuable time.

Very clean beach. Black and white sand mostly, bit during times golden sands are present. Sea is shallow so no worrying of deep waters. No sharks in the area. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Some food stalls available at the south area. Creek at the north area. Water activities not available (yet). This beach is great for chill and relax sessions. Beach not very crowded near the Creek, so no nuisance

By the time we reached the beach it was Low Tide. And just got into the long Beach to feel the water. Beach has a flat area as you can see in pics and the sand here is hard which gives a confidence to go deep walking. We had gone approx 1.5 km deep and sat on the rocks almost an hour which refresh us and enjoyed the nature in a true sense

Bordi is an extremely well cultured and developed coastal village. All the home-stays and resorts are extremely well maintained. Great landscapes and local food. One of the most underestimated locations on the Indian sea coast.

A really wonderful stretch of beach with black soil, mangroves, wonderful views. The color of the sky is brilliant especially at sunset. There aren't too many people around which is great. The beach is relatively clean too and is wonderful for long walks.

Bordi Beach is just 120 km away from Mumbai and its very beautiful and secluded place. Less crowd, clean Beach and amazing local food. Bordi beach is on the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat. There are few cheap resort and also there is MTDC resorts. Soon Maharashtra government is going to allow shacks on this beach. A nice weekend getaway from Mumbai. Bordi is also famous for Chikoo. There is one startup by local person who serves all items made with chikoo like Chikoo kulfi, chikoo milk and there is also Chikoo Wine.

Neat & clean & quite beach. There are designated sitting area with neat benches to enjoy the sea view. There is clean toilets also. Location is not crowded. During low tide, the water Receeds as far as 5km deeper so it's fun to walk and enjoy the view. We can get to see fishing during morning time.

Silent, peaceful and beautiful !! Located at a distance of about 10km from Dahanu beach, this is a very beautiful beach located near coastal highway. The roads are very near to the beach and you can keep driving/riding looking at the beach beauty besides. There are many entrances to the beach. Get here for a quick one day getaway to experience both Dahanu and bordi simultaneously. You'll love the place for sure, check out the pics and videos put by me.

This beach is quite clean, peaceful and windy… the low tide is quite deep inside, you need to walk down a lot to catch up the water at the time of low tide, it has some good entertainment activities as well for tourist such as, camel ride, horse ride, dirt bike drive, and food corner…

The flattest and safest beach in Palghar district. Clean and with reasonably good facilities. Around 150 km from Central Mumbai by road and around 2 hours journey by train.

Clean, beautiful and calm. Thats how you can sum up this beach. With nuisance kids riding their bike like maniacs on the beach being the only execption here. Who controls such asts in India anyway. If you want to reach a quite place along the beach then park your vehicle close to the footbal ground. A great place to hangout with family.
