One of oldest trusted brand for gold jewellery shopping. Preferred if one is focused on unique design options to choose from. The making charges are certainly on higher side. If you are buying gold from investment perspective, you may wish to go for other better options.

Since my father (2 generation) we were loyal customer of R C Bafana but now a days experience is no so good. Service is getting worse very less design don't even have catalogue of design. I have purchased gold of 2 lakh from them and when i went through bad times i tell them to take back and give me cash they have done less approximately 15% less than purchase as rate is higher that day from my purchase and very rude to customers I will suggest not to buy gold from them as they are promising that they will not do like this

I was disappointed with the service. There are no windows inside and they keep the AC switched off, feels a lot like hell. Collection is good, but they are very high on making charges. Even simple chains will have charges at least 14%! Such ridiculous expectations from the shop is not justified. Beware: if you plan on swiping credit card, these folks charge you extra as credit card charges. Elsewhere, the shops are liable to pay those charges.

Undoubtedly best place to buy gold place. Professional and polite staff. However when I ask a lady to help in wearing chain I found that the lady selling gold in kgs every day wearing duplicate gold. It's ironic. God also gives them a lot of money so that they can also enjoy what they sell.

Pathetic experience. Cashier was interested watching in there mobile rather than to listen what customer want to say. The sale person say different while buying and cashier say different they both have lack of information about offer.surely I will not going to recommend this store to anyone.

Been wanted to go there since I shifted to Nashik. My mom's wedding jewellery was purchased from its malegaon store years back. It's said it maintains very pure quality of gold. Anyway I visited the store on Christmas. There were so much staff to greet and show us what we wanted. Earring collection was very basic. I don't like too much gold in designs. Designs were not that innovative. Then we went on first floor for pendants there we saw good designs actually. They have good collection in 18k Jewellery. The necklace sets were also noteworthy. There was 4% off on making. I don't know if really makes difference or it's just marketing thing. They have silver and diamond collection too. I did not see that collection. Overall good design in sets. Not individually. Not very unique taste.

Worst jewellery shop seen ever, they don't give any value for silver requirement. Not even skilled worker for silver department.& waiting time is also 15 to 20 days for just a ring. Bad product, please work on your staff. Your manager mr. jain is not even listening the customers complaint. Worst experience, never recommend any one more.

Extremely Disappointed with bad experience here . I have purchased 1 thushi from here in july. 23 But due to some financial crisis, i needed some cash so i sold it to nearby jewellery shop. After melting gold its weight came almost 300ml less than net weight mentioned in bill. And almost 2000 less amount i get due to this 300ml loss. Im very much upset and felt like cheated. I complained to them but they are not accepting it.Me and my family members always purchased our all jewellery from here with trust.But this incident is eye opener and trust is fully broken. We will never buy again from this shop.extremely worst experience.
