Very nice hotel, hall, dining room. Though it is an old hotel of Nashik they have maintained it properly.

Rooms I don't know as I did not stay there, just went for dinner. Location and ambience was very good. In food we ordered Chhole Bhature, but they were not upto mark because being from Delhi, I know what real chhole bhature is. Sorry but that is truth. Crowd inside restaurant was too loud and unruly, so people coming there should not think they are the only one, they should respect others privacy too. Anyways I shall avoid going there again, at least a NO NO on weekends.

South Indian breakfast is NOT at authentic. Taste is very bad. Service staff is lazy, rude and useless. Hygiene level is zero. Bathrooms are not clean. Rooms are dusty, smelly and linens are infested with bedbugs. Old and poorly maintained hotel. Highly overpriced.

Chef should do a special tour of TN and AP to learn how south Indian breakfast is made. This is a veg hotel, only suitable for Jain food lovers. Rest of the people do not waste your money and spoil your mood with the hotel.

We just went to the restaurants. The service and food was really good. Nice air-conditioned ambience with bright lights. We had manchow soup, spring roll, and veg steak sizzler. Really loved the sizzler.

We ordered South Indian and the food was quite good and fresh, plus we had good service. It was hurda festival and the spread was elaborate, overall the arrangements outdoors were beautiful. The only sad part was that they had caged rabbits and that is why my rating isn't higher. In my view, it didn't add to the festival experience at all. The ducks were free to move and having them around was fine, but the management should avoid caging animals simply to add to the aesthetics of an already beautiful place. The other downside was poorly maintained toilets.

Food (taste & quality) is below average. Coconut or palm oil used for cooking which is bad for health. Service staff in restaurant is on another level donno why, bcoz service is very slow, rude in behaviour. Washrooms have no towel or tissue or hand dryer. Parking space is adequate. It's a pure veg restaurant, not much on the menu. Hotel structure has wear & tear and very much visible. Management seems ignoring health and safety concerns and also food quality. Pricing ₹₹₹

I don't know about the hotel rooms,we went for dinner. Ordered Chinese combo,or I should say worst Chinese combo, very little food ,too much salt,3 munchurian balls 😑, I mean those were too tasteless, paneer tikka masala was too tasteless, I don't know how people liked their food ,too much hyped. There is no option for negative stars so had to give one star. It's too expensive for the taste and quality they are offering. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Don't waste your money.

Ambience is good but taste is not at all good u can even say horrible.. We ordered Chinese combo, cheese and corn balls and soup. Soup was the only good thing encountered, the cheese balls were horrible with no cheese only some mixture with strong ginger taste and Chinese combo was exactly the one offered in marriages buffet. We actually had to leave the plate incomplete as we couldn't eat it even forcefully. Only the Manchurian in Chinese combo was good. Total money waste

I enjoyed a breakfast experience at this restaurant featuring predominantly South Indian dishes. While the service wasn't exceptionally prompt, the taste of the food was satisfying. The ambiance added to the overall positive dining experience.

The qualities of foods were not good as par standard of resturant. The restaurant staff were very unprofessional. Thae gap between order and serving period were too high. Myself and my family with guests attended functions in the hotel from 7/11/22 to 11/12/22.

We stayed there on 17 August 2022. A decent place to stay. Nice spacious rooms. The staff is courteous. It lacks some amenities though, conpared to the price you pay. Overall Good Experience.

The food was strictly average. However the restaurant was charging more than MRP for water. We tried to reason with them but was of no use. The manager was reluctant to come and have a word. When he came after 10 15 minutes he said that restaurants can charge anything for water. The staff behaved very badly.

Hall offered for our get together was nice, but the attached toilets are single only, needed more, and not cleaned properly. Food was good ... coffee in evening was not good enough.

Pathetic experience. It took 30 mins to prepare Aam Raas. The time was not told to me. I left without taking the order. Pathetic customer service. At the security booth there's no hand sanitizer kept. The guard asks to speak on wired phone with someone inside the kitchen. They just show on social media how safety precautions are being followed, but the actual situation out there is completely different.

Recieved unhygienic food which contained hair and stinky Paneer biryani which mades us sick in the stomach. Had no guilt feeling to the chef or the manager who served us the food. This needs to be complained to food safety standards organisation which will happen. Update after 3days All the six of us got sick with food infection and got admitted to hospital, today we are bit better. This Restaurant must pay for it's sins

Dropped by here for some veg fare as it turned out to be the closest decent restaurant on our way from Infant Jesus Shrine to Mumbai. The Maharashtrian Thali was nice but super spicy. The Chinese combo was average. Chaas was refreshing.. No solkadi though. Ambience was nice

The ambience of the hotel is good the lobby the rooms the service the staff and the location is also upto the mark.The restaurant and the garden too is very well maintained. The rooms too were very cosy the airconditioning of the rooms too is excellent.the overall rating is excellent and worth the stay.
