Its a jain pilgrimage site , holy vicinity of the jains . Its also famous for nearest hiking point from nashik. It is situated in mahsrul village , from CBS nashik it is around 9.2 kms and from panchavati its around 5 kms. Its a simple hike so kids can easily go there. From the top we can see bahula fort and others of sahyadri mountain range and also Ramshej fort is visible . Whole cities view from top is facinating.

A good holy place particularly for Jain community. Situated on middle of the hill. Very difficult for the senior citizens to reach there due to its hight. However worth visiting because of the great natural beauty.

Beautiful place having Jain temple at the top. Beautiful scenery can be seen from the top. Beautiful place having Jain temple at the top. People come here for Trekking. There are many daily trekkers. Beautiful scenery can be seen from the top. Not much facilities, its a small mountain having a Jain Temple. People usually come hear to hike and for recreational activities. In monsoon season, despite weather predictions due to it’s altitude it attracts rain and random shower can be expected. So better carry a umbrella. Enjoy!

A beautiful hill having Jain temple on top. It also has around 450 steps to reach on top. It is situated in Mahsrul village of Nashik district. The entire village and it's surroundings can be seen from the top. And it really gives breathtaking views from top. Also you can witness sun rise over here. The best time to visit it is in morning hours.

In the morning session Start as early as possible as you don't want to miss the sunrise from the top. there are 428 steps till the temple ...no steps from the temple to the top.... normal intermediate level climb to the top. A bit of rush on weekends and holidays. Overall all winter season is good for traking

Good for morning efforts. Has temple and you need to maintain the ethics of Jainism. So can climb the stairs up to gate of temple. Do not enter temple unless you avid to rules of the temple. Steep climb, 200-300++ calories burn. Has rush on weekends.

Really impressive and scenic view I experienced. For ordinary people, there is Jain temple, but for 'EXTRA'ordinary's, there's more on top of it. And for your children's sake, please DON'T LITTER 🚯this place. The world is too big to explore in its depth.

Amazing place for daily trek. People treat it more like a trekking point and less like a temple. Although it is very clean and well maintained and the locals are very conscious about this place.

Chamber Leni Caves are around 7 KM away from Ramshej Fort. The caves are located off the Nasik Gujarat highway. One can locate the Caves from a distance. The Cave is actually a temple. It is painted white and can be seen from a distance. Chambhar Leni Caves are Jain caves that were built in the 4th century. Chambhar Leni is the portion of the Teerthraj Gajpantha, which is a holy place of the Jains. It is believed that Chambhar Leni was built by the King of Mysore, Chamraj, in the 600 BC, the name of the caves is derived from the name of the King. The temple is painted white. It is newly constructed but not very new also. It has a huge statue of Mahavir in it. The steps near the temple are steep and it is a 85 degree climb. One can enter the temple premises. Food cannot be consumed in the temple premises. The extension of the temple is still ongoing.
