They give medicine for one month if u want to return it they not ecxepte it and lots of preservative in these medicines...one person told .me....u come in jeeva we r nt invite u to come here.....hey u cheep i give u money n my precious time for yr medicine. three types of preservative in one bottle n this one medicine i take for two times in a day.....it cause cancer so i want to return it

I visited Jiva Ayurvedada Clinic, in Thane for a consultation regarding my ear hearing loss, which has been a significant concern for me. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my experience at the clinic was far from satisfactory. Due to unforeseen traffic, I arrived five minutes late, only to be informed by the receptionist/compounder that the doctor had already left, which was both surprising and frustrating. What compounded my disappointment was the compounder's cavalier attitude towards my condition. When I expressed my concern about my hearing loss, the compounder nonchalantly remarked that such issues are normal. This response was not only unhelpful but also deeply unsettling. How could a medical professional dismiss a serious health issue so lightly? The lack of empathy and professionalism shown by the clinic staff has left me with a negative impression of the centre. As someone seeking medical care, I expected a more understanding approach and at least basic guidance, rather than being brushed off with an insensitive comment. It's concerning when medical personnel, even non-doctors, trivialize significant health problems. I am writing this review in hopes that it will highlight the need for better patient communication and a more sensitive handling of health concerns at this clinic. Healthcare should be empathetic and patient-focused, and unfortunately, my experience was far from it.

Completely waste of money on the name of Ayurveda, after reading good reviews was there for treatment but 0 results even after following their diets,instructions and taking daily medicine.. charges are too high. It's like playing money game on the name of Ayurveda nothing else.

I was adviced for panchakarma for slip disc and Mr. Rajendra took my therapy session. He has good experience in panchakarma, explained details and after therapy by him I felt better always.
