I visited the shop for festive reason. It was very crowded but that's expected considering festive season. The management of queues could have been lot better though. Still, satisfied with the product and quality. It was difficult to get a parking space for vehicle.

Staff is very rude and arrogant. Specailly ruhi and rupali and one bald person. They were idle still not attending us. We waited for 1 hour. And when we leave still they did not bothered to attend us. We travelled 40 kms to buy things. As we believed in PNG's quality, but staff ruined everything in PNG. Now onwards will not visit store again. And will convey the behavior of staff to all friends and Family.

The quality is good, the designs are much better, the hygiene is kept. Safety measures are followed. Which is much necessary for the prohibition of spread of the virus. Probably the best place to get anything you want, with best service and guidance along with maximum safety measures followed..

Avoid rush hours & muhurat as there is limited ventilation as well as short seating arrangement. Service man ask n serve drinking water,tea-cofee for everyone no matter whether u r a visitor or a customer.
