One of the worst store i have ever visited in my life is lagu bandhu dombivli ,not even the local jwellery store would behave like this, worst communication skills ever ,This kind to conversation are to be done at PAN BIDI SHOP , Being someone RECOMENDED LAGUBANDHU I bought a rudraksha from the dombivli store but due to some miss understanding the rudraksha was not original but was a kind of rudraksha which i have confirmed from experts which i tried to explain the senoir staff Mr Prashant of lagubandhu but in return he replied "WE WONT REFUND OR EXCHANGE DO WHATEVER U WANT TO DO GO WHEREEVER U WANT TO GO ,TUM YAHA PE AAYE APNA PAISA PHEKNE HUM TUMHARE PASS NAI AAYE THEE" really this kind of reply from such a trusted brand as well as senior staff was shocking , frankly seaking it was just a matter of Rs 500 which which i was not expecting to be refunded but was expecting for a possitive reply as well as answer for my query from the experts because as Mr Prashant said we are not expert on this nor we have any lab certificate but we are in market from past 83 years so you will have to trust us ,and I definatly trusted the brand but the reply and the communication skills where shocking and i think if the customer have purchased the product from such a well know brand then he must have the right to ask regarding the product and must not b treated like dogs

We thought to go with good brand to buy gold but here we found Fraudsters people!!! They first of all sold chain with multiple joints. Very next day, one of these joints broken. When we observe minutely, we found 5-6 joints. This clearly means, they sold chains prepared by joining multiple small pieces remains while adjusting length as per individuals preference. Even after showing them joints and bill very next day, they denied to replace and ask for 7k more to service. Be aware people's from such jeweller!!!
