Not at all worthy to the price they charged! I had 3 micro needling and 2 prp session at Viviana branch of almost 50k . However, the results are even more worsening that I could ever imagine. They assured me to get the results from 2 sitting ... Which I even got for time being.... Eventually when the sessions were over. After a period of months, my scars were even more bigger than before. People who does the councelling and receptionist they all are scammer. Please go by personal experience to any doctors, and not by what these people give/ show you dreamy bubbles which will get burst once you are done.

Hi I have purchased a package of Micro needling, face PRP and insta glow facials . But I guess your Kaya clinic Viviana is so busy to give me appointment for the same. For last 25 days I am asking for the appointment and they are so reluctant to give me appointment! Whenever I call for the appointment, all slots are full and they don’t even have a courtesy to convey their convenient time.

Excellent facial by Ms.Blessina .she has been doing my session for few months.she explain the procedure and also care to be taken after the treatment i am happy with good result in kaya viviana. I recommended Ms blessina for facial sessions.

I went through with the laser treatment and the results have been impressive. The procedure to book and envail the appointments is very convenient, thanks to the cooperative staff. My therapist, Shirin Khan takes extra efforts and precautions to ensure the procedure is comfortable and painless for me. Great value for money. 5/5.

They made me wait 50 mins. And even then my session did not take place. They always ask if I have shaved and say there is no growth when I have not touched the hair for months there! It seems like they themselves don't want to perform the session. If I want to get the session done and willing to pay for it, what problem do others have. This has always been the case. I am sent back without performing the ssion becuase there is no growth and this has happened so many times. The whole point of getting the laser treatment is to reduce growth then how the hell will there be a lot of growth? This is absolutely irritating and I am so fed up. I make time out of my precious schedule and they asked me to wait 50 mins just to tell me to go home. Horrible horrible experience. Even though the laser sessions have been effective, this treatment of clients has left a bitter taste for me. Very pathetic service. Didn't expect this from such a famous well established brand. Would be scared to recommend kaya to others going forward

Besides the excellent products and services at kaya Viviana, a special mention about therapist Priti Mande, she is an extremely patient and devoted person. Gives the most wonderful facials without rushing through. Had a relaxing experience on both occasions.

It was such a disappointing response from the staff when I visited Kaya clinic Viviana mall after taking an appointment a day prior ...first of all she was not at all sorry for delay ( more than an hour) on contrary she said she would have accomodated me early if I had come from far and it was so unprofessional when she took another client when I was waiting .. Will not recommend ever to anyone!!! Poor staff👎
