Pathetic Hotel. Worst experience. The rooms were in bad condition. No basic amenities provided. And the toilet was in the worst condition. The staff was very rude specially the manager. Only one or two people from hotel staff were polite who were waiter. They should not work in a place like that where the manager is pathetic. When I kept asking for basic amenities, the manager replied rudely. What worse, is that i found a centipede in my room. Apart from this, there were many insects. When I told manager that will put a bad review, he dared me to do it and he said that he will comment on my review with something false in order to make people think my review is incorrect. I believe they did the same with other bad reviews as well. I paid Rs.15000 for one room of 3 people which is higher than online price when i checked later. If i am paying that much amount, i should get at least basic service. The hotel is working only because of the pets otherwise it would have been closed long ago. The dogs in the hotel behave as humans and the human staff behaves as a dog. Specially the manager and owner. I know they will not accept their mistake here in the review as they were not accepting their mistake back in the hotel. You can try this hotel but it will be at your own huge risk. However, I would suggest don't even consider it as an option. Total waste of time and money Thank you!

Property is good but lacked maintenance in the room which we had taken. Moreover, be very careful about the room which you get. We were allotted a room which had no view in a lower basement which was nothing but a dungeon. In Covid times where a free upgrade is the norm, they charged us 1180 for a room upgrade despite the rooms being empty and these guys are very rigid about their rules with constant reminders to checkout (despite being empty). Indoor games room was shabby as if it was not opened since the pandemic began. Apart from this, the birds and dogs are kept well and you will have a good time with family. The pool is nice and it's a wonderful place to have a family get together. But with the pricing which they have, it is expensive and not so much value for money.

This is a very over rated hotel. Avoid staying at this property. We had booked a mountain view room, however on reaching the property we were given a corner room which had absolutely no view at all. They neither offered us an alternate room or even refund on room cancellation. The room conditions are way below average not even worth half the price they are asking. There is no food service available in the room. The staff is extremely rude and very inconsiderate. They didn’t have the courtesy to offer water to the guests at the reception who were waiting for the rooms to be cleaned. Will never visit this property ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

The villa was superb, it has a huge bedroom with private garden(access to this is restricted). The villa also has a inbuilt hot tub in which 4 adults can comfortably fit in n relax. The main attraction of hotel is that it is pet friendly and has two huge bird cages for guest to go in n feed them at stipulated time slots. They also have plenty of pet dogs to play with in the morning time. Kids just love these attractions. The hotel is not contactable by any number, I went in blindly n booked from their website. They only have "room only" option and no meal can be included in the package. They have an infinity pool but not operational currently due to the pandemic. The resort has ample green spaces and that makes it a perfect relaxing gateway to hectic office life.

Manas Resort is a beautifully located property situated in the serene and picturesque location of the Western Ghats. It is the perfect destination to unwind and relax with family and friends. During monsoon, the place is enveloped in a thick blanket of fog which adds to its charm. The staff at Manas Resort are well-trained and go out of their way to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay. They take great care of the customers and are always working to improve the quality of the food and culture of the place. The resort offers a great range of facilities and amenities that are sure to cater to the needs of all types of travelers. Whether it's the beautifully landscaped gardens or the well-equipped rooms, everything is designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience. In conclusion, Manas Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some quality time in the lap of nature. With its stunning location, attentive staff, and great amenities, it is definitely worth a visit.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE I booked a superior mountain view room for 20,000/- for 2 nights but got a basement room with property boundary wall view for the price. Bathroom fittings were loose, and wash basin water flow was very low. I will rate only 1 star for the rooms based on the price. There is no mobile coverage, and the WiFi is horrible, as it gets disconnected every 2–3 minutes. Only visit if you have no problem getting disconnected online, and for calls, you have to go near the entrance to receive the signal. The Woodpecker restaurant food was good, with good staff. There are no complaints about the food or the restaurant. The birds of the peeping zoo are well maintained, and the staff is also helpful. Overall, I would only recommend this place to people who are visiting it with family, and money doesn't matter to them.

Manas Resort and Petting Zoo is an outstanding destination! Their staff is exceptional, exhibiting politeness and efficiency throughout our stay. The common and kids' pools are immaculate, providing a refreshing experience. The petting zoo with its access to interact with exotic birds, pony rides and friendly dogs is a delight for animal enthusiasts. The valley view superior room booked was both clean and spacious, offering breathtaking vistas. Moreover, the delectable food(veg/non veg) and live musical nights enhance the overall experience. In a nutshell, Manas Resort and Petting Zoo is a must-visit, specially for family with kids, combining excellent service, pristine facilities, and unforgettable attractions. Also the location is right next to Manas lifestyle and not on the other side of the road as shown in google maps(Realized after taking a very long u turn on the highway thanks to google maps😁😁)

Recently visited this resort.Getting a booking was not easy as kids vacation time coming to an end and resort full. This place has truly a different experience. Petting the variety of dog breedsπŸ•, petting and feeding different birds like parrots,Macaw etc..🐦 feeding rabbitsπŸ‡ and lastly ride on the pony my kids loved it.There are other animals too.. all animals are well kept and loving..❀️ Pool is good.. ambience is great..surrounding hill view is awesome (In the rains will be beautiful). Rooms are ok we really didn't have much to complain about. Yes restaurant is over priced. Have given feedback to the manager hope things change on my next visit. Overall we had a great time. A must visit place if you and your kids have love for animals..

Absolutely hopeless team. A joke in the name of hospitality. Special shoutout to Mr Sonawane who is apparently a manager but doesnt even have the basic know how of how to run the front desk, where incorrect information is meted out to customers creating confusion and waste of money and time. Addendum: your team doesn’t have the coordination to provide correct information; when called the front desk personnel explicitly stated on the phone, that you may come and experience the petting zoo. We drove for hours just for our toddler to see the fauna. Imagine his and our disappointment. And the response was just as unworthy of the hospitality industry as this β€˜chill’. No acknowledgment of a fault at your end, no apologies, no basic courtesy whatsoever. Good riddance!

A very pleasant stay especially in the rains .the nature here is beautiful esp valley view rooms r the best. Food was average, veg thali was the best. Everyday the chefs need to be a little more creative for deciding n developing a non veg menu. Service was good .The staff were extremely congenial. Package rates should be a little less .

Old property, even after paying premium amount for the room , the room was not as expected for the price.. Rooms look old .No towels or tissue or napkins in washroom to wipe hands... No in room dining service available. Cold water in taps .The location of our premium room was so far from the restaurant that it's not suitable for senior citizens. They booked this room saying close to restaurant and after bringing light to their goof up,the hotel staff didn't even upgrade room even after so many rooms being vacant. Overall not a great experience and will not visit this property again.

I visited Manas original resorts for evening snacks. Fewer options available but food was good, tasty and freshly prepared. Good service from the restaurant staff. I was stopped from roaming further inside the hotel property. I understand is a common practice everywhere. When I went to the reception requesting to look around the hotel, request was bluntly rejected. At that moment there were 7 people from the staff chatting with each other at the reception. Someone could have accompanied me to show around. But they simply missed an opportunity. Maybe they lost a potential guest for the staycation.

My wife, toddler & myself recently stayed at this resort on recommendation of a colleague, and we had the most amazing experience. Pros: - If you are an animal/nature lover, then this is a must visit place. The experience of petting the birds & animals is unique & amazing experience. - The staff - from the check-in to the waiting staff at their restaurant, to even the security guards, all of them are warm & welcoming. They have a genuine care & concern, which is very heartwarming. - The Food - The food options, the spread, the live counters, etc all of which was amazing, very tasty and worth the money spent. - The activities - the daily evening fun-n-games were a lot of fun & helped the guests make new friends Cons: - The wifi can be choppy at times - The children's pool needs to be kept clean Suggestion: - Have a 'kids-menu' option which would include non-spicy & healthy meal options Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and special mention of Mr. Veer, Mr. Shayam, Mr. Sonawane and the staff at the restaurant who went to great lengths to make custom-meals for my fussy-eater toddler and would also come back to check on her whether she liked it or not, which was truly heartwarming & we are extremely grateful for their care & efforts We will definitely be coming back to this resort!

I had visited this resort with my family, earlierthis year (2021). Honestly the concept of pet zoo intrigued me and hence decided to visit this place. But my enthusiasm was doused by the very casual and irresponsible behavior of the whole staff. As a starting point I was made to wait outside for an hour, at their restaurant which also acts like a lobby where you can confirm your booking. The reason I was given that I had reached half n hour early than the booked time slot. I was told to wait for 15-20 mins as they had someone vacating the independent villa that I had booked. This 15-20 mins easily turned into 1 hour but I didn't complain and patiently waited for my room. After an hour when we finally got the go ahead to go to our rooms. I had hoped that they would have cleaned and sanitized the whole place. Again I was pushed into the whirlwind of disappointment. I found the floor was dirty and was not even moped properly. My 1 and half year old kid who had just learnt to walk was kind of excited to walk around this new place but we had to restrict his movements as his hands and feet were quite dirty walking on such a dirty floor. I called in the receptionist and asked him about this. They then sent someone who mopped the whole floor again. Later in the afternoon we went back to the restaurant to have our lunch. Honestly the food was overpriced and was just okay on your pallet. Once again I was in a great shock while I was enjoying my Biryani with my beer. I found a dead insect in the Briyani. When I called the server and pointed it out. He very casually took the plate back and returned smiling and saying that he would give me an offer to choose something else to eat with no extra cost. I was angry with the fact that they tried to undermine the whole situation and took it very casually. When I got angry and got up to leave they came rushing and offered me a free ice cream, as if that was the solution for the whole issue. I declined the offer and paid my bill and left the restaurant. But what really got to my nerves was the fact that the next day, almost 2 hours before my check out time I get a call from the receptionist asking by what time would I be vacating the room. I am not sure if others who have visited this place have had such a horrible experience but yes I was subjected to one and that's what I wish to share.

Had a wonderful time at Manas Resort with my family. The dogs are so adorable and friendly. The bird feeding experience was amazing. The staff are very helpful and behave well with guests. They make sure that we are well taken care of. The food spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner was elaborate and tasty too. A good overnight stay for families with young children.

Amazing place to visit for weekend getaway, complete family place and treat for pet and nature lovers. Exotic birds, rabbits, macaws, dogs, nigerian goats, turtles and organic farming are main attraction. Evening with live music can be enjoyed with delicious dinner. Fun games for small kids are arranged in the evening. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel...

Amazing space and a very unique concept. Spacious rooms, beautiful view and good service. If you love birds, this place is for you. The birds and other pets are well trained and will not hurt you or poop on you. Stay is expensive but it’s worth it.

Firstly no view at all from the Royal Villaa. There was a building close to the window. Rooms were very dirty. Old and shabby curtains. The Royal Villa wast not at all worth the price. The Royal villa had a private pool which was just a bigger bathtub and took for ever to fill. No other place to take a shower except standing in the pool. Buffet spread was average but again plates and bowls were dirty. Both the outdoor pools were good with nice view. Service and staff are helpful and well behaved. Few exotic birds are there with which you can click pics. Overall nothing great and just about an average two star property.

The resort is very good for a family vacation. The resort is maintained very nicely. We stayed there for 3 days had an very good experience. The staff is very humble and polite. We had travelled with our 10 month old baby so we had requested the restaurant to prepare food as our the baby's requirements, we got the request attained to everytime. Special thanks to all of resturant staff for the same. The resort is baby stroller friendly at most of the location. The z Petting zoo is nice experience. Location of the resort is also an added advantage.

Best resort of IGATPURI due to its concept of Petting zoo. There are so many attractions in the resort itself like Dogs, Parrots, Horse, Rabbits, Guinea pig, Goats, Hen, Cows, Tortoise, Games for children as well as for adults, swimming pool, excellent view, etc., etc.. You can play with pets that was the best thing. Food was very good. Staffs were very good especially Mr Vivek, Operational Manager who was personally taking care of all guests. Daily live music was cherry on the cake. Don't forget bonfire at night. Even if you don't leave resort for 2 days, you won't get bored. Overall great experience. If you are going with your children, you must not think of any other resort. I would definitely visit this resort again.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! The staff was quite helpful and the food was simply amazing. The bird trainers and dog trainers are very helpful and easy to chat with. Overall I cannot think of a better place to go. The rooms are perfect.. however, additional channels should be added and the housekeeping regularity can use be improved. But these are just minor flaws which I hope to see overcome on my next trip. Will see you soon Manas Resort!

Had visited Igatpuri in off season, but Enjoyed this resort at fullest. They have good amenities and staff, all staff are supportive. I was having much luggage, but they pick up and dropped it in/out from my car to room without saying. They also gave me room of my choice. Enjoyed view from window of velly. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in igatpuri to my friends. Food was also good. Thanks.

It was a Nice one. The service was good. Location was beautiful. Petting zoo is best way to get your kids excited and it has created remarkable memories for all of us. The only concern is that it should be a Value for money.

I visited with my family on 29 April 23. Everyone in resort was busy with some wedding arrangements. We were reminded several times to vacate the room by sharp 10 o clock [which was rude] In the morning, when we went to infinity pool at 08.45 AM, we were not allowed to enter. After we argued , they asked us to use Kids pool. We cooperated and gone to kids pool, whose photo is attached. Some meat was floating over it. It was a yuck experience. the plus point is the pets were well trained but the pool experience was very bad.

Lovelyyyy location. Good people. Good food. But for South Indian food..... I would rate it as below average. If you are not particular about the South Indian food...... Then its defiantly your relaxation point πŸ’ƒπŸ₯³can go with family and friends. We went as kids and women trip. Its a great and safe resort. Manager and front desk helped us a lot even it was a rainy mess dayπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™

Had great stay at this resort yesterday. Shrushti at reception is quite helpful. Resort has activities that keep you occupied and has sense of calmness. Food and service is great. There is live music during dinner time which was again great. Gave it 4 star as i feel rates are slightly on higher side.

Manas resort Petting Zoo and Organic Farm is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. Vegetarians will be happy to know that there is a separate pure vegetarian restaurant available. The resort also features a zoo with many birds and macaws. You can even take pictures while holding them. If you are a dog lover, you'll be pleased to know that there are 10-15 different breeds of dogs and puppies to play with. Additionally, there is a nice infinity swimming pool and a beautiful valley view.

We really enjoyed the time spent here with family. Memories to treasure forever... Key highlights for us: Swimming pool, huge bathtub, large playground enough to play badminton, play with Pony horse, dogs to play with and birds & fishes to feed, food is good complemented by majestic performance by Artist at night during dinner....

One of the most amazing and well maintained resort options in Igatpuri. Their USP is the location and the property itself. Very clean and kid friendly property. Even the staff is very prompt in helping out. Food is a bit on the costlier side, but nice, quality wise. As far as the animals/birds attraction is concerned, kids will surely enjoy it. Pets are well trained. Most importantly, their habitats are regularly kept clean and otherwise maintained. All in all, this resort is highly recommended for a quick weekend getaway, especially in monsoon.

The location, resort and rooms are excellent. The animal petting part is well organised. The birds and animals are kept clean and in hygienic environments. They are very well maintained. Food is overpriced. Quality is good. Services such as spas and their timings are something that can be reconsidered. The spas open just 2 hrs before checkout, so it kind of gets very rushed, since it also clashes with your breakfast times. But in all a good experience!

Food quality needs improvement. Their Mumbai Sales office staff are not well trained, they commit something while booking & you get something else while reaching there. You feel like cheated. Some other customer was also complaining in front of us.

I booked superior room on 1st Oct'23, but had no clue that they would give me a room in the basement. I requested for an upgrade hearing that its a basement but our request was denied. Room has no towel pair and was smelling of fungal. I started feeling claustrophobic and had to step out at morning 3 AM (midnight)with my wife and 3 year old kid. We sat in the open area and as soon as we saw day light we decided to checkout. Food standard is low / below average considering the rate/ tarrif they charge. The staff's polite attitude, pets and location of the property is their USP. I am raising a complaint on go ibibo asking for a refund. Terrible experience

From booking to till check out, experiance is good. Kids and adults can spent 4 hours in a day( morning and evening) with pets( dogs, parrot, love birds. Etc). Rooms are neatly maintained and food taste is awesome. All staffs are very supportive. Overall, it is satisfied stay and we will go back again.

  • 1/5 Rohan S. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms were not clean as required there were spiders and ground insects all over and next day cleaning staff we informed but of no use they didn't know how to stop them from coming in. I understand it's because of rains. Both the couch in the living room were dirty. The table kept outside for food was also dirty. The location is good no doubt but rooms need major improvements. The food is below average and prices are exorbitant. 1 plate chicken chilly will cost you 550 and chicken masala 750. They don't provide everything as mentioned for in-room items but you need to ask them for everything. They are also very strict in terms of timing check out at 10 am means 10 or else they will make you feel uncomfortable I felt i am in military training. I am on vacation and every resort gives some time for late checkout. As per their policy late checkout will cost you 800 per hour + Tax. They even tax you for your pet( 1000 + tax per day) inspite being pet friendly. The mini pool takes 4+ hours to fill and and also to drain. Ratings go as below Location 9/10 Food 3/10 Rooms 3/10 Value for money 2/10

On the Nashik National Highway, there are two Manas Resorts, 1. Manas Lifestyle Resort and then 2. Manas Resort with Petting Zoo, both are adjacent to each other's. So don't go to the wrong one! The Petting Zoo is the attraction for this one. The lovely dog breeds, birds, rabbits and goats are the real and only attraction. The pets are really in a good environment and the trainers take good care of them. My concerns are with the People managing the entire resort - 1. Tarnished Rooms and on that they are not maintained well, for the price you pay. 2. Lunch/Bf place is decent but waiters are not well trained. After the chef would make a dish ready, we saw one waited popping on French fries and fried noodles from the plate that will be served to the guests. I am sure this would not be for the first time. 3. Average living experience at the property. Weather, food and the lovely pets, that's all we enjoyed. It's a one night and 2 days kind of place.

Very scenic calm and Highway touch resort, midway between kalyan and nashik. Good place for one or two days family outing, food is good and reasonable. Manas Petting Zoo was wonderful. I recommend booking the villa instead of single couple rooms as villas are newly renovated, well maintained, spacious and also have a front lawn breakfast seating. They have 20 different breeds of dogs, all well-trained, friendly and playful. The birds are also wonderful and well trained. The food is okay but the morning breakfast is something you won't want to miss. It's a must visit family place and a heaven for animal lovers.

Manas resort and petting zoo in Igatpuri is an experience in it self. The beautiful views from this resort and the petting zoo includes a variety of cuddle friendly 4 legged friends. The bird boxes they have have a host of parrots and some of the most exotic birds which you can pet, feed and will be an experience worth remembering for your kids and family. Usually at such locations you don't expect the food to be that great however Manas petting zoo & resort exceeded my expectations and the food that was served was amazing not just in taste but also in variety. I would recommend anyone to visit this resort by the end of monsoon, the staff here is also very friendly and accommodating to customers request we also received a lot of recommendations from the staff for the places that we could visit nearby. A big shout out to the team at Manas resort and petting zoo igatpuri for making a trip worth while and an experience that we will remember. Keep up the good work.

The best place for a weekends getaway with family. Heaven for kids and adults as well, specially for those who love being around animals and birds. The petting zoo is the major attraction but one thing worth mentioning is the staff they are very prompt with their services and are enough in number. All your requests are personally taken care of. Along with an amazing stay we also received complementary organic vegetables. Special mention of Mar. Sonawane who made sure our stay was worth it through out. An amazing experience amongst pets and clean environment. Freshly grown vegetables, cleanliness all around, all in all it was a wonderful experience. A must visit place for pet lovers. Collection of exotic birds and variety of dogs were wonderful. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. July and August months are recommended due to the surrounding mountains of Igatpuri.

Had gone for lunch and recreation. Buffet was awesome with lots of options available only @699+tax per person. Food is tasty while ambience is refreshing. There is pottery, magic show, indoor games and relaxing hammocks and swings in the garden. Haven't been to the rooms and pool area hence can't comment on the same. Overall liked the property in every way.

Resort location is good and is ideal for family as well. At night and in the morning, it feels like you are walking in clouds. Valley view is also good. It's clean and well maintained, even the swimming pools. Food at their restaurent was delicious. Veer and Suresh checked if our kid was also well fed and if anything specific would be required. Staff (except at the front office/billing) was extremely polite and helpful. Caretaker of the animals let my kid play with birds and pony without any trouble. Housekeeping staff was also polite. Their rooms need an update though. Shower didn't work properly for both the rooms we used. But overall, a very good experience. The best customer service.

Pet friendly resort. Good location and perfect weekend getaway. Rooms are worth the money. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Food is good but less variety. Breakfast is excellent. Lunch a-la-carte is superb. Dinner buffet is good enough but can become excellent with the right planning. Petting zoo concept is outstanding. Cleanliness of the pet cages exceeds expectations. Swimming pools are well maintained. Resort is excellent although a little worse for wear. But construction work is going on. So, it supposed be sorted soon. Highly recommend to all families.
